ITunes crashes when loading videos

Question

Hi all
I recently changed to windows vista and now everytime I try to load a video onto itunes the program crashes as well as the computer. It is slow loading small files like music videos and if i try to do something while its loading everything crashes. But as soon as you try and load bigger files like movies it just crashes almost instantly. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both itunes and quicktime but the problem still persists. I also tried using an older version of itunes but i still got the same result.
Even if the file I try to load is already converted to mp4 or m4v or a file type that should load it doesn't really make a difference.

I too have the same problem and nobody seems to answer me on this forum, so I presume its just apple vs microsoft and neither one gets any points from me. They are both losers. I was leaning towards going to apple but after all the problems I see they have, no sense in that. I tunes is a piece of garbage on vista. Good luck
