ITunes credit card account alteration

I need to stop iTunes using an old credit card for subscription updates.
Instructions to access my account tell me to open iTunes and sign in, go to Store..
When I open iTunes - I don't see where I sign in. There is no Store in a listing down the side ( as instructed)
When I trace my account with Apple ID - there are no credit card details registered - so there must be a separate iTunes account somewhere?

The instruction is meant for iTunes on your Computer not on your Device.
If you want to do on your Device, go Settings > Store > AppleID > View Apple ID > signin with your password >Payment Information

I disabled my ITunes credit card account due to 10 different "fraud" charges. Now 2 of the 3 devices (iPhones) aren't able to update apps or download. Does this have something to do with there not being a credit card linked to my account??

Add your credit card to your account - if your next purchase is more than your account's balance then the remainder will be taken from the credit card.

How are they showing up on your account e.g. are they auto-renewing subscriptions that you haven't stopped : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
Does anyone else have access to your account and/or devices that might be making them ?
If you can't work out where they are coming from then you could contact iTunes support and ask them for help (we are fellow users here on these forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If they aren't showing on your account's purchase history then you should also contact your card issuer.

Please don't tell me to retry, or re check my information because it is all correct, it basically says u cannot use thi account due to it being connected to another device... which is my old fault iphone, at the apple store.

I have never before heard of cards being locked to a single device... but your case has shown me that it happens.
If I am getting it right you try to log in to your account and it asks for billing information, and when you enter your card details it tells you that the card cannot be used. If that is the case then I'm sorry to say that my only suggestion would be to contact iTunes support directly; the contact form can be found in here: Apple - Support - iTunes Store - Contact Us

iTunes can't verify my address to complete a purchase. I went to my account (iTunes) and it has all the correct info. I re-entered everything in iTunes just to make sure and then did the same with credit card account. Still no good. Message "We couldn't verify your address. Make sure you've entered the correct blah blah blah" This account is 7 years old! what could the problem be?

Woooooow, that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen... I searched my address and apparently they decided to add a "Rd" to the end of my street name... I've NEVER used that before for my address, but as soon as I typed it into my iPad, it FINALLY let me in. SOOOO silly! Just go to this USPS site and type in your addy. It will verify ALL of your entire address and make you ALL of that is typed into your Apple device, because they have become address Nazi's to make sure everything matches. http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp

you can't from the iPad.
Go to iTunes on a computer, log in with your apple ID and select 'account'.
After that , select 'payment method' and select 'none'.

Apple do not take Singapore market seriously? In Singapore Gift card or any other method of payment are not possible? Must have US account?
Paypal also need to have Credit card account. Our problems here are how to make purchase in App store without a credit card account?

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment details link. If you are doing it on an iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (Settings > Store on iOS 5 and below) and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should also give you a payment details link on your account's page.

The refund shows as PayPal credit, doesn't get transferred back into my credit card account.

Hello there. Recently I was charged by PayPal to get my credit card verified and it was mentioned that after getting my card verified, the amount would be refunded back. However the issue is I got the refund back as PayPal credit instead of getting a refund back into my credit card. How can I transfer this refunded credit from PayPal account back into my credit card account from where it originated? Thanks
