ITunes deducting Unnecessarily amount in my accredit Card while entering Cvv itself.

I am from Chennai, India. I am using ITunes for downloading songs. I am very much happy with the Serivice.
Whereas now for the past two months, I am getting unnecessarily deduction of ₹60/- frequently. Early I thought it was my mistake, but now I found that if I enter my CVV in payment options itself ₹60 being deducted immediately. Yesterday I.e.5/2/14 itself it got deducted for more than 6times for no murchases made.
Also I had been trying for a single purchase of song yesterday, that was not been made due to this problem.
Moreover for any purchases I made towards songs, I will be receiving mails to my id next day. For this unnecessary deduction of ₹60/- i am getting nothing.
Kindly sort out this issue and kindly revert the same to my credit card purchase.
Yesterday it was 6purchase of ₹60 and for the past 2months it might be 10times. Please kindly solve this issue and support me immediately.

Without scratching them off to get the numbers and redeeming them there is no way for you to do so. You could go back to CVS and see if they can get the data from their computer or see if your receipt helps.

I don't think you can pay for a gift with gifted money.

Does itunes deduct money from your account when you redeem a voucher, because it seems to hve done exactly that to mine. I had £3 credit but when i added £15 i ws left with less than £18.

First, make sure you're logged into the iTunes Store using the account ID and password you set up, or used, when you redeemed your card/gift. If you are, try signing out of the account and back in.
If you're sure you are using the correct account and that you're signing in to the iTunes Store, and signing out and back in doesn't help, go to the Purchase History:

and review your purchases to make sure that you should indeed have the balance left that you think. iTunes doesn't always refresh the balance it shows, so it's possible you spent the money and it just wasn't being reflected in the display. This display error again can usually be corrected by logging out of the iTunes Store and then back in.
If you confirm that you should have a higher balance left but the iTunes Store isn't showing it correctly, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

You can, but it will need to have been issued by a bank in your account and be registered to the same name and address as you have on your iTunes account. On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. It looks like the only graphics card option for this model is the GeForce GT 630 (2 GB). The GT 630 is not a large powerful card, so it is conceivable that the bracket isn't installed with integrated graphics or a low-end graphics card that doesn't require it. The "graphics card bracket" would mosr likely be installed with larger more powerful cards like the GeForce GTX680, Radeon HD7770, etc. Typically, the videos on HPs website are used for hundreds of different models and may show optional items not installed on a particular computer or may not show items that are installed. Just because a part is or isn't shown in the video, doesn't mean your specific computer is going to be the same.

If it is trying to verify your payment info, I would be willing to guess that it is looking for the security code for your credit card. Did you credit card just get replaced lately or the expiration date change? When is the last time that you updated your payment information in iTunes?
