Itunes does not reflect Books purchased

I have purchased books over a year ago using my iPad 2. I can't see in Itunes books purchased over a year ago. When syncing Ipad to ITunes Books library does not reflect the books purchased, Why? Does anyone know?

Hey there Fritzme,
It sounds like you are unable to download book purchases you made over a year ago. If you haven't already, I would check your purchased history with this article to see if you can find them there:
iTunes Store: See your purchase history and web order numbers

If you see them there but cannot find them to redownload using the iBooks app, they may have been hidden and can be unhidden using this article:

If you cannot find it there either, then per the first article you may need to contact the iTunes Store support directly:

You may need to put the iPad into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 - you should then be able to reset the iPad.
If you haven't synced to a computer them (from here) :
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.

ITunes does not allow music purchased on iPhone to be sent to my computer

So, I "purchased" (thankfully only FREE songs) two songs on my iPhone and I was told I could simply download them onto the computer when i connected. Well I can't, so I tried to download again but it told me they were already downloaded and should be there....they weren't. I followed the instructions to "check for available downloads" and I was told there weren't any.
Long story short the ONLY way I can get those two songs is to download them again. THANKFULLY it is a MONDAY and they are STILL FREE!!!
***?? seriously Apple, help me out here. I suppose I MIGHT NEVER MAKE A PURCHASE ON THE GO since i cannot have that song to play on my AUTHORIZED Computer. Guess that will help me not make too many purchases!!!!!

I followed the instructions to "check for available downloads" and I was told there weren't any. Because you already downloaded them to your phone. You only get one download.
Plug in your iPhone, select it in iTunes then File > Transfer purchases.

My WishList does not reflect current purchases

Ever since transferring my iTunes library from my PC to iMac, I have noticed that My WishList in iTunes store, while it lists all the previously "wished for" apps and songs, does not reflect which ones I have purchased. In other words, it used to be that the purchased apps were listed, and instead of a price it would just say "purchased." Now it just shows a price, as if I never purchased the app. Even when I open the app description in the itunes store, the price remains, as if I never purchased it. I have occasionally seen this happen when the iTunes store account took time to refresh the information it had, but this has been going on for several weeks.
Is there someway to "remind" my iTunes account of what purchases I have, so that my purchase history is correctly reflected? I've been using the same account the whole time, so I know that is not the problem.

Where did it show as a portable device? If in My Computer try:

ITune does not remember my purchase anymore - all apps now list price as if I never purchase them

During chrismas, I discovered several games I previously bought are now listed with full price, even after I went into the info page of the game. Why is this happening? Now every game I have ever bought are all now listed as full price so there is no way for me to tell which game I have bought and which is not unless I check against my purchase history. Does anyone have this problem?

What happens when you try to buy something, does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ... ?

Itunes does not download all purchased songs from the Itunes Store

A few weeks ago, I purchased the latest CD of Lionel Richie from the Itunes Store, but only 4 songs were downloaded. Now every time I try to download the rest CD by either checking for purchases in the Itunes menu or trying to buy the CD again, it tells me the Itunes Store is temporarily unavailable...
Anyone knows how to solve this??

I had a similar problem with a Jimmy Buffett album,I sent the iTunes store an e-mail described the problem including the album title and receipt number and within 24 hours they responded and had done a "reset" and problem solved.

Why would you create a new account?
All purchases will be tied to the account from which they were purchased.
You will have to authorize your computer for all the accounts from which music is purchased.

I tried to purchase music at iTunes with the iTunes card I was given. I was able to redeem the amount and it shows on my apple Id I have $25 but it does not pay my purchase it will still go to my credit card and bill it. It did not give an option.

If you were instructed to call them, then that's what you should do. They will probably need to verify your identity before helping you with the security question.

First of all, I think you are confused by something.
You don't print cards. You print Certificates. So which item are we dealing with here first of all?
Also, you can't buy gifts with just Store Credit, so do you have a linked CC?

Album Art does not download while purchasing songs from iTunes

Hi !
Of late, music I have purchased from iTunes does not seem to download the album art ie: the music downloads fine, but there is no album art with it, despite the fact that on the iTunes site it DOES have album art when advertised.
Has anyone else had this situation, if so, is there a fix ?
Note this is happening only recently.

I basically went to Amazon.com like you suggested, searched for all of my cd's in the Amazon music section. Once each cd was listed, I enlarged the album cover to its largest size and then right-clicked on the largest image and then "saved as" the name of the cd in a separate, Album Art folder that I created in the "My Pictures" folder on my c drive. Then I opened iTunes and the Album covers folder that I created and dragged the jpeg of the album cover into the section of iTunes on the lower left side where users are prompted to drag album art.
Here's a hint to significantly quicken the transfer of album art from your separately created "Album Art" folder on your hard (c:) drive to iTunes: select all of the songs of a particular cd listed in your iTunes library before you drag the album art over from your separately created "Album Art" folder. That way, when you do drag the album art over, it will be applied to all of the selected songs - this saves lots of time if you have multiple tracks from CDs in your iTunes library.

See if placing the iPod in DFU mode will allow a restore.
