Itunes does not show the aperture mediathek
Hi,
after installation of the aperture programm have i moved the iphoto mediathek to the folder for all users of the Imac.
Now when i will update pictures in itunes with my iphone the system shows not the newest pictures only older one. is there a possibility to let itunes know that i have moved the iphoto mediathek???

Itunes does not show the left side panel with the library and my ipod(when I connect it)
My ipod (5th gen) is not recgnized by itunes nor does itunes show the left side panel of the ipod being connected. Windows 7 recognizes the ipod when connected however.

I Was going to download a CD I have & when I put it in all iTunes would show was Track 1, Track 2, and so on. How do I change the names of the songs or get iTunes to recognize the song? Thanks for your help!
Insert the CD and select it in iTunes.

I also can't connect to the iTunes store. Strangely though I can access my library on my iPad. I'm trying to copy karaoke files I use for work on to Karaoke Anywhere, and I need to "see" my iPad under Devices to do it.
I have reset the iPad, reinstalled iTunes and Quicktime, disabled any automatically run startup software. I have deleted podcasts and changed the date.
Why the heck isn't this working? I've only had this thing for 2 weeks and I've been more frustrated by it than by any Windows device I've ever owned!!!Have you tried restarting the Apple Mobile Device Service?

There is a hardware problem. Whether it's worth it to you to have no working phone for 2 months until you can update vs paying for replacement/repair now is a question only you can answer.

My ipod nano 3rd generation, when connected by usb, does not show up in itunes, does not show up on my computer, does not seem to charge by the wall charger. It just has a black screen. Any ideas for me?
I've run diagnostics. Can't find device. I've tried resetting. The toggle has been turned on and off.Cable works fine on my other iPod. Reset by pressing menu and center button together for 6-10 seconds. Left it to charge for many hours. Started acting up while running. Suddenly the music stopped playing but my Nike + was still working for the rest of my run. Took it straight it home and plugged it in to the wall to recharge since the battery was fairly low. Looked like it recharged ok but then screen went blank and now does it not show up on iTunes, does not seem to recharge by the wall charger (apple wall charger plugged into a surge protector in India). I have turned the hold switch off and on many times.
Sounds like a repair issue, which is not easy to do in India :( -
I plugged my iphone in to do an update and it was mid way through the update when the phone was accidentally disconnected. Now the phone is stuck on the screen that shows a cable and the iTunes image suggesting the phone needs to be plugged in to iTunes. I have plugged it in, powered on and off, attempted to enter DFU mode numerous times all with no success. ITunes does not recognize the phone and I continue to only receive the screen saying I need to plug in to iTunes.. Please help!
Hold Sleep Button with Home Button toghether until it restarts Always it takes 8 to 15 seconds, after it restarts leave the sleep button and remember do not leave the home button it automaticlly switches to DFU mode.

I have a new windows 7 pc and i want to move my iTunes mediathek (Music, movies) to it. by using an external driver (Hd.). But On the new pc iTunes does Not integrales the Media files.
Copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder from old computer to /Music/ on new computer.
Launch iTunes.
That is all you need to do. -
I downloaded ios7 after being asked to restore. But now my phone wont connect to the activation server and is asking to restore again but I cant because itunes does not show any of my phone information (it just shows a blank white screen with "iphone" in the centre".
I imagine a ton of people are attempting to activate after the update, and the server is getting overloaded. Simple patience, maybe keep trying, and if possible, try a little later. Think of it as all those people lining up at Apple Stores + about a million more.

After downloading album covers into iTunes iTunes does not show most of the covers. It showas blank white boxes except for those where "cover not found" (music notes).
You have any idea how this happens, perhaps with location of the files.iTunes refuses to play/read file, it cannot recognizes headers, or recognizes those as corrupt, but giving no error messages. The problem is the stored artwork(s) on your music files. To correct this, select the files that are corrupted/cannot be played on iTunes&iPod, click "Convert ID3 Tags...", then select v1.1 from the dropdown box (first, try this on a few to see that my solution is working).
By doing so, iTunes replaces headers, but your ID3 tags will not be changed (I assume you are using ID3 v2.4), nor you'll lose any info or anything else. This works as a hotfix for those files. If you try to replace headers via another program, your information will be truncated, and any artwork stored will be deleted. So I recommend this one.
You'll see that iTunes cannot play most of the files that has artwork(s) stored in them. New version hasn't fixed this problem, and it has risen with iTunes 8.2.x. If it's going to take long, I suggest you should go back to 8.1.x.

The iPhone 4S comes automatically loaded with iOS 5, and any updates after iOS 5.0 can be completed directly from on the phone in Settings > General > Software Update. If you are having trouble using iTunes to update software, I suggest you reset iTunes so that you can pair your phone to the computer again, because if you can't see the serial number and capacity, that generally means your phone isn't paired. For any problems this doesn't fix, please contact Apple directly through their automated help line, 1(800)MYAPPLE. -

My Iphone does show as a device when connecteing wirelessly.
