ITunes doesn't adds all files from folder?

Dear Apple,
I'm having *itunes 8.1.1*,and i do like this;
file -> add folder to library (or something, it's in dutch).
And he only adds 397 files of 1030 in that folder.
How come? *Please help me!*

Well if they will not add one at a time, then adding a folder full of them will not work either. So...
Are you sure they are MP3 files? If so, see if they play in another player, such as Windows Media Player. If they play in WMP but not in iTunes, then the problem may be minor corruption in the MP3 headers, which can be cleaned up in a tool such as MP3 Valdator, as Garth mentioned.
If they will not play in either iTunes or WMP, then you can suspect that they are not valid song files.

ITunes doesn't import all files from xml library

Hi, yesterday I did some changes on mi library. I have 3.000 music files and i didn't want to change the files path manually, so I edited the .xml file, damaget .itl and tried to reimport. It worked, but iTunes didnť import all of my songs, just few of them (about 82) and I don't know how.
The problem is, that I have backup, backup of original iTunes library, but files are not in "old locations", i moved them to new folder and deleted the old - when I tried to fetch missing files in iTunes, it didn't find anything and i had to search it manually.
Can someone help me? Thanks!

Restore your pre-damaged .itl file.
Select an album's worth of tracks.
Run my script FindTracks and point it at the new media folder.
If it works, select the whole library and repair the rest.
If it doesn't work explain further about what you've reorganized.

Itunes doesn't add all the songs from my library

Hi,
Had to reinstall Itunes and now the program doesn't add all the songs from my library (roughly 4,000 songs). All that is added is maybe 20 songs, and always the same ones. It has worked perfectly before.
I have tried to "pull" all the artist folders into the Itunes window, but it doesn't work. I have tried to set another folder as the Itunes library and then choose "add new folder", but only those 20 songs are added. I have made sure so that none of the files are copy protected or "read-only".
Please, help!

Ok, I deleted the two files and upon startup iTunes did run that search wizard for music files. However, it only found 4 songs that are located on local harddisks, and did not (as far as I could see on the network status) even try to search on the network harddisk.
One more thing though, that I forgot to mention before. I tried to solve this situation by installing an earlier version of iTunes... 4.6 i think, but when I tried to run the program it told me something like "Cannot read the file iTunes library.itl since it was created by a later version of iTunes". Where can i find that file, and should i remove it and try to add the songs with iTunes 4.6 instead?

I'm having problems initializing a java.lang.String as ora_java.jobject.
I was able to import in forms my class ,(wich works ok when tested like standalone java class,it returns all the filenames from a folder),a package was generated on the form for it.
But,I've got to pass it the folder name as a String.
I've imported java.lang.String as ora_java.jobject,and a package was generated on the form.
When I try to call string.new('c:\work');
it won't compile,it says invalid reference to variable String.
What should I do?Is there any predefined Type in ora_java package for java.lang.String?

Do you have the right boxes checked to sync them to your iPod:
iTunes 11 for Windows: Set up syncing for iPod, iPhone, or iPad
iTunes 11 for Mac: Set up syncing for iPod, iPhone, or iPad
Did you look in the More section of the Music app?
Have you tried using the Spotlight search> Maybe you just can't find them

I don't see anything in Help that shows when you already have transfered all the files over. Why would it want to erase and sync when I already have all the music folder copied over? I didn't have an issue when I had another technician copy from one laptop to another. Home sharing is also on but not being recognized.

I suspect you only migrated the media folder instead of the complete working library. Either review the transfer process and copy over the entire iTunes folder from your old profile's music folder or see Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

How did you import the photos to iPad and iPhone?
If the photos have been synced to the iPhone and iPad using iTunes, you cannot sync them back.

ITunes doesn't load all of my music

For some reason iTunes doesn't load all the songs that's in My Music folder. I have over 3500 songs in that folder but it only imports 451 of them. I never had this problem until today. Can anyone tell me what's wrong

Photos that you sync from a computer can't be deleted directly in the phone's Photos app, instead they are deleted by not including them in the next photo sync - so you will need to include all photos that you want from your computer in each photo sync.
