ITunes download site not avialable??

Hello,
I am a new user, purchased an iPod Classic, went to download iTunes, site appears to be unavialble
I am stuck in my setup, at this point
Doesn't seem to be a previous iTunes version out there
This is my first Apple Product I have purchaed and ......

I wonder what are we supposed to understand from this?
Is JSF still there?

ITunes download site not working....

Hi guys, i've been trying to download and install the new version of iTunes for the past 2 days now. Since 07.30 yesterday morning to be exact. Yesterday i got to about 99% and then the download crashed completely and wouldn't restart when I tried to bring it back up again. Now, all i'm getting is "Internet Explorer Cannot View The Webpage" on the iTunes download site - has anyone heard anything about how long this is going to be going on for?

What operating system are you running? I doubt it's an iPhone OS on a Mac Mini, but if you meant to choose 10.4 then you're out of luck. http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ At the bottom of the left hand column on this page, you'll see it requires OS X 10.5 or higher.

Problem with itunes update. I am running OSX v 10.4.11 and can't get itunes to update. I had itunes 9.1.1 and when I tried ask it to update it said there was no update. sent old itunes to trash and now apple site itunes download is not working. help...

From Apple website when I go to itunes update to 10.3 I am not seeing the left column to download itunes 10.3. Does anyone else have this problem? I tried yesterday as well. Today, I threw my itunes 9.1.1 in the trash and emptied it... and then rebooted. What am I doing wrong?

ITune Download Link NOT Working

Windows iTunes download link is not working from the Apple site...When you click on it nothing happens. I have trying on 3 different systems 2 being PCs and one a Mac.

Can't help with any advice on the Mac but see the Further Information area of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for download advice and direct links if required.

The link to the 8.1.7 R3 download leads you to http://quote.yahoo.com instead of the usuall download page.
This occurs both in http://download.oracle.com and in the standard 8i download page.

Oracle8i/9i download site not working

I was trying to download Oracle8i and 9i from Oracle download site but wasn't sucessfull. I am using T1 connection with gozilla download utility.
Can someone update me whether Oracle has stopped its download site?

I'm also running into problems and it appears certain I'm not going to succeed downloading from Oracle. When I started trying this evening using Netscape 6.1, I kept getting that the download was complete after retrieving 0 bytes. I went back to Communicator 4.77 and the download of Linux9i_Disk1.cpio.gz has been running for a couple of hours, but at this rate (I only have a 56K modem) it will take over 40 hours to download the complete file, and even if nothing else goes wrong, my ISP always drops the connection after 24 hours, and I've never found a way to resume the download using Communicator 4.7x. A few months ago, I was able to use wget to download Oracle 8i Release 2 by including my OTN user ID and password as the values for http-user and http-passwd on the command line, but that has apparently been disabled now also. I realize the software is subject to export controls that Oracle has to attempt to abide by and that they would prefer to sell CDs, but it seems like there should be a better way to do this to accomodate those who have a slow connection and can't afford to pay for the CDs. (I don't really mind paying for the CDs and I actually bought the media pack for Oracle 8i Release 3, but right now I am unemployed, so I will have to wait at least until I find another job before I can buy the Oracle 9i CDs or consider paying for one of the OTN technical tracks.)

Itunes download does not start but goes straight to thankyou window

Can anyone help with this problem? I click on the itunes download button and it goes straight to the thankyou window with no evidence of any downloading starting at all.

One of the 3 is most likly blocking you, Its your firewall,antivirus, or the browser you use, like its filters or pop up blockers.
I've seen this issue come up before for Firefox users, and you have to turn off one of the filters, I have forgot which one it is tho

The javaserver faces download site at http://java.sun.com/j2ee/javaserverfaces/ has been down since last week (the WEB page is up, but the links to download software have been removed).
Are there any mirror sites for javaserver faces?

The iTunes download website not working for me

I'm trying to download iTunes on my other computer, and when I went to the iPod+iTunes download page, nothing happens. I didn't get a message saying it was downloading, installing or anything. Is there something wrong with the Apple website or my computer? Please help!

hmmm. let's try heading straight to the itunes download page:

... and if you see a blank blue box at the left of the page, disable your McAfee Privacy Service. the download options should appear in the blue box.

Colors and images on itunes U site not displaying correctly.

After the issues of not being able to login this weekend our site has dropped much of it's theming, including colors and images. The page/course thumbnails still show as well as the background image, but all the other areas look like they are missing the background images. Is anyone else having the same issues with their site. This is the original "private" site, not the new PSM version.

Non iTunes downloaded songs not updating metadata in iTunes Match?

When I download a song to my computer and upload it to iTunes Match and set all the info it is not being reflected on my IOS devices. There are other songs with the same metadata but the new stuff won't fall in line. What am I found wrong? Please help! ( read like lelu Dallas from 5 the element for laugh)

Sorry aobut the delay, work stuff. It shows they are uploaded. These aren't song I bought on itunes, maybe I should've started with that.

Itunes download does not start automatically

I have done a search of these forums (fora???) and many seem to have had this problem - has it ever been resolved to anyone's satisfaction???
When I click the 'download' button to download the latest itunes it says the download will start automatically but it never does, the page just sits there doing nothing
I have had no problem downloading for anywhere else on the web and indeed have got the latest itunes from http://www.vnunet.com/articles/download/2129121
where it downloaded fine.

My iTunes download is not loading

I rented a movie from iTunes and now it's suppose to be downloading, but it's not loading. I tried restarting it and it still did not work

A wired connection is always faster and more secure, so I would only download directly to an iPad if I was in a location with no other options. I always download to iTunes on my Mac over Ethernet and then sync the items to the iPad.
Some folks have discovered that changing their DNS service fixes connection issues. The ideal way is to configure your modem/router with DNS service, but often settings in Settings/Wi-Fi on your iPad will override the router settings.
Try either of these;
OpenDNS
208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220
Google Public DNS
8.8.8.8. 8.8.4.4

TS1424 itunes download does not play

I recently bought an album on itunes and 3 of the songs do not play.

Other people have been having similar problems with songs over a number of days.
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that album and use the 'Report a Problem' link.
