Itunes email to contact them

My computer crashed recently and I know I should have backed up my files, but I didn't. I know that Itunes gives you a one time chance to redownload your purchased music, but I need their email to contact them. Thank you to anyone that can help me

Itunes doesn't give a one time chance. A few had been luck enough to get it, but it is not the norm at all.
If you are in the U.S. Apple has released the beta version f the cloud allowing you to get your purchases anytime.
Open itunes. Go to itunes store. Look under Quick Links, click Purchased

Assuming you have (1) signed out, then (2) waited 30 minutes and it didn't work you will need to contact iTunes again.

At apple.com choose support than in the middle of the page you see two smiling people click on them they are apple support. You can send an email to iTunes store support but not to anyone else really unless you use the feedback email, which won't help you. Borrow a friend/family members phone and call them soon 1-800-MY-IPHONE. Try the website https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do to try that serial number out again. You may have entered it wrong and just don't know it. The zero's 0 sometimes look like O's, it might be as simple as that.

If you backed up your iPhone to iCloud before updating the software, first try the steps under "Restore from an iCloud backup" in this article to recover your data:

Apple would not call themselves "Apply". I am sure that Apple knows how to spell.

No Mac can run any version of iOS, that is for iDevices only.

Welcome to the Apple community.
You need to use the Apple IDs that you created for them for iCloud as well as iTunes. You will also find that you need to use them for messages and face time.

I want email as I want this documented offical and no other means offeres me that assurance. I'd also like to discuss comensation for being harrassed with phone calls.

Well if you pay your bill the calls would not happen.
You need only tell them not to call you during working time.
The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act states you must tell them it is not convenient.
Now if marketing calls you can opt out at the Verizon web portal under your My Verizon account.
You will not get compensation for them to call you. Nice try.
However they could just shut your phone off and then you will call them.
Email is not an option.

You don't.
You synced your iPhone with iTunes for the first time after how long?
And this didn't happen by syncing only. This means you transferred the backup for another iPhone or you restored the iPhone with iTunes. It is not possible for everything to be lost by syncing alone. All iTunes content on your iPhone can be lost but not any photos in the Camera Roll and the same for contacts unless you synced contacts with an empty address book application on your computer.

Cannot email some contacts downloaded from iTunes

On iPad2, when I try to email certain contacts, the 'send' button is grayed out and I cannot send email. No problem with other contacts. All Contacts downloaded from iTunes, but downloading from Cloud has same problem. I have an iPod Touch and do not have any difficulties with that.
