Guten Tag,
Ich habe mir heute ein Ipad mini und dazu ein Iphone 5 gekauft. Die erste Enttäuschung ist das die Geräte von Itunes nicht erkennt werden. Ich habe Windows 8 auf dem PC vielleicht ist es wegen dem? Ich habe schon alles probiert d.h Ipad und Iphone neu gestartet, Itunes neu installiert, an einem anderen Pc, andere USB Anschlüsse und ein anderes Verbindungskabel aber alles nichts gebracht...
Bitte um Hilfe

Das sieht nach einem Problem mit der Hardware aus, daher sollte das iPhone von einem autorisierten Apple Service Provider oder in einem Apple Store überprüft werden. Geht auch über den Apple Support:

ich ich habe folgendes Problem mit meinem iPhone 4S. Es erkennt keine Bluetooth Geräte mehr, die letzen Jahre hat die Koppelung mit dem Bose Soundlink allerdings immer einwandfrei geklappt. Meine anderen Geräte finden den Lautsprecher und andere Geräte ohne Probleme. Ich habe das iPhone auch schon in dem Auslieferungszustand versetzt - ohne Erfolg. Hat jemand ähnliche Probleme und eine Lösung für dieses Problem?

my new ipad give the mesaeg: can't reach the server ... (WLAN is up and running, same router used for other Mac devices, every other device is up and running). The sync wtih Mac osx Itunes (both the newest release, actual updates includet), give the message "can't connet with Iphone , or in German: Itunes konnte keine Verbindung mit diesem Iphone herstellen.

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Mein iTunes kann keine Verbindung mehr zum Store aufbauen. Habe hier beim Support schon alles ausprobiert und jetzt bin ich absolut ratlos.
Ich hoffe das hier jemand noch einen anderen Tip hat.

Ich habe exakt das gleiche Problem. Dies tritt bei iTunes Version 10.5.2.11 unter Windows 7 auf. Ich bekomme bei jedem Startversuch des iTunes Store folgende Meldung:
iTunes konnte keine Verbindung zum iTunes Store herstellen. Bei der Netzwerkverbindung ist eine Zeitüberschreitung aufgetreten.
Überprüfen Sie, ob Ihre Netzwerkeinstellungen korrekt sind und Ihre Netzwerkbverbindung aktiv ist, und versuchen Sie es erneut.
Das Deaktivieren aller Firewalls und von Kaspersky bringt nichts.
Was verwunderlich ist, auf einem anderen Windows 7 Rechner im gleichen Netzwerk funktioniert der iTunes Store problemlos. Dieser verwendet die iTunes Version 10.5.1.42.

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe folgendes Problem:
Ich habe meinen alten Rechner entsorgt und benutze nun den Laptop von meinem Freund! Auf dem alten Rechner
hatte ich auch schon Itunes installiert, allerdings eine ältere Version. Ich habe den Ipod nun schon eine
Weile nicht mehr benutzt und brauche ihn aber jetzt wieder und möchte somit neue Lieder drauf laden!
Ich muss noch dazu sagen, dass auf dem Rechner eigentlich Windows 7 installiert ist! Aber ich soll das Programm auf
Windows XP (ist auch auf dem Laptop installiert! Ist irgendein Programm wo er für seine Technikerschule benötigt hat) installieren.
Liegt das evtl. an Windows xp? Oder ist das egal?!
Ich habe jetzt die aktuellste Version von Itunes runter geladen und beim öffnen kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung, dass das
abspielen von Musikdateien unter Umständen nicht funktioniert und so ist es auch.
Itunes erkennt meinen Ipod nicht und Dateien können auch nicht abgespielt werden.
Ich habe mittlerweile Itunes deinstalliert und wieder installiert, aber die Fehlermeldung kommt
immer noch beim öffnen.
Hat jemand eine Ahnung wie ich dieses Problem beheben kann?
Über eure Hilfe wäre ich euch echt dankbar!
