ITunes Error 11 received when doing a normal restore on iPod Touch 4G iTunes.

Hi. I'm trying to do a normal restore on my iPod Touch 4G on iTunes. I'm running on the up-to-date firmware of 6.1.6 What I am basically doing is putting my iPod in Recovery Mode, plugging it into my PC, click "Restore and Update", allow iTunes to download the firmware, and let it go. What happens is, right when it is done "preparing for restore", I receive an Error 11. Now, I looked on the internet and it says Error 11 occurs when custom IPSW firmware is involved. This is not the case for me. Maybe I'm looking at wrong sources? I just want to fix this and clean my iPod. Please help me

Try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good. Are you trying to restore to a PC or an Mac? Either way, I'd remove iTunes, empty the trash, restart, and download/install the latest version. Also, check the versions of OS that the latest build of iTunes will work with.

Well, the problem isn't the back up because I already have a backup saved that I can restore from, I honestly don't know how, but I do, and it has all my apps. The problem is restoring it. I keep getting the "There was a problem downloading the software for the iPod "King". A duplicate file name was specified. With my 3G iPod touch, I did not have it named as "King". I had it as another name. I don't know if that helps, but as I said before, Backup-wise I'm okay for now. Restore-wise I'm not.
NOTE: Reinstalling iTunes doesn't help.
