Itunes Error 29 poped out when restoring!

I am using 3GS iPhone.
Is there anyone who can help me? or give me a Apple's help Support Email?
I did not open up my iPhone but when i tried to restore my iphone or update it,
i tunes came out an error, it was error 29. I went to do some research on the net and i found out that it was the battery problem. Many people said that all you have to do is to replace the old battery and it will work. The problem here is i did not  open up or damage my iPhone. further more my iPhone is out of warranty.
What should i do? i had droped my iphone a couple of times but it's not that serious..
Any one has any solution Feel Free to post it up! =) Thanks!

Error 29 is a Hardware Error. On 3GS it is usually caused by incompatible battery. If the battery has possibly been changed before, then you need to install a battery compatible with your iPhone 3GS.
If you are certain this is the Original Battery that the iPhone came with, then here are Apple Steps for resolution of Error 29: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694#error29

    Troubleshooting
    As with all clickwheel iPods, you can reset this iPod by first toggling the hold switch on and off and then simultaneously pressing the select (center) and menu buttons for approximately 5-10 seconds. This is a common fix should your iPod behave unexpectedly or lock up. Once reset, the iPod should display an Apple logo for a few seconds before showing the main menu. This procedure is similar to rebooting a computer and damages none of your music or data.

    What does error 1015 mean when restoring my Iphone 3G?

    As easily found by googling:
    Errors related to downgrading iOS
    The required resource cannot be found: This alert message occurs when your device has a newer version of iOS than what is available in iTunes. When troubleshooting a device that presents this alert message, go to Settings > General > About and check the version of iOS on the device. If it is newer than the latest released iOS version, the device may have a prerelease developer version of iOS installed.   Installing an older version of iOS over a newer version is not supported.
    Error 1015: This error is typically caused by attempts to downgrade the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch's software. This can occur when you attempt to restore using an older .ipsw file. Downgrading to a previous version is not supported. To resolve this issue, attempt to restore with the latest iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch software available from Apple. This error can also occur when an unauthorized modification of the iOS has occurred and you are now trying to restore to an authorized, default state.
    In summary: your phone is likely jailbroken. If so, there is no more support available on these forums.

  • ITunes Error 11 received when doing a normal restore on iPod Touch 4G iTunes.

    Hi. I'm trying to do a normal restore on my iPod Touch 4G on iTunes. I'm running on the up-to-date firmware of 6.1.6 What I am basically doing is putting my iPod in Recovery Mode, plugging it into my PC, click "Restore and Update", allow iTunes to download the firmware, and let it go. What happens is, right when it is done "preparing for restore", I receive an Error 11. Now, I looked on the internet and it says Error 11 occurs when custom IPSW firmware is involved. This is not the case for me. Maybe I'm looking at wrong sources? I just want to fix this and clean my iPod. Please help me

    Hi there Ajcard,
    You may find the troubleshooting steps in the article below helpful.
    Resolve specific iTunes update and restore errors
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3694
    Check for hardware issues
    Related errors: 1, 3, 10-47, 1002, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1000-1020, 1669.
    Try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good. Also, confirm your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers. If you still see the error message when you update or restore, contact Apple support.
    Error 1015 might happen after making unauthorized modifications to iOS, also called "jailbreaking."

  • Error code: 3194 when restoring.. "Secure link to iTunes store failed" when diagnostics is ran..

    as mentioned in the title, I have encountered 2 errors, one is when I am trying to restore my iphone and the other when iTunes diagnotics feature is ran..
    I have read the information about the diagnostics result and saw something like "connection attempt to firmware update server unsuccessful". Because of this information I have concluded that the "error code 3194" happens because iTunes itself is unable to connect to the "firmware update server".
    I am using Windows 7 64-bit and iTunes is now on the latest version.
    below are the things I have done so far, but to no avail:
    - removed/disabled my antivirus program
    - put iTunes to exception list of WIndows Firewall
    - disabled windows firewall and windows defender
    - re-installed iTunes and made sure that it is of the latest version (version 10.6.1)
    - performed recommendation from: https://discussions.apple.com/message/17409780#17409780
    - perform flush dns command using command prompt
    In addition to the steps I mentioned, I also tried running the diagnostics on two other computers running on different versions on iTunes, 10.5 and 10.6.0. I also did the same steps as above on these two computers, but I am getting the "secure connection to iTunes store failed" when the diagnostics were ran.
    thanks for any help that you can give.

    I think its weird that I experienced both the 3194 error code and "secure link to the itunes store failed" diagnostics error on three computers running on different OS (XP, vista and 7), itunes version and connectivity types (wireless and cabled). Could it be possible that there is a problem on Apple's server?
    Are you still there, shintenhouji?
    Perhaps try the following document:
    Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
    (I've seen a few cases in recent times of this sort of thing being associated with LSP issues.)

  • Itunes 11.1 crashes when restoring idevice...:-/

    i am on a windows 7 laptop running on itunes 11.1.5 when i am trying to restore my iphone 4 as its stuck in a boot loop itunes do not let me do this.it crashes with the message itunes has stopped working......:-( :-/

    Some additional diagnostic information (still no solution )
    Can connect to the iTunes store successfully when starting Windows in Safe Mode with networking.  It seems that there is something running even when all of the startup items and non-Microsoft services listed in msconfig are disabled and whatever that is does not run in Safe Mode.  Any thoughts?
    It is not eset NOD32.  I completely uninstalled this and still had the problem.
    I noticed that when starting iTunes, there is a message that it is connecting to the Apple store and then attempts to send Genius information.  This phase does not end unless I manually stop it, and in fact there is no network activity (no packets being sent or received).  Thinking that this might suggest an issue with Windows Firewall (even though WF isn't supposed to block outgoing traffic) I disabled the firewall ... but iTunes still crashes when accessing the Store.

  • HT201210 error code 1 when restore

    when i restore my iphone 4s to 5.1.1
    itune said "iPhone" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1).
    what happend how can i do.please help me.

    If connected by usb try a different usb port first. Let the driver install process run, then reboot your computer when finished.  Connect and try again.  if still having problems - go to Add Remove programs on your PC and uninstall Apple Device Mobile Support and the Bonjour Services.  Next locate and click on itunes in the Control Panel's Programs and Features page. whilst iTunes is selected click <repair> in the uninstall options at the top of the program list column.  Reboot when finished - open iTunes and check for downloads.  If the uninstalled sevices are not offered again go to a browser window and type in each as a search term and download and install both while logged in as an Administrator.  Whilst logged in as an administrator - in Control Panel, click on Administrative tasks and select Services.
    Check that the ipod, apple mobile device and bonjour services are all running and set to autostart using the Service property page for each.  If the settings are incorrect change them to Automatic for startup - if greyed out and inaccessible, then repeat whilst logged in as an administrator.
    Reboot when finished, connect and try restoring again.
    if this fails then a restore using DFU mode will need to be attempted, details later if required.
    Best regards, Ct

    IMO Adobe  left  a Program out of the typically list namely Photoshop
    Troubleshoot Update Errors
    Many update errors are caused by missing or modified files required by Photoshop, typically by a disk cleanup utility (Ex: CleanMyMac, MacKeeper, etc). Make sure you have the latest updates for your clean-up utilities or discontinue use.
    Explanations of error codes:
    U = Updater.
    44 = Install Update Error
    M1 = Automatic
    M2 = Standalone mode
    P = Patcher
    6 = Done With Errors
    7 = Installation Failed
    ISSUE: Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7, U44M2P7, U44M1P6
    SOLUTION: Run the installer. Reinstall Photoshop CS6 to repair/replace the missing/modified file. Select Help>Updates… to run the updater again. http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-u44m1p7-installing-updates-ccm.html
    ISSUE: The adobe update 13.0.1.2 errors with code U44M1I210.
    SOLUTION: Restart your system, download and install the updates manually. See “Solution 3″ here. http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-u44m1i210-installing-updates-ccm.html
    ========================================================================================== ======================================================
    To fix the update install problems I've had with CC I use the direct installer I downloaded from Download New Adobe CC Trials: Direct Links (no Assistant/Manager) | ProDesignTools  Follow the download instruction to the letter otherwise you will be denied access.  Once to have it. Install CC on top of itself.   That will back level CC to  CC version 14.0.  Then use Photoshop menu Help>Updates.  All updates should install and all the extensions and addition you made to cc will still be there.
