restored through itunes as i bought it and coud not activate it. when restored searching....no sim... have rang up hpone if not blocked or anything and is on o2 can someone help me please?

If the phone was hacked to unlock it, it will not be able to activate until and unless the original carrier authorizes unlocking it. Since the UK carriers will not authorize an unlock for a phone that is not actively in use on their network, and you will not be able to activate it on any network until after it is unlocked, you will most likely not be able to activate and use it at all. It's a catch-22.
Return it to whereever you bought it and get a refund. Then buy a phone from a legitimate source.

I've got the same problem.
It wasn't the case before the upgrade to v 9.2 (Iphoto 11) yesterday.
The previous solution preferences - advanced - "select a store" (last option) doesn't solve it anymore.

Have new imac and I get this error message: Unable to contact the FaceTime server. All mty other apple devices can connect but not my iMac.

I can confirm that yesterday I could not send pic in iMessages with Message beta or from my iPhone.
Today I can.
As Message beta (and in fact iChat 6) and FaceTime both use an App called IMAgent on the Mac to help with logins it is likely that the same servers are involved at the Apple end.
IMAgent also "Listens" when the computer is On but the apps are not launched for Off Line Calls.
(iChat and iChatAgent has always done this for Off Line IMs from AIM Buddies and now IMAgent does it for Jabber and AIM in iChat or Messages and FaceTime)
It seems the servers are back on line.

this yellow bar appears constantly while I am using the internet. It says" LastPass was unable to contact the login server, etc., etc."
It is very annoying, and causes my screen to jump about when it is being active.

hello Larryrush, please contact lastpass's support about this issue - they can likely give you better advice and are the only people who can resolve server errors in their network.

Since last week or 2 weeks ago, some of our users (both Batam and Singapore) here encountered a problem where they are not able to browse the Internet on their BB as they used to.
Example :
I did a test to browse on their BB
www.cnn.com
they will see below error:
“Unable to connect to the selected mobile data service, please try again later.
If the problem persists please contact your administrator “
However if we use ‘Google’ or ‘Yahoo’ search on the BB and entered ‘CNN’ and run a search on it.
We are able to open the CNN website – from the link result search by Yahoo or Google
It’s also applicable to other websites too.
Any idea?

It sounds like you unable to connect your Apple TV to the iTunes Store. I would use this troubleshooting from the following article to help you resolve the issue named:

If you discover that you aren't connected to a network, the signal strength is low, or some of these settings are incorrect or blank, try the following steps:
Ensure that Apple TV is within range of your Wi-Fi router or base station.
Confirm that your Wi-Fi router and cable/DSL modem are connected to power and turned on.
Make sure other devices (computers, iPhone, iPad, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Check your Wi-Fi network settings on Apple TV:
Choose Settings > General > Network > Wi-Fi and press the center button on the remote to display nearby networks.
Choose your Wi-Fi network from the list.
If your Wi-Fi network uses a password, make sure you are entering it correctly.
Restart your Apple TV by choosing Settings > General > Restart.
Try restarting your Wi-Fi router or modem by turning it off and then on again.
If possible, connect an Ethernet cable and verify your Internet connection. If you can connect to the Internet using an Ethernet connection, verify that your Apple TV is using the latest software by choosing Settings > General > Software Update. Hello this is happening to us also (minus the Bluetooth speaker). We can't figure out what is causing the data usage. I turned off mobile data as soon s I activated the device, and got the message that unless I am connected to WiFi.....(that is exactly what I wanted). We watched Netflix for about three hours, then the alerts started. Like you we have many devices connected and never used over 2GB now all of a sudden we have used it in a matter of hours. My husband called Verizon and got the usual doubting Thomas response. I understand that they don't know my device settings. So over the phone we check all the settings and turned off every possible culprit eating up the data and end the call. By now I have purchased another gig for the month! Assured we are NOT using mobile data, we continue on the IE path to bliss. HA! A few hours later I check the mobile data usage on the Verizon website and that darn thing is still using data. After two more phone calls and two VERY uneventful trips to the local store we were told to take out the sim card. This has stopped the data usage, but it defeats the purpose of having the data plan. I could have just stuck with my Surface. Verizon sent us a new sim card. Its been installed and I have set my homepage to Verizon mobile data usage (just kidding) but I am on that site a lot. I am surprised at the number of complaints about this device. When we called the Verizon support acted as though this was the first time they had heard about this. Is this how you do it?
1. Turn off iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, slide to turn off.
2. Connect USB cable to computer
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune (make sure you have the newest version of iTune)
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad
