Itunes: feed has already been submitted error. can't fix it!

after being on itunes for many years, apple recently took down my videocast. i've since corrected the problems. however, every time i try to resubmit it, i get the "feed has already been submitted" error.
i've done everything that's been suggested. i've changed the feed title, pointed to a different source url ("original feed" in feedburner parlance), changed the show description and itunes category. however, i don't want to change the feedburner feed addresss because i don't want to lose all my itunes comments and subscribers, assuming i ever get this fixed.
btw, my feedburner feed addresss that i want to resubmit to itunes is: http://feeds.feedburner.com/chillcastvideo
i've tried contacting apple "support" but sad to say it's a joke, shuffling me around from person to person who gives me "advice" that doesn't work. for an otherwise great company, they're failing here.
so if anyone has anything else for me to try, i'm all ears.

hi roger, are you saying apple automatically deletes comments and subcribers for podcasts that have been removed? i ask this because you helped the poster in this thread who was having the same issue: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4943722?start=0&tstart=0
and i looked up his show on itunes and all his older comments are there along with his subscribers. i'm just trying to figure out what he did and do the same.

iTunes knows your podcast only from the feed, not from anything else. If you try to submit from a new URL then iTunes sees this as a new podcast, and if it has the same name as an existing podcast then it will not permit it. There is a procedure for changing a feed's URL:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/whatson/podcasts/specs.html#changing
but it requires you to have access to the original feed in order to add a tag to it instructing iTunes to move to a new feed.
You have only two alternatives: add this tag to the old feed - which knowing Feedburner is likely to be difficult if not impossible: or submit the new feed URL with a slightly changed Title.
However I do think that Feedburner ought to explain to you what they've been playing at, and it does sound as if you may have legitimate grounds for protesting to them and asking them to sort it out - though I can't predict the likelihood of success in this.

There is a procedure for changing the feed URL for a podcast, which it seems you haven't followed: you have to add a special tag to the old feed - just submitting a new feed will have exactly the effect you describe. The proper method is described here:

Having problems with my podcast, it was deleted from itunes due to a fan of the podcast making a logo which was taken off another website (I didn't know this) so due to copyright.
Have changed the logo and am trying to re-submit the podcast and getting the message above. I then asked my podcast host to change to rss feed to something different and it's still coming up with the same message. Can anybody help?

The feed is fine. As your original podcast was apparently removed from the Store you have to re-sumbit as if it were a completely new podcast, at this URL. Unfortunately there is a bug in the automated part of the process which doesn't accept that a podcast has been removed, and if one is submitted with the same title you get the error message you see. I doubt that opening a new account with iTunes will help, though I suppose you could try.
To complicate matters, there is a podcast in the Store called 'HouseNationUK Radio! Podcast', which I take it is nothing to do with you.
If changing the title doesn't get you past this error message I can only refer you to iTunes Support, though I have to say they are usually rather unhelpful and will probably just send you a form message telling you how to submit a podcast (which you already know). To contact them go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ - click on 'Other iTunes Store Features' in the list and then on 'Podcasts'. You will see a link to either 'Express Lane', which will guide you eventually to some contact options, or you may see a link to email them.

I'm trying to get a podcast up and running but have run into a snag. I had set up and submitted my show a couple of weeks ago. Since then I figured out it would probably be a good idea to have a way to track downloads so (due to where I originally hosted the files) I had the show removed from iTunes completely. I have a new host, and run my site's RSS through Feedburner and have submitted the Feedburner feed to iTunes. I get the error message 'It appears this feed has already been submitted.' I've changed the title and the Feedburner link to a couple of different names and tried resubmitting again to no avail.
Is there something I'm missing? I contacted Apple support but got the same canned response that most everyone else gets.

Thanks for the tip Roger. I found a different area of the Feedburner Optimization tab to change the name and description and that worked fine. I just submitted my show and will change stuff back once it's approved.
You got me looking a little more closely and I appreciate the help!

If the feed is listed please remove it from iTuens.

You need to contact the iTunes people from Apple. We are just other users here, like yourself.

ITunes Producer error - "This playlist has already been submitted"

I'm quite clueless here, and would be glad for any help or reference with this error.
I'm an iTunes content publisher, and wanted to start working with Producer to upload new stuff.
I created a new entry, will all details - but when i'm trying to upload, *i'm getting the following error*

The only way to get passed that and to use that iPhone is to ask the previous owner to remove it from icloud.com in the Find my iPhone section.

If the previous owner is not present
Make sure the device is powered on and connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. Then contact the previous owner and ask them to follow these steps to remove the device from their account:

Click All Devices to open a list of devices linked to their account, then select the device to be removed.
Click the Erase button to erase all content and settings from the device. When prompted, don't enter a phone number or message. Click Next until the device is erased.
When the erase is complete, click "Remove from Account" to remove the device from the account.
After the device is erased and removed from the account, you can proceed with the device setup process.

There is no work around, you must wait the 90 days (or however long is remaining) before associating the device with another Apple ID.
Keep in mind that if you log into your mother's iPad with your iTunes Store Apple ID she will then be using that Apple ID for everything including purchases. Any apps purchsed with her Apple ID can not longer be updated on the device.

I am trying to set up 2 new servers in a clustered environment. In this I have configured a Foreign Server which is looking up to queues in different server.
The structure is like this: 1 Foreign Server with 2 Queues and 1 Connection factory with exactly same name as they present on the host server.

Weblogic is installed in Solaris machine and welogic's version is 10.3.4.0 with Java version 1.6.0 update 33. I have checked the firewall, /etc/hosts but there are no issues with that.
The JNDI Connection URL is configure like: t3://xx.xxx.x.xx,xx.xxx.x.xx:7001/
I have tried giving like this also: t3://xx.xxx.x.xx:7001,xx.xxx.x.xx:7001/ or t3://hostname1,hostname2:7001/ or t3://hostname1:7001,hostname2:7001/
but nothing worked.
The foreign servers are accessible from my Application Server when I do the telnet on the port. There is no cross domain security required. Funny thing is I have a same set-up in two other application server (in cluster again) and there on configuring the Foreign server to same IPs, I am not facing any issues at all.
Can anyone please help me with this. Searched all over the place but have no clue regarding this. Many forums mentioned about firewall and etc/hosts but that is also not case it seems.

My feed has no episodes? How can I fix this?

I use feedburner to make the podcasts. And when I attempt to upload to itunes it tells me my feed has no episodes.
I no nothing about html or xml. I just use the directions that feedburner gives to make the podcasts. My link that was generated is http://feeds.feedburner.com/RebelKrownRadio

Your media file (the .mp3 file) is hosted on Google Drive. The URL begins with https, which indicates an encrypted connection, and the iTunes Store cannot handle these, so you need it to begin with http.
Even so, when I tried to play it in a browser (where https would be OK) it didn't play, and when I subscribed to the feed in iTunes it complained that the file 'needed authorisation' - so you seem to have placed it where your login is required to access it.
I don't know anything about Google Drive, but does it in fact provide website hosting? I rather doubt it's a good place to host your media, but if you are going to do this you need to make sure it's publicly accessible and uses http.
Also, it won't be accepted if the server does not handle 'byte range requests' - the method used by iPhones - so once you've got the access sorted out, and before you try submitting it again, you could if you like post here again and I'll run a check for byte range request handling (which isn't 100% authoritative but at least would give some idea).
When you do resbumit, be prepared to be told it's already been submitted - this is a bug in the process, to get round which you would need to change the title slightly.

First, try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose data by resetting.
