ITunes Gift Card - Shows Already Redeemed

$100 Gift card from I-tunes. We entered the information but it shows that is was already redeemed. We just scratched off the code area. Are we out $100? What can we do since nobody has responded to my e-mail. Any ideas?

I am having problems too. I tried calling the Itunes support desk and they are not very helpful. Have you heard anything from them or did you get a new code from them?

How do you pay with an iTunes gift card after you redeem it?

I redeemed an iTunes gift card, and then I went to buy a tv show. I was directed to a page to edit my payment method. How do I buy the tv show with the money from the gift card?

What exactly happens when you try to buy a programme, what messages do you see on the screen ? (If you are trying to gift the programme then you will need to enter card details, your balance can't be used for gifting.)
If this is the first time that you've tried to use the account to download something then unless the instructions on this page were followed when creating an account : Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method
then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store - you should be able to remove your card's details after entering them

Can't install an iTunes gift card, can't redeem giftcard balance

Having MAJOR problems here, I hope someone can help! We have an iTunes account set up already with a gift card balance still in there (it USED to work), but ever since Christmas when we go to download something, and the box comes up that says "are you sure you want to buy and download?" and I click "buy", then this thing pops up "iTunes store terms & conditions have changed....please read & agree to....." so I check the box that says I have read and agree to iTunes terms & conditions...click continue....then this thing pops up, "Your request could not be completed...make sure your computers date is set correctly and that it accepts cookies from the iTunes music store, for detailed solutions to resolve this issue click More Info"....I click on More Info, it takes me to THIS page http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93440
So I have made sure my date and time are correct numerous times over, this page is really of no help to me as i have Windows Vista not XP or 2000, plus my problem is not even listed on this page they want me to visit for "more info". I have an apple account. I have a 32 bit system. I have iTunes 7.6 downloaded. The cookies thing....not sure about, but nowhere on the page does it say how to help this.....like I said before though, we used to not have any problem whatsover with iTunes, redeemed many a gift card, now we can't redeem a gift card at all, we get this SAME message every time. There is only one way, and that is for the agency's IT or OIS depending on the acronym they use, to do the download and install or provide you with an approved link to do so. I know of no US Federal agency that allows an employee to download and install any software on a government owned computer. Doing so is a security violation. Plus, no employee has the necessary privileges to install software.
Some agencies are not permitting use of personal devices, that is, smart phones and tablets, but those are required to use the Division system to isolate all government content from personal content.
The Apple Store for Government may have a way to purchase, but installation requires the permission of your agency.

It is simply asking you to verify your account info. Select None for the CC.
It will still pay with your gift card balance.

Apple probably presumes that most people will remember what they bought. The majority of cards have the value printed on them. It's only the custom cards that don't, and for that you normally will have the receipt. You can comment to Apple on the matter via their feedback pages, though, if you wish:

HT1689 How can I get my itunes gift card balance to me?

I recently received a ITunes Gift card and I "redeemed" it. My credit balance states the same amount but I cannot find where to look to see if I have already used the $15.00 up on it and I have purchased a couple more songs. On my Purchase page it is showing that they have put some clharges on my debit card which was supposed to go to the gift card . Where can I find "support help" to resolve this question? Is there a number I can call them at? Please help someone. Greatly would appreciate it.

I am a new user to itunes. Yesterday I put my itunes gift card pin number in the redeem box. then I followed the on screen instructions. after I put in my name and address a box appeared saying "We are unable to complete your registration at this time please try again later".
I try to do the whole registration again from the beginning.
I tried to put in my itunes gift card pin number again a message appeared saying "this gift card was already redeemed". I would like to know, How can I access my $25 gift card?

Buy an iTunes card from any retailer in your town that sells them and redeem it.

I bought a 3rd ipad for my daughter in CA. I synced w/my PC to load some apps since she has no PC. Now I am in Iraq with PC and my iPad. If I buy my her iTunes gift cards, can she buy apps and music w/out using my pin and charging to my Credit card?

I bought another iPad for my daugther. Because she has no PC, I loaded her iPad with apps from My PC. Now she is in Oceanside CA. And I am in Iraq with my iPad and PC.. My question is: How can my daughter load some apps of her own? If I buy her iTunes gift cards, can she redeem them on her iPad with out using my Pin number (as that would give her access to my credit card)! I prefer to gifted her purchases, not allow her to purchase with access to my credit card. Can this be done?

well if the ipad is on your itunes account then her apps and music etc will be billed to you. but if you give her gift cards you should take off your credit card because itunes won't tell you when you are all through with your gifted money and are back to useing your credit card until after you have made a purchase
