You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Sorry, but you can't. iTunes cards are valid only in the country of purchase, so your aunt could not use an iTunes card you were to purchase in your own country, and to the best of my knowledge Apple does not at this time offer gift cards in the UAE.
Perhaps there's another e-book seller she could use, such as Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or Google Books, for which you could buy her a gift certificate. All three offer apps for the iPad for their e-book format. You'll need to check any country restrictions for those sellers.

They're correct. If desired, send the money with an international cheque instead of through iTunes.

Trying to use the page at apple.com for two days. It's the link for info on how to send a email iTunes gift card. However when I click it (over windows, iPad, iPhone) it opens iTunes to a page full of HTML codes
Any help? Need to this ASAPThis possibly the dumbest thing Apple can do. I just found out the hard way my father in law will not be getting his christmas present. Yes I should have read the fine print, but I honestly thought Apple was smarter than that.
Obviously they haven't seen the money making potential of this so now I will ask for a refund and take my money elsewhere. -

I'm trying to send an ITune gift card online for my nieces. I've done it successfully for the first one and the others won't work. The message tells me to contact the apple store support to complete the transaction. I've trying doing so however, due to being Christmas the call centre is not working.
I don't understand especially, as I can still make purchases, i.e. I've tested this. My card details are all OK so what could it be?
Is calling a call centre part of the process?
What's the process flow for purchasing a gift card? The detail on the support site does not provide any information on the reason's why one would need to contact support to complete the transaction so I really don't understand. Being Christmas and my niece's birthday I needed this to be done. Hello, deployed an want to use an itunes gift card after I put in the number to use it and purchase music itunes continues to take me back to the credit card billing page. I only want to use the gift card, how to I get pass the credit card billing page. Also as soon attempt to put in my new credit card number it immediately times out can this be associated to where I'm located?
Go to your account on your computer and set the credit card to none. This will allow you to use the gift card.

I am shocked Apple is not taking this seriously. I have receipt and my bank statement to prove the transaction took place. £250 (£50 x 5) is what I will be losing.
iTunes gift cards, as is the case with many gift cards, are like cash; if you lose them, they're gone and cannot be refunded, nor can Apple deactivate the cards; they have no way of doing so. Sorry, but you're just out that money.

On April 28 I attempted to send my girlfriend the Now Disney album via iTunes gift. As of now she still hasn't received an email or notification letting her download the album. The email address is 100% correct and I've resent the gift probably around 10 times but to no avail.

Open iTunes on your computer and click on the iTunes Store.
You'll need to be signed in...
Click on the little House icon in the dark gray bar across the top. (or Shift+Command+H)
On the right side of the page under Quick Links click Redeem and enter your code.
Then it will show your credit balance in the dark gray bar across the top next to your account name to let you know how much you have to spend.
Then as you buy books, it'll deduct from the credit balanace.
There is a distinction between, iTunes Gift Card and Apple Gift Card.

Then my wife received a new ipod and we set up her account on the same computer as my son's and used the same email address. Now neither gift card will work. What can we do to remedy this?
