ITunes Hacked? Unauthorized apps.

Question

I received this email from Apple:
Dear *******,
Your Apple ID, *******, was just used to make a purchase in 快乐棋牌 from the App Store on a computer or device that had not previously been associated with that Apple ID.
If you made this purchase, you can disregard this email. It was only sent to alert you in case you did not make the purchase yourself.
If you did not make this purchase, we recommend that you go to iforgot.apple.com
to change your password, then see Apple ID: Tips for protecting the security of your account
for further assistance.

When I logged on to the iTunes store, it showed 2 apps: Crazy Ants and Happy City. I did not purchase these. What should I do? I called my bank and cancelled my debit card and don't know where to go from here.
Edited to add: They also changed my address and phone number.

Well, they said they did, and I guess it was to the bogus credit card.  I responded to their email but got no response at all.  Apple bascially ***** and they even went out of their way to tell me that this was all my problem.
No one got my password via a phishing scam.  And, why was this bogus app even allowed in the store????  Why is no one prosecuting this dude who wrote the app and then charged in app credits to a stolen credit card?  How much money has this dude made off this scam??? 
Do these big companies just not care about such small amounts of money? 
I guess I just answered my own question.  They can just jack up the price on their products to cover the slight loss of income to cover the destruction of someones credit report....god, I hadn't even thought about the impact on my credit.  I guess I will now be considered a credit card thief
