ITunes has no Digital Signature
Everytime I try to download iTunes, it'll either stop downloading halfway through it, or if it does download, it'll say it doesn't have a digital signature, so what do I do to make it download?
I went to internet options, and under the security section on the advanced tab, I unchecked "check for digital signature".

When I try to download the latest version of iTunes from apple.com, I get the message "Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate."When I open iTunes and try to download the latest version there, I get the message "iTunes has an invalid signature. The download has been removed." I have also gotten an Internet Script Error stating that an error has occured in Line 0, Char O and that "Access is denied to images.apple.com/global/scripts/lib/iepngfix.htc." This problem has never occurred with earlier versions of ITunes. Anyone know how to fix this problem?
Are you downloading iTunes form an Apple website or somewhere else? If the answer is somewhere else, try downloading it from Apple. Click on iTunes in the black menu bar above and go from there.

Hi curliejo,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
In your situation I would recommend the steps in the following article for troubleshooting iTunes. It may be necessary to completely remove and reinstall iTunes in this situation. Be sure to remove all of the components with iTunes in the correct order as outlined in the article before installing fresh.

Everytime I try to update to Itunes 11 I get an error message saying that Itunes has an invalid signature and can't be installed? I have tried to install it two times and get the same message each time. Any solutions to my problem?? Those who have installed ITUNES 11 is it hard to work with? maybe im lucky it wont update?? I don't know.
That suggests that the installer is getting damaged during the download.
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer? -

I am assuming you are having difficulties installing the latest version of iTunes. Are you using a Windows PC or a Macintosh? Which version of Windows or OS X are you using? -

Error "itunes has an invalid signature". Will not install. Why?
Every time I try to update iTunes on my desktop computer I keep getting the same error message "iTunes has an invalid signature. Will not install. Why am I getting this message? and how can I fix it.
ITunes came with the new HP I purchased in 12/2013. I have had a problem only with updates. I thought about uninstalling on my desktop but do not want to lose my songs. Was hoping to find a better solution than uninstalling and then re-installing.
Any how would be appreciated. The error suggests some sort of corruption with the file you downloaded. Clear your browser's cache and download a fresh copy of the iTunes setup file.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If you are running 64-bit Windows and the above steps haven't helped try installing the version of iTunes that can be downloaded from this support document. iTunes 12.1 for Windows (64-bit — for older video cards)
