Itunes has stopped responding

Question

I have tried every thing suggested i this forum about fixing this. The message I get is that iTunes has stopped responding, Windows is looking for a solution to the problem. Then it wants to close iTunes. This only happens when i try to access the store. My music and podcasts and everything else works fine. Just can't go to the store. Just downloaded the lates and greates version of iTunes. Below is the error i get in the event viewer and of course windows Tech support is no help. Never ever had an error in the event viewer had a solution to a problem of any kind.

See the following post for how to resolve.  The fix involves copying a file from one directory to another.  Very easy.
