ITunes icon on my screen
Hello, I am having a big issue...
I was trying to restore(reset) my iPhone 5 (I am going to sell it) and I was doing it via iTunes because I was having problem with turning off Find my iPhone...Now I have the iTunes icon stuck on my screen and it wont let me do anythinggggggggg...I can't turn it off or on...It does not work at all...Please someone helpppp!!!!

Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...
To minimise loss... Connect to iTunes on the computer you Usually Sync with and Restore from the most recent Backup...

My Iphone4 has frozen while updating on itunes. Shows a itunes icon on the screen with a usb plug with arrow pointing towards itunes icon.
The exact same thing happened me the other night.
Everything is wiped!!
I need my "itunes back-up password" - which not only do i not remember setting, but any password i every used does not work!!

I tried to update my phone. The update didnt go all the way through, and ended up freezing the screen on my iphone with an itunes icon on it. I tried to reboot phone with no success...the icon stays on there with no other function of the phone available. Anybody know of a fix?
Put your iphone in dfu mode by doing this. Turn your iphone off. When its off, hold home and power button together for exactly 10 seconds, then release the power button and keep holding home button for another 10 seconds. Then open up itunes on your pc and plug your iphone to your pc. Itunes should recognize your iphone in recovery mode and it will tell you to restore it. Click restore, and your iphone will restore. Remember that, if you do this you will lose everything that was on your iphone. You can restore from backup later on. Hope I helped. Hi, I was backing up my iPad 2 and it gave me an error message. Since then, my iPad has been dead or should I say, STUCK. The screen shows the iTunes image with an image of a USB cable under it with an arrow pointing towards the iTunes icon. I haven't been able to get it to unfreeze and when I connect it to iTunes, iTunes doesn't give me the option to Sync or Restore. It actually just goes into the iTunes Store section and I can't access the part I need. Please help! Thank You!!!!!

First try: Shut down Mac forcefully. Press the button to start & hold down OPTION ke once youo see white screen. Boot disk selection window will appear. From here select your drive to boot into Mac.

One of my users let his wife use his iPad 3 and now the device is forzen with the itunes icon appearing on the screen along with the USB charging/interface cable with an arrow pointing to the iTunes icon.
How do a reset the device or clear the message?

After updating my iphone, I'm stuck with an image of a USB port and iTunes icon on my phone which I can not get rid of to reset or restart my phone. I plug my phone into my laptop to connect to itunes and my phone does not appear in itunes!!!! I have tried to reinstall itunes on my laptop, I have tried to reset my iphone, I have tried to stop and restart, and I have tried to stop and start apple mobile devise service on my laptop.... None have resolved the issue!!!! Any suggestions????

it all started when i installed itunes, which i have never done before on this computer as its new (second hand , but i mean new as in wiped clean)
i downloaded the latest itunes software from the website, and everything went smoothly. when i dobule-clicked the icon on my home screen, a 'apple itunes software liscence agreement' window popping up, it had 'save as' 'agree' and 'disagree' buttons, naturally i clicked 'agree' the window went away, but nothing (even 30 minutes later, with the computer untouched) happened. frustrated i repeatedly opened it up, again and again, only to be greeted by the same window, and same blank home screen. even connecting my ipod wont force it open, changing cables wont work, and uninstalling seems a very distant probmise to fix this error. HELPP MEEE! I am nothing without my beloved ipod!
