ITunes in the cloud not working for movies

Purchased a movie, Batman The Dark Night, four days ago. The movie became available in the iCloud for re-download etc. Everything worked fine until today. Now, the movies has dissapeared from my iCloud account. When I try to acess the "purchased" topic in the iTunes Store section of movies, it doesn't let me enter and says that "this item is not available in the iTunes Store Brazil at this moment". By the way, I am using the iTunes Store Brazil. The iCloud services have been very unstable since yesterday. Has anyone been experiencing the same kind of problem?

Hi,
I was wondering, does iTunes in the Cloud only work for purchased music?
Also, does the automatic wifi sync feature not sync everything that it would if you manually iniate the wifi sync? The reason I ask is because my iPhone is often connected to my charger, and then today I decided to perform a manual wifi sync and it had a lot of content to update, definitly way more than any changes I've made since I plugged it in to the charger last night.

You can turn on Music, Apps,and Books by tapping Settings > Store
Connecting your iPhone to a wall charger should not have any effect on sycning.

Assorted music 'invisible' on iTunes in the cloud, 'Not in my library'. What's going on?

iTunes in the cloud went live in UK here recently, so I thought I'd take the oppurtunity to redownload my collection of purchased music, and refine my library. Once I downloaded everything displayed in the "Not in my library" section however, I notice that I have a good number of tracks which don't appear.
I no longer have these tracks on my computer, so this is a bit of a bummer. The track total appears in the left column as expected, however no tracks appear on the right.
Any idea what's going on right here? Do download rights vary with each track, is this a regional thing, something to do with my library, or a fresh bug on the iTunes store?

ITunes 11 'Up Next' not working for album

When I click on the small arrow and select 'Add to Up Next' for an album, nothing happens to the Up Next list. Nothing is added. When I do this for a song, it does add the song just fine. It's just not working for the album. Anyone else seeing this?

Make sure the tracks are active (check box to the left of track when looking at songs in a list). I ran into this on a number of albums that I had previously deactivated(unchecked) so they would be skipped in playlists/iTunes DJ. If they are not checked they can only be played or added individually as you are discribing.
It is also possible to re activeate multiple tracks by rt-click to pull up menu. There you can check/uncheck selected or just 'Add to Up Next" directly.

Movies in the cloud not working

Hi,
So... on and off today, the movies we've purchased from the iTunes store but left in iCloud are unplayable.
Actually, for a moment there they also disappeared. I did find a way to get them back. First, I had to go under the "View" menu in iTunes and "hide" and then "show" the movies again. Otherwise, there was no option in preferences to "show purchased videos..." in the iTunes preferences. That alone seems like a bug (if I didn't go through the view menu stuff, the preference choice to show purchased videos just wasn't there).
But now, I go into iTunes and I have to keep going in to preferences to RE-select to show purchased videos, otherwise I can't see the movies in the cloud. This is messed up. On our Mini, I can see them but they have no icon in itunes and when I try to push play they stall at zero. This is only the videos parked in the cloud that I'm talking about. And yes, the internet connection is working otherwise.
Has anybody else had a similar experience... and if yes, what to do?

Documents in the Cloud not working (impossible!)

I am encountering the most strange difficulty with iCloud, particularly Documents in the Cloud and the syncing of Numbers and Pages documents between iPad and iPhone. I do not use Keynote.
I will try and describe the problem in as much detail as possible and explain everything I have tried to do.
My goal is for documents I create on iPad to sync to iPhone, and vice versa, with changes appearing on both, and on iCloud.com. To clarify I'm not involving the Mac in anyway, I am aware this is a current limitation of Documents in the Cloud. Unless I'm missing something, what I want to do is what is advertised.
- I am running the latest version of iOS on both iPad and iPhone.
- I have the latest versions of Keynote and Pages on both.
- I am logged in to iCloud on both iPad and iPhone with the same account
- iCloud is working fine for all other purposes (Bookmark sync, PhotoStream etc)
- Documents and Data is switched on, as is the option for Using Cellular Data
- Use iCloud is set to ON under Pages and Keynote preferences
- The arrow indicating a cloud document is on every document on both iPad and iPhone's icon, in the top right of each icon
- In iCloud -> Storage & Backup -> Manage Storage -> Documents & Data -> Numbers it displays all the expected documents.
The current behaviour appears to be that I create a document on either device, and the document is PARTIALLY uploaded to iCloud. That is, it appears on iCloud.com under iWork, but when I click on any file it either says "Upload failed" or "Waiting" for each file.
If I try and delete a document on iWork.com, it crashes the web app and does not delete the documents.
Things I have tried to resolve:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling Numbers and Pages on both devices
- Soft resetting both devices
- Disabling and re enabling Documents in the Cloud on both devices
- Disabling and re enabling iCloud toggle in the individual app preferences on both devices
- Deleting and readding iCloud account on both devices
- A full restore then restoring from iCloud backup on both devices (yes, I actually did that)
- A combination of the above in various sequence orders, none of which made any difference
More information... one solution on the web pointed to the problem involving a duplicate account which could be deleted from the Mail settings, however I only have one configured account - my iCloud account. Just in case it matters, my iCloud email is an @mac.com address.
I think I have covered everything. Any help would be appreciated since Apple themselves seemed pretty stumped on the phone, suggesting another restore, or setting the phone and iPad up as brand new devices. I'd really rather not until I've exhausted every possible outcome.

I don't see it mentioned above, but when you remove the apps from your devices, have you been to system preferences > iCloud and checked that all your pages and numbers documents have been deleted from your storage, deleting them if necessary.
Also when you add things back, avoid adding documents with the same names as those you have been having problems with.

Documents in the Cloud not working

I'm having issues with the Documents in the cloud feature for a couple of days now, first I thought my restore fixed it but as I was working with some documents in iWork for iOS I ran into the exact same problem again.
All my documents display the arrow going up badge or occasionally a progress bar that doesn't fill, and other apps that support iCloud for storing documents just refuse to let me access them.
I checked the logs for my iOS devices (an iPad 2 and iPhone 4S) and they both exhibit a particular line when I try to sync my files with iCloud

I have no clue what's going on, going to icloud.com on my Mac and entering the iWork webapp doesn't show any documents either, even thgough I succesfully synced all of my Pages documents across my iOS devices yesterday and they are still on sync.

I'm having weirdness in Numbers and Pages too. Just upgraded an iPad 4 to 8.1.1, and now neither Numbers or Pages will load the iCloud documents. In fact, when I turn on "Use iCloud" in Settings and go to either of the Apps, nothing changes, but when I go back to Settings the "Use iCloud" has been switched back off. Both Apps load very slowly. When they finally do open and I click the + sign in the upper left of title bar, a blank cartoon-like bubble opens, then the App crashes. Interestingly a new iPhone 6 running the same software works just fine... both Apps load quickly and retrieve the iCloud documents instantly. I haven't got a clue...

Single of the week not working for the last 3 weeks.

I like do DL the single of the week, as there is quite an eclectic range of songs comming from there.
For the last 3 weeks I have been getting an error saying something like this.
We could not execute your iTunes request, The resource was not found. --> Losely transelated from Norwegian.
Screenshot of the error if there are any norwegians here with simular problem.
Get the error on all my devices. iPad / Phone / MBA / iMac.

Are you runnig ITunes v6 also if you are you might be clicking on the new video column. The free downloads section got moved to the left. jfyi

Review Widget: "drag the correct answer to the target" - not working for me?

Ive read the (very limited) help on this problem, and I must be doing something wrong
I simply want to indicate the right answer A or B - couldnt be simpler.
Apple says:
"To indicate the correct answer: Select it or drag the label or image to the target. To have more than one correct answer, hold down the Command key while you select the answers."
Its just not working. I assume it means drag the CHOICE A button OR CHOICE A text (thats all there is) to some target on the inspector but that doesnt work nothing happens. (And where is "the target" what target? Where? I cant find a "drop" green plus appearing anywhere..
So I then, instead I try dragging the QUESTION TEXT (eg is the sky blue or red) to somewhere and that DOES show a draggable obkect but again where is this "target"? If that means the Answer a or Answer B back in the widget it self then No, that doesnt do anything, no drop zone is saying "hey drop me here"
So, like I say, I must be missing somethign really obvious. But Ive no idea. Please help.

I am trying to investigate this issue but I havent been able to reproduce it. It would be great if you could give me a few inputs.
1) Are you able to Publish Comments in the review?
2) Is there any internet traffic monitoring tool running on your machine?
3) Close Acrobat and then try killing the AdobeCollabSync.exe from task manager. Now open the review file again and try to sync the comments. Does this work?
4) Try downloading a fresh copy of this file from Acrobat.com server and replacing your local copy with it.
If all these things do not work then maybe we can analyze the traffic (using fiddler) on your machine to investigate the problem.

Purchases in the Cloud not working as expected

The Purchases in the Cloud feature from iTunes v.11 has never behaved as advertised on my Mac since it's came out. I can enable it on my computer as many times as can but, once in a while, whenver I reopened the app it either disappears from the Preferences and I have to close the app and restart it to see if it re-appears or it shows up but it's once again disabled.
Am I the only one who have experienced this ? Are there any potential workarounds besides what I already do until Apple fixes this issue ? I have already done my part and have had extensive talks with Applecare Advisors about the issue and said they notified the engineers but have yet to see any improvement at all. In the mean time they have released three more updates of iTunes 11.0.5,11.1 & 11.1.1 and nothing so far.

Log out of iTunes store and log back in and it should reappear.
I have filed bug report on this.

Why does the /s not work for me in the commandline?

We have a HD webcam pointed at a pooltable in our local poolbar. We use FMLE to stream to Dacast. To finish the project we want to automate the process: only stream between 17.00 and 01.00 hours every day.
It looks like FMLEcmd + batch/cmd files + scheduled tasks can make this possible.
I am diving into FMLEcmd. Starting up works fine. But stopping gives me troubles. I use the command: fmlecmd /s rtmp://live-ams.dacast.com/201346/21653+xxxx
Reply is: "Stop command send to FMLE."
Then i do fmlecmd /s and it says " All running FMLE sessions are: rtmp://live-ams.dacast.com/201346/21653+xxxx".
Questions:
1. What am i doing wrong here?
2. When starting a session through cmd, will it be visible when you open FMLE Gui?
Plan is to make two batchfiles: One to start FMLE streaming on a daily basis at 17.00 hours. And one to stop FMLE streaming at 01.00 in the morning. If somebody already has similar batchfiles ready for me to use, please let me know! If somebody has another solution for the above, also let me know!
Already implemented the reconnect interval and times in the XML file... that was needed...
Maybe stupid question: When i do the command "FMLEcmd", encoding starts, text displays "streaming to server", and i see bitrates moving. Is the only option then to close the command window? Because i see no cursor anymore?

It doesn't give me an error message, it simply does not search. I type in my search term and it appears to search the document but then a dialogue box appears which says that my search term has not been found. This even happens when I am looking at a page in which my search term is clearly visible!
I am shutting down now until the morning as I have been working almost 12 hours.

Why is the update not working for Pages vs5

I've been updating pages since this morning, its now 6:51pm.
Shouldn't the update process be simple? Where you click on the update and the update happens.

The software last update was a year ago. I'm currently running OS X 10.8.5 and have updated that to.

Apple's servers are probably very busy. You may want to wait for a little while before trying again.

It has been 6 days and iTunes Match just does not work for me!

In your code you have one line as shown below

I am not sure why you added this in your code,maybe you wanted an underscore to be added to your target filename.
In that case just modify one line of the code I wrote above
this line

ourSourceFileName=ourSourceFileName.replaceAll(".txt","_.xml");
Ensure the following events
1. Sender CC has ASMA and file name ticked
2. Receiver CC has ASMA and file name ticked
3. "fail if ASMA missing" untick this. If this UDF runs successfully then later you can tick this and save the changes.
3. UDF has no input as variable, since you are not using the var1 variable anywhere in your code.
4. in receiver communication channel -> File access parameters-> File name scheme -
> put a default filename with XML extension such as default.xml.
