ITunes INFO - iCal - where does it find "selected calendars" How to change?

I'm just wondering in iTunes info, for Syncing iCal calendars, where are the files located on the hard drive that it finds to sync?
Reason: I had alot of probs with iCal and deleted it. I plan on reinstalling from my OS disk, but for now it still shows some file names, and has duplicate names showing in that area on iTunes and I cannot find out how to remove those file names nor where they are. I tried looking for the file names in Spotlight and can't find them; I also checked the "library" in both HD and my home folder and all sub folders- still not luck.
How do I remove the lists of those names in that sync window for "selected calendars" to start again?
(ie: I'm currently using Thunderbird calendar and can export calendars there as ".ics" type files to desktop and want iTUNES to find THOSE files and show them so I can then sync to my itouch and have calendars on my iTouch...if really needed I will reinstall iCal from OS disk then import those desktop files there, then maybe it will show up in iTunes? I'd rather just be able to remove list of selected calendars and have the ones on desktop now show up there-any way to do this?)

• After installing Mavericks iTunes 11.1.3 does not find my recent iTunes Library. Where did my current library go?

After installing Mavericks iTunes 11.1.3 does not find my recent iTunes Library. Where did my current library go? The new iTunes opens a 2009 library on start up. My most recent library is ignored even when I go to it directly and start iTunes with it. In another thread someone suggested repairing permissions, I did that and it did not help. I ripped my entire CD collection over the summer (1000's of songs) and now they just don't exist...or I can't find them. They were there before I upgraded to Mavericks the other day. Now vanished. I have found no other issues with Mavericks (yet). Played the music last week; upgraded, now can't find my complete current library. If anyone has a clue as to what might be causing this I sure would like know. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Hi, sorry to hear you had this problem. Sometimes after updating iTunes the library appears blank because a new library (.itl) file has been created. Anyone else experiencing this issue may be able to resolve by following the steps outlined in TS1967. There is ofter a 'Previous iTunes Libraries' folder in the iTunes folder, by quitting iTunes entirely and replacing the currently named iTunes Library.itl file with the library file named by date in the Previous Libraries folder (should look something like 'iTunes Library 2011-08-03') and renaming to 'iTunes library.itl' and relaunching you should find the library looks the same as it did before updating (metadata intact).

Where does one find the "file browser" option in V10 like the one in V2

The file browser was more or less the precursor to bridge in photoshop elements 1,2 and 3 and photoshop 7 and cs, except it was built into the actual application instead of being separate like bridge.
The file browser was not an organizer as such, which was also along side the file browser in photoshop elements 3 on windows.

• Where does one find the Oracle Best Practice/recommendations for how to DR

What is the Oracle Best Practice for install/deployment and configuration of ODI 11g for Disaster Recovery?
We have a project that is using Oracle ODI 11g (11.1.1.5).
We have configured all the other Oracle FMW components as per the Oracle DR EDG guides. Basically using the Host ip name/aliasing concept to ‘trick’ the secondary site into thinking
it is primary and continue working with minimal (or no) manual reconfiguration. But will this work for ODI? The FMW DR guide has sections for SOA, WebCenter and IdM, but nothing for ODI.
Since ODI stores so much configuration information in the Master Repository..when this DB gets ‘data guarded’ to the secondary site and promoted to Primary…ODI will still think it is at the ‘other’ site. Will this break the actual agents running the scenarios?
Where does one find the Oracle Best Practice/recommendations for how to DR ODI properly?
We are looking for a solution that will allow a graceful switchover/failover with minimal manual re-configuration.

The only resource I have is this website and the only binaries seem to be for Linux OS.You have one other HUGE resource that, while it won't answer your current question, you'd better start getting familiar with if you are going to use Oracle. That is the complete and official documentation, found at tahiti.oracle.com

That's no bad thing Chuck. It indicates that you have better things to do than constantly refresh the forum LOL.
I'm having a wee posting spree today after lacking the inclination to respond to the same old threads for the last few days. But I do love it when people get all in a tizzy complaining about stuff that is right under their nose (so to speak). So I guess my criteria for responding is often based as much on how big a smile it puts on my face, as to how much I am helping the OP. Unfortunately that irreverent approach gets me into trouble at times, and one of the moderators deleted one of my illustrated replies just a few days ago. It took me a few minutes to work out why it had been deleted. The subtext was 'risking one eye', and I eventually realized that the implied 'risk' could definitely be seen as offensive to some people.

You dictate after you open a blank page in any text editor. The text goes on the page.
You can use Text Edit for example (in your applications folder).
With the blank page open, go to the Edit menu and select Start Dictation. When you are finished, you save the file as you would any other document. You can retrieve it, edit it or anything else you want, because it is a file like any other you create with that text editor.

• Where can I find iPlanet Calendar Server resources?

Where can I find iPlanet Calendar Server 2.0 resources on the iPlanet web site?

See the Technical Resources page at:
http://www.iplanet.com/support/technical_resources/ics/.

Do a backup.
Quit the application.
Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library. Then go to Calendars.

Dear Doron
Solution Manager system will never physically participate in the upgrade of a Netweaver Server. It will only help you to find the right files via the maintenance optimizer. Also if you want to develop / use a Project for your upgrade you could use the upgrade roadmap and then use Solution Manager as a Project Management tool for the upgrade.
Besides this there will be no guide available for "upgrading" a system, since the upgrade roadmap is generic and the maintenance optimizer feature is isolated from the roadmap. You will have to follow the upgrade guides available on
http://service.sap.com/instguides.
Hope that this answers your query.
Regards
Amit
