ITunes Intermittantly Errors on CD Creation

Hi. I have a 2006 MacBook that until now has had no problems. Recently, it will commonly error out when it's writing Audio CDs through iTunes. Sometimes it will get to "Finallizing" and then just stop, but the disk will be fragmented. Other times, it will give a "Media Error." Then, occasionally it will work properly.
The length of the playlist I'm trying to burn is within the time limit of the disc I'm trying to burn to, and I've tried different brands of discs.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

ITunes Installation Error Message?

I recently had to install an update for iTunes. After the update was installed, I was promted by an error message that "iTunes was not installed correctly", and that I needed to reinstall iTunes. Once I completed the process of uninstalling iTunes, I began to reinstall iTunes. After the reinstallation process, I was then prompted by another error message that had said, "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 126)." I have continued to receive this error prompt every time that I have attempted to reinstall iTunes. I have even followed troublshooting procedures on this Apple Support page: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1926 and still have not had any luck. Is there anyone that can help me with this please?

Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

Hi!
So i think i closed the wrong service at some point a few weeks back (apple mobile device) but iTunes remained working after that for another week. I then updated iTunes and i get the same "Service ‘Apple Mobile Device’ (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services." every time. If i click ignore, just so i can access iTunes with out syncing my iPod (touch 2nd gen) i then get 'iTunes was not installed correctly. Please re-install iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 193)" when it has all installed. I don't understand what the problem is anymore as I have looked at other questions on the apple website, carried out the advice and it hasn't work. Any of them.
Tings I have done:
- Wiped all iTunes and Apple data from my computer (if you search for 'iTunes' or 'Apple' nothing comes up apart from applets from system code.
- Attached iPod before iTunes install and updated drivers.
- Installed iTunes as 'Run as administrator'
- Uninstalled and re-installed the software nearly 20 times now and rebooted the computer in between everytime.
Please someone help because i really need to get music on my ipod and i enjoy the ease of use of iTunes compared to spotify or Windows Media Player.

The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for performance issues or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.

Regarding AMDS failures there is a hint in another thread that disabling the Windows Firewall before attempting to reinstall may help, otherwise take a look at the steps outlined in this post. Re: Can't install iTunes 12.1 on Windows 7 64-bit. I know they look a little daunting, but the process of generating the logs themselves isn't that hard to do. Extracting useful information from them is still a challenge but maybe something will leap out. If you want to post the log for the failed components for me to have a look at here or in the other thread please edit out any personal information, particularly your email address, first.

We have had itunes on this pc for 2 years and recently it wouldn't open and another error message kept popping up saying it couldn't open because MSVCR80.dll was missing. I have unistalled the apple programs and tried reinstalling several times but to no avail. Hopefully my music library is not gone. Any Ideas out there?

With the Error 2, let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
Does it install properly for you?

Re-installing the application may fix this problem." message and "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please re-install iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 126)"? I've tried everything from un-installing and re-installing iTunes to deleting the SC Info. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

SSMS Intermittent error - "Error message is: SqlDateTime overflow"

SQL 2008R2(10.50.6000) Standard Edition, 64 Bit on Windows 2008R2 SP1 Enterprise.
SSMS 10.50.4033
From time-to-time (several times per week) I receive the following error when running a query from SSMS.
"An error occurred while executing batch. Error message is: SqlDateTime overflow. Must be between 1/1/1753 12:00:00 AM and 12/31/9999 11:59:59 PM."
This happens on small single statement queries, large complex admin queries, ad hoc queries, queries that I have source controlled and tested/run many times. I have exhaustively checked the target tables and don't find any dates out of range.
Typically, I just rerun the query and it runs fine.
Another error that occurs less often is
"An error occurred while executing batch. Error message is: Non-negative number required.
Parameter name: count"
This is particularly confusing since I don't have a parameter named "count" which is an illegal T-SQL identifier anyway.
The references to "SqlDateTime" and "count" lead me to believe this is an SSMS coding error.

Unfortunately, without a scenario to repro the issue, it is impossible investigate. And overall, intermittent errors are horrendeously difficult to troubleshoot.
What I would recommend is that you install SSMS 2012 SP2. You can download it for free here:

You can run SSMS2012 against SQL 2008 R2 without problem, and personally I find it nicer to work with.
Not that I am sure that it will resolve the issue.

Check each of the following :
the spelling of the table or view name.
that a view is not specified where a table is required.
that an existing table or view name exists.
Contact the database administrator if the table needs to be created or if user or application privileges are required to access the table.
Also, if attempting to access a table or view in another schema, make certain the correct schema is referenced and that access to the object is granted.
