Itunes ios 7 don't exist my ipad 4 generation why and what i must do?
From the PC to the external, it was a simply click and drag for all files (documents, images, music). From the External to the Mac, only the non-music files appeared.

No. You can set up as a new device or restore from iCloud or iTunes. It looks like you backed up with iTunes, so you can't restore with iCloud. To backup your device in iCloud, go to Settings > iCloud and activate it

I just purchased my Mini. I installed iTunes and synced with purchase. I have old music on iTunes. Now those songs are not on iTunes but on my pad instead. I guess my question is this.... How do I put the songs I have on my pad to iTunes. When I sync, only songs on iTunes go to mini. Not the other way around.
Settings>Store>tap the old Apple ID and sign out. Sign in with the new ID.
You can also sign into your iTunes Account in the featured tab of the App store or in the Music tab of iTunes by going down to the lower left corner of the screen and tapping on your ID there. -

I do not know the operating system name, but it was the operation system that came with my ipad. This ipad was the first ipad system that was sols by apple.You seem like a person who knows their stuff. I seek some advice in regards to in app purchase issuse after changing apple id and details. I played on my partners iPad he got me my own but my games were purchased via his apple I'd. His work email I'd so we temporarily changed his appple I'd to what I use and account card/billing details, password etc to what suited me. Then backed up connected the new iPad and did a restore. One of my games dont have a in game save/load feature to move game hence the backup and restore so I don't loose progress. Only problem is i tried to do a in app purchase to see if then game file moved correctly and it seems to never connect to server unless I sign out of store and in again then prompt to purchase comes up. After that password yet no product it don't download. Could it be that it is because he has re created his old I'd that i changedup again as new? As before he did that when I tried to purchase I was promptly asked for confirmation but he never let me complete the purchase kept saying its worked. Or is it something else?

Use a neighbors or something. You can use any computer to update and restore it. Once it's to the startup screen your good to go. Yes the apple store can help you too.

How do I delete songs from my iCloud account when they don't exist in iTunes?
I have several songs that showup on my iPhone 4s with the cloud icon and downward pointing arrow.
1. I've just deleted all songs on my iPhone4s
2. Only songs with the iCloud icon showup
3. The songs on my iPhone4S that showup with the iCloud icon don't exist in iTunes
4. I don't use iTunes Match
5. I know that I can turn off "Show All Music" in the Music Setting to not show those songs, but I want to delete those songs I no longer have from my i Cloud account.
How do I delete those songs with the iCloud icon?
Thank You...You can't delete them from iCloud because they aren't stored in your iCloud account (and don't use any of your storage). They are stored in the iTunes store, and the cloud symbols are links to your previous purchases. If you don't want to see them, hide them on the purchased list in iTunes on your computer, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919.

I updated iTunes to 10.5 and now my encryption passwords for my iPhone and iPad don't work. I know Apple says if you forget them then it's your problem. However, this was a direct result of my iTunes upgrade. I spent hours trying to fix this. HELP!
Definitely seems to be a cross-platform bug in iTunes 10.5 concerning all NAS disks. Shared libraries on network drives worked fine under 10.4.1, but now there is just an endless loading cycle with no error message or time-out. There is a bit more about it in this thread.

On my iPad to restore my my data Ipad I have chosen language, country then it asks you to connect with cable and log into iTunes, I have done that, but cannot find this other information I need to restore from the website. Can you help me please? the 2 replies, I thank you, but this has not helped with my problem.
Your post is somewhat confusing. To restore your iPad you use the iTunes application on your computer and connect your iPad. Select your iPad in the left column of iTunes on your computer and select General in the right column. You should find the restore choice there.

Hi, I'm having trouble with my Ipad 2. I was recently playing a game and my ipad just shut off on me. Then when I turned it back on it was stuck on the Apple Logo and it won't go to the home screen at all. I plugged it in my itunes but I don't know what to do from there. I left it charged hoping the apple logo would dissappear but it didn't and now for some reason the battery is always dead. I really need help. Does anybody have any suggestions? Please.
Did you try rebooting the iPad? You will need to have some battery power for this.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

After updating to itunes 10.7 my iphone and my ipad don't appear in itunes and because of this I could not update to ios 6.
Also after installing itunes 10.7 I got 2 errors:

I am using OS X version 10.8.2 with all the latest updates.I downgrade to itunes 10.6.3 and the error still appears.

And I deleted this file:
/private/var/mobile/Media/iTunes_Control/iTunes/iTunesCDB
That fix the problem.

When i tried to download iOS8 on my iPad Mini it told me that I needed to connect my iPad to iTunes, I have done that and now it says I need to restore my iPad. How can I get my iPad working without losing everything on my iPad? I don't want to lose my apps and photos!
Help would be much appreciated!If you are getting the connect to iTunes screen then it's too late to take a new backup and/or copy anything off it. Prior to starting the update did you take a backup, either to the cloud and/or to your computer's iTunes ? If not then have you recently taken a backup that might have your photos and apps content/settings in it ?
As long as the apps are still in your country's store then you should be able to redownload them via the Purchased tab in the App Store app (and the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes), and if the apps store their content on a server/cloud service then you might be able to get their content back from that - if they store their content on the device then you will need to have a backup.
For our photos you could try doing a search for programs that claim to be able to recover content from a device - I haven't used any so I can't suggest one. -

I deleted by accident an avi file from my ipad. I'm not close to the pc where I can connect to my itunes. How can I retrieve it? Ipads don't have trash cans? Thank you in advance!

I have just got an iPad and I want the music to be transferred through my iPod touch using iCloud but I didn't get the music from iTunes so I don't think it will let me do it. Do you have any tips that could help me?
Only photos taken with the iPad, copied onto it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites etc can be deleted directly on the iPad - either via the trashcan icon in the top right corner if viewing the photo in full screen, or via the icon of the box with the arrow coming out of it in thumbnail view.
Photos that were synced from a computer are deleted by moving/removing/de-selecting them from where they were synced from and then re-syncing. If you want to remove them all then normally you could just sync an empty folder (in terms of photos) to the iPad, but as you don't want to sync at the moment you can't do that.
You can reset the iPad back to factory settings and start from scratch with it : Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content And Settings -
