ITunes is ******* me off.

Ok so I formated my computer and find out iTunes likes to **** people off by forcing you to erase everything because it's a fresh install of the OS (XP). Well that's not the problem, the problem is that I just spent 2 hours adding all my songs and videos back to itunes with editing their info, artwork etc. Now I'm happy I have all of that back on there, but no things can't be that easy. It starts to sync and finds out I have a new app, so after syncing it, it deletes all my songs and videos, not the apps though. So I try just adding a couple of songs as a test and again, any settings you change and when you apply it, it just gets rid of all the songs and videos. I never had this problem with my iPod touch.

Issue 1:
I followed the directions from the Itunes forums on how to add my library to the correct location on my new computer. I have see the artist/albums in the folder, but they don't show up in my Itunes library. Why is that?
Drag your content folder onto the iTunes app icon.
Issue 2:
I restored my Ipod touch, and have connected it to my computer. I have tried to sync it several times to no avail. I added CDs to my library, and the music won't go onto my Ipod. Why?
If the music isn't in your library, it won't sync. Do what I said for issue 1 and we'll go from there.
Itunes is utterly, by far the least user friendly software available. It shouldn't be this **** hard to arrange music in a **** device.
Don't do this in the support communities. It makes people not want to help you. Apple isn't even listening, so your ranting won't do anything.
