Itunes is no longer detecting my iphone on my own lap top, though it is on my husbands!?!? I have tried deleting itunes and reinstalling, still cannot get itunes on my lap top to pick up my phone?

Any ideas welcome, I need my iphone to sync with my own lap top!

After taking a look at the document, are you able to start the Apple Mobile Device Service and is the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed?

I have an iPhone 4S and have updated it to IOS 6.1. All of the music on my itunes will no longer sync, it skips songs and not everything appears. I have tried restoring it and I still have the same problem.

The songs are checked (selected) in iTunes but when i have synced it to my iPhone 4S they are not on there or they skip through them when playing them. Please help!

No, it does not. It transfers purchases from the iDevice to the computer. The computer must be authorized for the Apple ID that the content was acquired with.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Yes there is. You apparently have Hardware damage inside the iPhone from dropping it. You would need to take it into an Apple Store and Pay for an exchange unit, which Apple will do; Apple's Warranty does NOT include replacement for "accidental damage", so the Exchange is not free.

I have, it is correct as I am receiving emails on my iPhone with the same incoming address. I have tried deleting it and putting it in again but that does work. I was having major problems too. I ended up completely uninstalling itunes then downloaded it again from http://www.apple.com/itunes/. If you're using firefox, for some reason itunes will not download and I don't know if using googlechrome will also have problems,so just to be sure that it will work on your first try, use internet explorer when you download itunes. Hope this helps...

Me too - running iTunes 10.5.3 on Windows 7. Will allow me to sign in to iTunes, download app updates and then if I either close iTunes or try to sign out of my iTunes account it all freezes. So frustrating, because my understanding is that iTunes saves the library file when exiting. So, everytime I update apps I lose all the downloads.

Best route here is to uninstall iTunes completely using the Windows Control Panel.
Make sure you know exactly which version of Win 7 you're running.
Restart your computer from cold (with no iTunes).
Go to Apple website and download the correct version for your operating system. Install following Apple prompts.
Once installed, close iTunes.
Restart your computer from cold (with new iTunes).
Start iTunes - all should be operating well! Good luck ...
