Yes, the same problem started for me yesterday. I've reset my password but still cannot log into my account or purchase anything. I know I'm entering the login and password correctly. I've filed a support request. We'll see I guess......

Well, typically one of the fixes that I would suggest is to try to delete the waiting icons. WIFi in a public places like McDonalds, Starbucks, B&N, etc. is not the greatest and I would avoid those places for downloading and updating apps. But I do realize that not everybody has access to Wifi in their homes.
These are all things that have worked at one time or another for other users. Hopefull one of them will work for you. Just ignore whatever does not apply or anything that you have already tried.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.
If all else fails, download the updates or the apps in iTunes on your computer and then sync the content to your iPad. -
My ipad mini is not connecting to the wifi network. I have the correct network and password chosen, but the message I get is that "unable to join". I have reset my ipad and it still says the same thing. What can I do about this?

I am having a problen syncing my 80gb Ipod to my library. Its been syncing for over 24 hours. I have reset the Ipod and reinstalled Itunes. I am running windows 7 ,6gb of ram.Nothing seem to help. It take 2 miniutes to copy one song(very slow)

Managed to get my ipod restored to factory settings (yay!) However then it was being recognised in windows but not in itunes.......to solve this I referred back to Apples excellent troubleshooting guide. Installed the lastest version of itunes.....and there we go! We have a working ipod! I am so delighted and no longer on the verge of tears! (I so thought I had completely banjaxed my brand new ipod!)

Activation issues are almost always the result of a device that has been hacked or jailbroken. If that is the case, no support can be provided here.

When I try to connect to the wifi it will not unlock. It will not even search for a network. I have reset the phone and reset the network. Any ideas.
I Can do that for home but not at friends and work places, nobody else has any problem joining it!! I'm wondering if restoring factory settings will solve it but don't really want to do that as its a hassle to reinstall everything for it to not solve the problem!!

I have an IPHONE 5 with Verizon service. I never see "4G" or "LTE" come up on the phone. I have reset the network and have rebooted, to no success.
I live in the NYC metro area. I travel to Cape Cod and never see 4g on the phone.
Anyone have any hints or tips to fix this problemA Verizon iPhone will never display the 4G indicator. You will only see that on AT&T iPhones connected to their HSPA+ network. As for LTE, contact Verizon and make sure your account is provisioned properly.

If a Restore of iPhone with iTunes on computer does not get it working correctly. Then it is hardware problem. Apple with handle this with Replacement iPhone 4S exactly same as yours for $199. If there is any hope at fixing this otherwise, first step would be to replace the front (facetime camera) first. See if both cameras function after this. If not, if there is any fix possible it will be very difficult. Replacement iPhone may be best plan.

My ebook reader no longer works now I have upgraded to Lion. I have reset the PRAM and tried booting in 32-bit mode, all with no joy. Come on Apple, it worked fine with Snow Leopard.

I updated photoshop cc but I cannot see the updates when I launch photoshop? I have restarted the computer and that still doesn't help.
Installing the "Update" installs a totally new version. The old version of Photoshop CC is still installed. It is likely you are running the old version.

I got a new Mac Pro and I am using my 30 inch cinema display. iCloud on my phone still shows 'old email ID' and wants the password. I have reset the ID(new email address) several times, and my phone does not update. Help! What am I missing?
Did you go through the steps in my earlier post?
If the password for your old ID is not accepted when you try to sign out, and the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you'll have to temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out and choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign back in with your current iCloud ID and password. -
My i-phone stopped receiving e-mail on a regular basis. Rather, it will sit and spin trying to load and then stop. Usually, sometime in the night, it will all of a sudden load all of my mail, but then will not load new mail again. I have updated and reset the phone and network, and the problem remains the same. Does anyone know a fix for this issue?
Try deleting the account, restarting your phone and then reinputting the account.
