Itunes is not registering my acceptence of new terms and conditions
iTunes is not registering that I am accepting the new terms and conditions for iTunes purchases. Not on my iPhone or on PC. I click that I have read everything and click agreement but it just takes me right back to where I started. This is only since I upgraded to IOS6. Also, it is not registering my pre-orders.

The solution of "turning on cookies" worked for me. You can always turn the cookies off following the "accept". -

Seems that I can no longer install anything, as every time I get forced to a page to read and accept the new terms and conditions - and no matter if I accept them or not, I only get sent back to read them again. Another reason my next smartphone will be android based!
The iTunes and Mac App Store / iCloud problem spontaneously resolved for me as of 21:54 Pacific Standard Time on 9/30/2012.
Someone at Apple was aware of and fixed the problem. Finally.

I'm trying to download an update to Star Walk for iPad and iTunes keeps presenting me with new Terms and Conditions. I click the checkbox and then click Agree, but the Terms and Conditions keep coming up.

Won't let me agree to new terms and conditions
When I try to purchase itunes on my imac it makes me agree to the new terms and conditions, but when I try to agree it says that my session has timed out. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix it?

Check to see if you have Restrictions turned on and if you do, turn them off:
Settings>General>Restrictions
Also, check:
Settings>Safari, and make sure that under Privacy & Security that Block Cookies is not set to "Always". If it is, change it to either one of the other option
Also, close all open Apps:
Double click on the Home key and then swipe up on each of the thumbnails that appear above the app icon
Then try to accept the T&C again.

I am prompted that I must agree with the new terms and conditions of Itunes before I can download an app but have no place to agree to it or accept it. Any advise/
Try firing up your computer and accessing iTunes that way and get it to trigger the agree page. Worst case scenario you may need to download a free app to trigger the agree popup.

I just figured out the problem with my grandma's iphone.
Settings>iCloud>Delete Account
IT WILL NOT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. it just takes it off the phone. then you can log back in, and BAM, You're good I hope!

Yes, several times with support from the local server, verizon support people and apple support. I wonder if the phone is faulty? Neither my hotmail or local work email accounts will send, only receive.
