ITunes is not working due to the inability to advance from the Policy screen once I agree! What's with that?

Is anybody having the same problem? I can't advance to the next page in iTunes from the Terms and Conditionspolicy changed screen. It will not take my I have read checked and the Agree button being clicked.

Me three....what's up with iTunes tonight, is there a server problem?  Anyone called Apple???

    Try updating your QuickTime Player to the latest version. Does that clear up the DEP errors in iTunes?

    Most likely you have Office 2004 which are PPC-only applications and will not work in Lion. Upgrade to Office 2011. Other alternatives are:
    Apple's iWork suite (Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.)
    Open Office (Office 2007-like suite compatible with OS X.)
    NeoOffice (similar to Open Office.)
    LibreOffice (a new direction for the Open Office suite.)

    I "fought" for more than three months with a problem concerning the iPhone 3G. The operator did not introduce any amendments, and the error was corrected in time with the new software provided by Apple.
    This time, Orange is also not able to improve anything. It seems that only Apple can do something about it.

    Once again, I will describe exactly what the problem is.
    During a conversation in a 3G coverage, I no longer hear the caller at a time when 3G coverage is lost and there is a change to the Edge.
    By about 10 to 15 seconds the caller does not hear me. Once again, this time the caller hears me and the conversation can be conducted smoothly on Edge.
    I would add that in other phones, as well as the iPhone 3G, switching from 3G to Edge is smooth and without any disturbance - the same network.

  • ITunes update not working due to Bonjour

    I'm trying to install the latest update for iTunes, and I keep getting an error message saying something like "the feature you are trying to use is on a network..." (can't remember the rest) and basically it's asking me to choose another location that bonjour.msi is in. The folder is right, the program is there, and it's still not working. As a result, I can't finish the update, I can't access iTunes from my start menu or any icons (I literally have to right click an mp3, hit open with iTunes, and then have it open from there). My iPod is still syncing, but it's not even recognizing my iPhone because it also gives me an Apple Mobile Device Driver error, which I assume is connected to the Bonjour issue, but maybe it's not. HELP. I have already installed the latest version of Bonjour Print Services like I saw in a recent Bonjour thread, but that did nothing for me AT ALL. I'm getting very frustrated with the entire thing because I haven't deleted a thing or changed anything about my computer, and this update is making me beyond angry.

  • HT1212 How can I zero the password on my iphone from me itunes account? The phone has a smashed screen and I want to back it up before I replace it but none of the sliders are working due to the smashed screen?

    My iphone has a smashed screen and my laptop which it was connected to has died under warrantee and been replaced. I am going to replace my iphone but want to back it up first. Unfortunately the screen wont work and there is a password on it meaning I cant access it from my itunes account on the new laptop. How can I disable the password from itunes and back up the phone. It wont turn off or activate any sliders.

    You can't disable the password.  If you could, what would be the point of having one?

  • Many online stores not working due to the new update.

    Hi, Mavericks has been awesome so far, except a number of problems, iBooks store will not run, i click on the store button then the app goes unresponsive and only leads to a force quit and then same problem if i open the app again. Next problem is very similar except with the app store, the store page is completely blank apart from the logo of the appstore in the backdrop of the window. The third problem is that Garagband spent so long to install, once i had installed it, it opened and then became unresponsive and then i looked for some fixes online, couldnt find any. So i thought maybe to delete the old garageband so the new one would work. However the new one didnt open at all after that. So i thought to delete the new garageband and install it again from scratch with annoyance. Except however the app store doesnt work. How can i fix these problems, even if these problems are bugs that Apple will hopefully work out, i do not know how i can receive an update when the app store (which is now used for getting updates) doesnt even work in the first place.
    Any help is welcome, because this problem has been driving me mad all day, i doubt that simple amount of time will change anything but i keep hoping.

    Click your Apple menu  top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac > More Info > Storage
    Make sure there's at least 15% free disk space.
    If it's not a matter of storage space, the startup disk may need repairing.
    Launch Disk Utility located in HD > Applications > Utillities
    Select the startup disk on the left then select the First Aid tab.
    Click:  Verify Disk  (not Verify Disk Permissions)
    If DU reports errors, restart your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys. From there you should be able to acces the built in utilities in  OS X Recovery

  • Notifications and control panel do not work on either the app screen or home screen

    On my home screen and in apps, I can not swipe up or down to release the notifications or control panel. It has worked earlier today, however not any more.
    I can, however, access them in the lock screen, andin settings, they are allows to open in apps. It should always allow me to access them in the home screen though, so I do not know what has happened.
    What do I have to do to access the control panel in the home screen, and why is it like this?

    Do you have a screen protector or case that would interfere with swiping?
    If so remove them as a test.
    Otherwise:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost      
    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Reset all settings                            
    Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
    All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
    - Restore from backup. See:                                               
    iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes      
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.                       
    If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

  • Camera's automatic focus function stopped working. Factory reset did not work. (Yes the three dots were pressed). What should I do?

    I enjoyed taking pictures with one touch of the screen but now the camera does not focus no matter what I do. I did try to take it without the camera sub-menus by pushing the button with three dots and without. The focus simply does not work!
    What should I do?
    I contacted LG support and they told me the whole thing might take 1-2weeks. That seems too long for me to live without a phone. Any suggestions?

    Hold down the home button and power button at the same time until you see an apple appear on the screen, then you can let go.

    Well, any easy way to find out is to do as I suggested, login to iCloud.com & try to locate the phone. Have you bothered to try that?
    If that doesn't work, you'll have to let your battery run out, then try recovery mode.

    It appears you have moved from an iPhone to an android phone. The problem you are having is because you did not deactivate your iMessage service before leaving.
    If you still have your iPhone, you can re-activate it and then
    turn on iMessage in the settings
    uncheck your email and phone number
    turn off iMessage
    Settings>Messages
    If you don't have your phone or don't want to go thru the hassle of reactivating it, you can simply call Apple at 800-694-7466 and ask them to turn off your iMessage.

  • Out of the blue some of my event folders now fail to show the thumbnails, just empty frames? whats up with that?

    Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to rebuild the thumbnails. It can take 3 or 4 goes for this to work

    The Vintela SSO document for BOE XI 3.1 is very comprehensive, but it has not resolved my issue.
    Under NTLM option I SSO works great with .NET InfoView as long as I have the web site authentication set to Windows Authentication and ASP .NET Authentication enabled.  Once the ASP .NET is disabled, SSO does not work.
    When using the Kerberos option, .NET InfoView SSO does not work due to the error 'propagating the security context between the security server and the client'.
    The Java InfoView SSO does not work either, but I can enter my user credentials and logon fine.

    No user name is being passed.  I've been through a multitude of documents and forums ensuring settings are correct and I believe they are including no duplicate SPN's.
    The only issue on the server is that I cannot open the tomcat confi app. due to it not able to start service BOE120Tomcat.  I was able to update the registry with the info for the bsclogin.config and krb5.ini.  I was not able to find anything on getting that service started.
    Any ideas?  Need more info? I have a bunch.
