ITunes is saying that I need to download 64bit when I have already gotten 64bit.

iTunes has quit recognizing both of my iPhone 3gs. It says that I have to download 64bit nut I already have 64 bit. I uninstalled & re-downloaded iTunes 64 bit only to still recieve the same error message saying that I need 64 bit. Help!!!

You need to do as the message says and contact iTunes Support, which you can do via this link and ask them why the message is appearing (we are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
