I'm having the same issue. I've been completely locked out of the app store because MLB.com is trying to charge me $3.13. I recently updated my phone to iOS 7.0.4 and I need to re-download my apps. It doesn't seem very fair that I cant access the apps that I have paid for and my FREE apps because of one app. I would understand if MLB at bat wasnt working but I now have ZERO apps on my phone minus the basic ones that come with iOS...Someone help us!! =O

I'm trying to change my payment information, yet everyime it asks for my password, I'll enter it but it just keeps asking? And when it finally gets through and I click on payment information, it says my session has timed out. How can I fix this? I've tried to do it on multiple devices but it's happening on all of them.

iTunes keeps asking my security questions on every purchase. I forget the message, but it said someting about this being my first time dowloading. I know the answers, so I enter them and proceed to download my purchase. But next time I make a purchase I have to answer them again. I only noticed this after reinstalling iTunes after updating windows 8 to windows 8.1

I can't update any of my apps. It keeps asking to Verify Payment Info

I got a notice to reset my password and now when i try to download app updates it asks to "Verify Payment Info" and then asks to log in again. When I do, it asks to log in again, and again and again.

Ok, so I figured it out. I checked my iPhone and it was having the same trouble. So I went to settings (on the iPhone and iPad) selected store and logged out of the store. Then on my computer, I logged in to iTunes. I went to buy something (a free item...doesn't have to cost anything) and it prompted me to update the payment info (essentially needed to add the security code to my credit card). Then I gave it a minute or two to process...just in case. Logged back in to my iPhone and iPad and everything is back to normal.
Glad it's working, but they should really fix that issue on the mobile devices. Luckily I have iTunes on a computer, so don't have that (they only have the iPad...which they wouldn't be able to update).

ITunes 9 asking to Allow or Deny every time at launch?

Why is iTunes 9 asking to allow or deny incoming connections every time I launch iTunes? Is there a simple way to correct this or a known bug. I have enabled that Home Sharing feature so I think it is that probably.

Hi everyone. I did not have the same problem when I just upgraded to 10.6.1. But I started to have it when I added new iTunes genres artworks. So may be it's something related to changing the original content of the iTunes resources folder like permissions, etc. Did someone make the same change?.

Aperture 3 keeps asking for my serial numbers every time I launch it.

I'm writing this not because I have this problem (though I did have it) but because I couldn't find a direct answer here in Apple Support Communities but did eventually solve it.
After purchasing a new iMac to replace an aging MacBook Pro, I tried copying the original ProAppsSystemID file in /Library/Application Support/ProApps from the old to the new system, hoping that would transfer my Aperture license. That didn't work (for me), though Aperture continued working on the old MacBook Pro. I went digging and found my original Aperture activation keys (original and upgrade), entered those on the new iMac, and was finally able to launch Aperture 3 on the iMac.
My problem was that Aperture kept asking me for my serial number every time I launched it. I had originally purchased Aperture 2 and then purchased the Aperture 3 upgrade. As it should, when I supplied my Aperture 3 activation key, it noted that was for an upgrade and prompted me to enter my original key. After supplying my original Aperture 2 (full license, not an upgrade) key, it would continue and launch.
I could then use Aperture just fine, as before, however, its "About" window showed that it was "unlicensed". The next time I'd re-launch Aperture (after quitting it, obviously), I would have to go through the same process, supplying first my Aperture 3 upgrade key and then my Aperture 2 key, before it would finish launching.
I tried everything I could think of: uninstalling and reinstalling Aperture 2, upgrading again to Aperture 3, deleting Aperture preference files, and so on. I tried logging in as root and repeating everything. I tried "repair disk permissions". Nothing helped!
What seemed to fix my problem was going back into /Library/Application Support/ProApps and renaming "ProAppsSystemID" to "ProAppsSystemID xxx", relaunching Aperture 3, and entering the activation keys one last time. At that point, the "About" box properly indicated my version was licensed, and I was able to exit and re-launch Aperture without being prompted!
Although my problem is solved, I'm still a but mystified, however, because the file named "ProAppsSystemID xxx" is still there, its modification date is unchanged from when I renamed it, and a new "ProAppsSystemID" file has not appeared in that directory.
Also, it's a shame that Aperture's licensing is so fragile that this problem should arise at all. If there was something wrong with my system ID file, Aperture should have opened an error dialog or at least noted something in the system log. (It didn't, I checked.) Apple really should fix that. And here I thought only Adobe shipped egregiously stupid upgrade/licensing logic...

Itunes keeps deleting my music and videos every time I add something new and it updates. It only keeps purchased items.

But it says it's still got those files. But then, every time I click on the files it gives me this.
Despite the fact that those files are already in my itunes library. What gives? Is it a bug? Do I need to remove itunes and install it again or would that not help?

I am having the same issue now for the past week.Whenever I add new music it completely wipes out the previously added songs on the iphone. It is extremely frustrating.

Hi! Every time I try to quit iTunes, it shuts down and reboots automatically, so once I've started it I won't be able to turn it off. And further more, if I want to shut down my computer while iTunes is on, it just won't happen, and the only way to do it is by pressing the Power button for a couple of seconds, then a dialog box will ask me if I'm sure what I to do, wether rebooting or shutting down, and only then I can shut my computer down.
Is anyone familiar with this issue?

For starters lets try this .. Close FF, locate your profile main directory and the file "localstore.rdf", make a backup copy then delete the original file. Restart FF, you may lose some custom settings but easy to restore. Does it still crash?

It is not an Apple problem; Apple is just passing through the message from your issuer. There are a number of reasons the charge or verification might be declined:
Insufficient balance or account in arrears
Account suspended for suspected fraud (not necessarily by you)
Error in card number
Wrong expiration date
Wrong CCV code
Address in your iTunes account does not match exactly the billing address for the card
The card was not issued in the country of the iTunes store

Sounds like you have an issue with the iCloud account on your iPhone 5. I would like to recommend that you troubleshoot this by restarting your iPhone, then performing a reset on the device if the issue persists. Both actions are explained in the following article:

Every time I plug my iPhone 5S to the USB port in my car, it asks if I "Trust this Computer." I tell it to trust the computer, but it keeps asking me the same question every time I plug it into the car, which is getting annoying.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

'kay, I don't know what's wrong, but I have a couple of theories: 1) I sent a whole whack of pictures to my email account "[email protected]" (I'm using a different email to contact you since I can't get through on my main email). The account I signed up with is "[email protected]". Both accounts have exactly the same settings, but tvqueen13 works and monarque doesn't. Maybe I clogged up the monarque email account? If so, how can I fix it? 2) I have both Emsisoft Anti-Malware and AVG Security 2014 (bought, not free), but somehow got a rash of infections of Trojan Horses (ie. TrojanHorseInject2.BJPG & BJPP, TrojanHorseMSIL6.UOM & MSIL4.ALBK). I have been working with Emsisoft to clean my computer, but no matter what tools I use, AVG still says I have an infection (or more) in my temp files. I had to uninstall AVG to run something and have not reinstalled it yet. Emsisoft says I'm all good, but I don't think so. I keep getting adware hijacking my websites too. My guess is all the issues are probably related and fall back to malware.
AVG is probably correct in identifying malware. So I suggest you try some cleaning tools other than Emsisoft .
ones I use (all of them one after the other until I find one that can cope) are;

Malwarebytes anti malware Free http://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/var2/confirm/
ESET online scanner http://www.eset.com/int/home/products/online-scanner/
So first create a clean boot in Windows using Microsoft's instructions https://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135?wa=wsignin1.0 and then run the anti malware applications.
My outside looking in guess is that malware has set itself up as an internet proxy and is is downloading copies of itself and other malware, blocking some mail port as times as downloading more malware is more important, and probably breaking your tivo as well..
Try the malware programs first. If that does not work I will try and talk you through some logging to see what is happening.

This is so frustrating! I have an itunes store account, etc. I lost all my info when I had to "restore" my iphone.
I wasn't able to do the "restore" until recently, gosh it was about 6mos or more ago when my iphone died...
So, as I get older I am having memory problems and haven't been able to access my itunes account.
Obviously when I did the "restore" on my iphone I lost all my info with it... So, wanting to use my iphone for
music, games, etc. I had to create a new apple id, fine, but when I wanted to download a "free" app it says
my apple id hasn't been used with itunes so it keeps asking for credit card info.
I do not remember ever having to have a credit card before!
I am so frustrated... First it was not being able to access my account then having to create a new one, fine!
But now I can't download "free" content without credit card information!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! UGH!!!!!!!

If you are within 14 days of purchase you can still return the iPhone and get the phone that suits your needs, however, I think you will find that no matter which phone you get the content provider will want to know how you are going to pay for future purchases. For Android phones it is Google, and they will certainly want to know.
