ITunes keeps removing music from my library! Is there any way to get this to stop?

For the last three years or so iTunes intermittently removes parts of my library. I'm so sick of dealing with this! I'm beginning to intensely dislike Apple. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to what it's removing and I don't think it's the same songs every time. Is there any way to remedy this from happening so often?

I've accedently deleted music from my library, is there a way to revert this?

I was managing a playlist on my itunes. I wanted to keep the same list but remove existing songs. I selected the songs and hit the delete button. I thought it asked me if i wanted to keep the music on my itunes, i thought i selected yes. But apprently i did not. I am wondering where is the delete folder stored for itunes. Or is there a way to undo this? I am missing a huge selection of songs. Any input would be nice.

I did refer back to the all purchases in my itunes folder. Its hard to tell what is missing at the moment but it is not all downloaded. This playlist had close to 500 songs, right now i am only seeing 500. It is going to take sometime for me to realize what songs i'm missing. I just wondered if there was a folder in itunes that showed what was deleted.

When you share an iCloud account, any data you sync with the account is merged, and any actions you take on one device (such as deleteing contacts) is synced to all other devices sharing the account. To avoid this, each person's device(s) should have a separate iCloud account with a separate ID. (You can continue to share your iTunes account; it does not need to have the same ID as the one used for iCloud.)
To create separate icloud accounts, decide which iPhone will be keeping the current iCloud account. On the one that will be changing accounts, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account from this phone, not from iCloud. The phone that will be keeping the account will not be effected by this.) When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPhone. Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom). Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new account.
Finally, to un-merge the data you will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete the data you don't want (such as deleting the other person's contacts from your account, and vice versa).
As for recovering the deleted contacts, you can try restoring her phone from her most recent backup. This may recover the contacts, however it often doesn't. Restoring to an iCloud backup has to be done in the initial setup process. If she have any data on your phone now that is not in the backup that she wants to save she will need to do that first. Then go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. You will then go through the setup screens as you did when the phone was new. When given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup. Be sure you are connected to wifi and your charger as this will take some time to finish.

I'm not sure about older versions, but in Pages 3.x (OS X 10.9.x) select File > Revert To > Browse All Versions. Hopefully there will be an earlier version that you can "revert to".

Does she normally sync to the MAC? IF she does, she can restore her phone from a backup, if she has one.
If she doesn't normally sync to the MAC then she can sync back to her PC and then restore to her backup.
If those options don't work then she is sol

Can't access my account, forgot security question, email banned from yahoo. Is there any way of getting my account back?

Title says all. I can't remember my security question because it was 5 or 6 years ago and the answer to that has long changed. I have about $200 worth or more purchases on there and when you're 15 that's a lot :/
My Yahoo! email address got permanently banned from Yahoo so I cannot get an email verification.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup, not good, then you can redownload some itunes purchases in some countries:

Yes. Ethernet is simple. OS X constantly and relentlessly searches for any network connection it can find. Plug it in and it will work.
Are you considering the Linksys EA3500 or something similar? Get what you want but be sure to read its reviews first. In my opinion Linksys consumer grade products suffered after Cisco's acquisition of them, and their customer support went from poor to abysmal.
A genuine Apple AirPort Extreme Base Station is more expensive, but not much more so. Its advantage is the ability to be configured with AirPort Utility whereas other routers either use dedicated Windows software or a browser interface. Read its reviews too then decide for yourself.
If you already have an Ethernet switch the additional port of the EA3500 is superfluous. You could just as easily use the less expensive AirPort Express, $99 before discounts. What that means is that is can't be used with Lion 10.7. PowerPC was the chip Apple used up until 2006 when they switched to Intel. In Firefox Options / Privacy be sure "Remember download history" is checked. To see all of the options on that panel, "Firefox will" must be set to "Use custom settings for history".

Itunes 5 remove music from library

when i try to remove music frmo the library, it says that if i do it will also remove the music from my ipod... how can i make it just so that it removes music from the library and NOT my IPOD?

Oh, boy! Definitely been there! I had about 5GB on my iPod photo, when I connected it to iTunes and ended up with a big "***?????"-face when all my data was erased...
So let me tell you what to do in order to avoid this:
Actually it's quite simple. When you have your iPod connected to your computer and you start iTunes, you have to click on your iPod (on the left side column in the iTunes window). You will then see all your songs you have on your iPod in the list, but you will also see a cogwheel in the lower right corner. It's right next to the eject-button and the visualizer-button.
Clicking on this button will open the iPod preferences window. There you have to make sure the option "update iPod automatically" is UNCHECKED!!! DON'T CHECK THAT BOX!
I won't tell you in detail what happens, if you do so...just every track that's not in your iTunes library anymore will be erased from your iPod.
