ITunes log in no longer valid on one iPad

Home base for my iTunes account is my Windows 7 desk top PC. In addition to the PC I had four (4) iOS devices working with my iTunes account:
* Apple TV
* iPad2
* iPad Mini
* An old iPhone (celluar service off)
The iPad Mini hasn't been backing-up on the PC and I am getting an non-descript error message saying it cannot back-up. The conent between the iPad mini and the PC will sync, just it won't back-up.
Today I got an iPhone 5 and set it up on my iTunes account and all is working well. When I tested Face Time with the iPad Mini I discovered that FaceTime is no longer associated with my iTunes account on the iPad Mini, and the same problem exists with "Messages" on the iPad Mini. I have entered my password numerous times and keep getting the same error "The user name or password for <account name> was incorrect. Try again." (I assume this problem is and the above error is coincidental - not directly related).
Was my iTunes account maxed out? When I logged the iPhone 5 into my iTunes account, did it automatically kick the iPad Mini out of my iTunes account?
Following advice on other discussion(s), I went to iTunes > Store > View Account > (log in) > Manage Devices (under iTunes in the Cloud) to verify the devices linked to my iTunes account, and only two items appear - my PC and my iPad2. How do I verify what devices are linked/associated and what are not? I could disassociate the old iPhone if I am at my limit of devices, but don't know how.
When I selected the 'Product' in the options below this field in order to narrow the scope, the Apple Community records identified both of my iPads that are associated with my iTunes. But it doesn't list either the new or the old iPhone - nor the Apple TV.
This is maddening....
BTW - I also have a new work Surface 8 pro that I'd like to also link with my iTunes account. Will that be possible?

Problem resolved. A friend suggested that I go into iTunes on my Mac and backup the phone then try and do a restore. This seems to have worked. I'll update again if this fix doesn't hold.

There is nothing that you can do to get rid of the balance on your own. Contact iTunes Store Support and seek their assistance. I believe that they can reset your balance for you.

I have an Ipad 2. My wife has an Ipad mini. When we connect to Itunes it installs all the apps from one Ipad on to the other. I unchecked the box to automatically update apps, but Itunes still does so. How do I prevent Itunes from intalling apps?

Remove the apps from iTunes with your device connected. You can basically deselect the apps that you don't want on each device. We have three IOS devices on one AppleID and they don't all have the same apps.

I did a factory restore and then restored it with iCloud back-up. I have been using lots of Apple products and i have used three different email adresses. Almost all apps restored perfectly but everytime i try to play a song in the Music app, i asks me for a Apple-ID i had no idea i have used.
Hence:
I lost my password for my original iTunes account
I can't recover it because the email address it is registered under is not longer valid
How can I access my old account?
Can't find a place to change the email address to my new one without the password which I no longer remember.
There is no way to just erase Apple-ID's on my device either.
What to do? Should i ju give up and start from scratch and delete 2 years of stuf?

If you can remember the answers to the security questions when you set up that account - I think that you can reset the password without needing email authentication. You can try it here. Read it and see if it's possible. But if you can't remember the answers to the questions it will not work.

You are going to need to change the email address you use with your old ID. Once you have got access to your old account you will then log into both accounts at the same time on your Mac and transfer your data to a single account. We can do this later, but need you to get access to your old account first.

During the activation process, it said my old apple id was invalid because it wasn't an email address
I entered an email address but I have a couple of problems:
1. I have a couple of apps that need to be updated. When I go into the app store and click update all, it prompts me for the address for my old (non email) account password. The password is no longer valid.
2. I attempted to use iforgot to reset the password. I request the email to reset the password, and I get the email with the reset your password link. I click on the link to reset my password, choose a new password. I got a page that said the password change was successful. When I clicked the manage your apple id link and tried to log on with the new password, It said the apple id or password had been entered incorrectly.
I've tried to reset the password 4 times. Each time, the same result occurs, I get the email, successfully change the password, and the new password doesn't work.

HT1941 the apple ID I used when I set up my iCloud account is no longer valid, because in moving to a State where I cannot access the portalI have had to get a new Email address. How do I remove this Apple ID and replace it with a new one...?

So the answer to my question is yes - from an old Exchange account that was provided by a previous employer.
If so, you can't.
You can't merge or transfer contacts that were synced over the air with an Exchange account with another account, and the same for syncing the contacts direct with a supported address book app on your computer. This is how most employers want it.

Hi guys, I´m working with a CRM upgrade, and working with the e-commerce solution, when I transfer an item to the cart 2 or 3 seconds later the app gives me an error message like this "Your session is no longer valid. Log on again." I do not have access to NWA because administrative issues and already ask for logs but it will take long time. Were I can search the possible reasons for a close session if I do not have access to logs ? It seems to me, to be a configuration problem with the server, maybe the url .

The control click and external mouse right click no longer works when copying and pasting album art within itunes. Ex. Hit get info for one song to paste to the rest, copying the artwork wont work when it used to.
