How to fix it?

How can I DOWNGRADE to itunes 11 ?

Yes. Reinstall iTunes. If that is the point at which you stopped trying the support suggestions then it makes sense to me, that you move on to the next suggestion and if reinstalling iTunes is the next suggestion, so be it.
However ....  I too have issues that arise out of the blue with my iPad being recognized in iTunes and what I always do and it eventually works is to quit iTunes, restart my MacBook, and reboot my iPad.
Rebooting the iPad is the last thing that I do and only if I have no success with quitting iTunes and restarting the Mac. It may take a few tries to work, but if you are that dead set against reinstalling iTunes, then give it a try.

  • Upload multiple files to iphone via wifi - completely freeze

    Hi,
I upload files to iphone via wifi and air sharing app a lot. Just connect with finder and drag&drop files one at a time and everything is fine, but when you select more files and try to copy them to iphone together Leopard completely freeze. Totally. You cannot force quit finder, cannot run activity monitor, cannot kill finder in terminal or even restart the computer. Just shut down with holding the power button...
    What's wrong? :/
    (sorry for english;)

when i had around 50 reports to move from local to server , best idea is to a )  place all your reports in C:\..\My Documents\PC_NW\..domain1..\..username..\AppInfo\..appsetname..\..application..\eExcel\Reports  (local folder )
    b)  open BPC excel -> etools-> Save Dynamic templates -> reports
    c) Select Local folder select all the files you want to copy ,and right click copy
    d) Select Company folder paste files

What version of iTunes is on the computer? You need at least 11.4.

  • Sync iphone via wifi

It seems like an obvious oversight to not allow synching on the iphone via wifi. It would be so much more convenient for me that plugging in the cable all the time. I don't need to sync video or mp3 all the time so I don't think data transfer would be an issue. It would also mean fast synching wherever there was a wifi connection. I'm wondering if this is another 'mobile me gottcha'
    Chrs
    tim

It wouldn't be slow if you just wanted to sync emails / contacts (the main application) - how could it be - that's how I access email all the time (through wifi). Also mobile me does it through mobile connections with email and contacts which is even slower than wifi most of the time.
I don't actually think audio files would take that long either - especially after a first sync - though i'm happy to do this with a cable
as for security, again, that's how i access email all the time anyway so i can't see that being a problem

  • Setting up IMac over Ethernet to use IPhone via WIFI

I have just stopped using a wireless router via Airport. I now use the Homeplug AV adapter system via Ethernet. I have internet no problem, but now have no network that will enable me to connect my IPhone via WIF to the internet through my IMac. Can someone please help?

Duane, not being a dumb taquito, I try not to post something of which I know nothing about. However, that still manages to occur occasionally! When the OP asked for help, I knew nothing about his issue. I had never shared an internet connection wirelessly. But in my mind I thought that this indeed should be possible with a Mac with an AirPort card. I experimented.
Not having an iPhone or an iPod Touch I used my iMac and my Mac mini. They are in rooms on opposite ends of my apartment. I set up a wireless airport network from my Mac mini to share its ethernet internet connection wirelessly with the iMac. I did it exactly as I shared with the OP. It took all of 3 minutes, start to finish. Then I walked to the other end of the apartment and connected the iMac to this wireless network and was surfing the internet from the Mac mini's ethernet connection in all of 30 seconds. It was a secure wireless connection.
I have now followed your instructions. They also worked flawlessly and because they were now familiar steps took barely two minutes to set up, walk, connect and surf. The results are identical!
However, if the OP only had your instructions to follow and did not encounter an AirPort service in Sys Prefs>Sharing, they would have been up the proverbial +cala de la mierda+, without a paddle.

  • Slow start up of iTunes 10.6 on Windows 7 & Network issues connecting iPhone via WiFi

Ever since I updated to iTunes 10.6 and iOS 5.1 both my computer don't want to open iTunes quickly and my Phone doesn't get noticed on iTunes via WiFi on my network. When I go to start iTunes from the icon on my desktop it doesn't pop up on screen right away like it did on the version before 10.6 and on iOS 5.0.1 my phone would sync and connect on to iTunes to update apps just fine now all that has changed. Doesn't want to connect to update apps on my network via WiFi and I have tried a few different things to see if I could correct the issue but nothing has worked. I tried what another person posted to try and it did not work, I also uninstalled, rebooted computer and reinstalled iTunes but that did not work either. Nothing I have tried seems to work, it must be a Apple glitch in the software for Windows 7 to have iTunes 10.6 and iOS 5.1 not to work properly like it should as it once did without fail. Before on the versions before this everything worked just fine no issues. Apple get with the program and fix these issues we are having please. Thanks and hope they get it fixed and straightened out quick!!!

Well, here is the results of my Diagnostic Test of the phone when plugged into the computer. Maybe with this someone would be able to see something that might need looking into, if so please let me know. Thanks so much in advance. I have not tried going back to a older version of iTunes as I am just gonna wait and see if Apple can correct it, hopefully they can. It seems as if on update they left something out to make iTunes, and Syncing not working properly.

  • TS1538 Problem connecting iPhone via wifi to iTunes

Since upgrading to iOS6 and the new iTunes software, I have trouble connecting my iPhone 4s to iTunes via wifi.  I must shut down the iPhone and restart it to connect via wifi to iTunes.  But this works only once, the process must be repeated each time.  Does anyone else have this issue?  Is there a resolution?

Try a different USB port or sync cable.
Close and restart iTunes on the PC.
    Restart the PC.

  • HT201210 how do i restore my iphone via wifi

i recently got a iphone 4s off a friend and my computer wont let me restore it to factory settings i want to know how you o it via wifi thank you

If you are an authorized member of Apple's developer program, you have forums and resources through which you can address issues with seed versions of Apple's software. There is however a clear warning on the download page that says that you cannot remove the beta and downgrade once installed. So you are probably out of luck at this point.
    Regards.

  • ITunes detects iPhone over WiFi only when it's NOT connected to a power outlet

iTunes detects my iPhone over WiFi only if it's NOT connected to a power outlet, so if I try to sync it fails.

    Hi there argelle1!
I believe you will want to restore this iPod in order to resolve this issue, but there are some other troubleshooting steps you can try before that as well. Those steps can be found in this website:
iPod nano (6th generation): Hardware troubleshooting
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3474
Specifically, this is the section that refers to your issue:
Will not turn on or screen remains dark
Connect iPod to power for at least ten minutes to ensure that the battery has enough charge to allow iPod to turn on.
If iPod does not turn on after ten minutes, try resetting the device while it is still connected to power. Reset the iPod by holding down the Sleep/Wake button and the Volume Down button for at least eight seconds or until you see the Apple logo appear.
If the Apple logo appears on the display, connect iPod to a computer and verify that it appears in iTunes and can play music. If iPod appears in iTunes and can play music, no further troubleshooting is needed.
If the screen remains dark and will not turn on, then your iPod may need service.
Thanks for coming to the Apple Support Communities!

  • Why can't iTunes see my iPhone via WiFi

Basically my iTunes (on a MacBook Pro) won't see my iPhone ( so I can sync it wirelessly, it used to, now it just doesn't see it....EVER!
I'm on the same wifi network
I've tried rebooting my Mac & iPhone, no luck
I can't connect via USB, because my MacBook's USB ports don't work (a whole other storey)
I'm using a MacBook Pro, running the latest OS X 10.9.4 & latest version of iTunes 11.3
iPhone 5 with latest iOS 7.1.2
    Any suggestions?

Thanks for your reply, but I am 100% sure that both devices are on the same wireless network.

  • Share mp3s from iphone-to-iphone via wifi?

i have an iphone 2g that recently crapped out; as in, all of a sudden it wont connect to my computer or wall outlets. it charges with a firewire wall charger, but nothing else. it wont even connect to a computer via firewire. so i got a 3g and id like to still use the 2g as a dedicated "ipod". can i do this? the only way to send anything to or from the 2g is with wifi, since it cant connect to a computer.
    any ideas?

The first generation iPhone supports being charged via firewire, but syncing or transferring data via firewire is not supported. The same applies to the iPod after Apple switched to USB from syncing and charging via firewire.
Syncing or transferring iTunes content via wi-fi is not supported either.

  • Unable to update devices, receiving error 3014 on iTunes, and device via wifi is stating "Not connected to the internet", when it has an active internet connection

    Hi,
I have been encountering this issue and I have run out of ideas as to what would be causing this error. On numerous apple devices for our business I will receive an error 3014 when updating a device via iTunes, and this is after the software update downloads. When attempting to update the device over wifi it states that the device is not connected to the internet, when I ensured that the device has active internet connectivity.
Our business uses a Juniper firewall, which I thought might have been the initial cause of the issue, however I have ensured that ports 80 and 443 have full traffic flow and nothing blocking it, and I've also exempted all *.apple.com websites that I could find listed online.
I have also tried deleting the host files on the computer I am using to circumvent the issue.
If anyone could shed some light on what I can do to resolve this, that would be appreciated.

    Hi evanVIT,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that issues like the one you are experiencing can be very frustrating. For this situation however, for update errors in the range of 3000-3020, I would recommend the troubleshooting steps located in the attached article. Please use the steps and information as a reference.
Error 3194, Error 17, or "This device isn't eligible for the requested build"

  • Sharing Mobile Internet from Mac to iPhone via WiFi

    I am using a Macbook Pro, OS X 10.9.3.
I am using the internet via a mobile USB stick that I bought today. The set-up worked perfect and I have no problem accessing the internet on my mac! Earlier today I chose to share the connection so I could use my iPhone & iPad. I then went away for 20 min, and when I came back I couldn't share my internet connection anymore.
I've tried closing and opening the internet, choosing to share my connection via bluetooth, but nothing helps. I've set it to share the connection via HUAWEI Mobile (which is the name of the USB) and to computers using WiFi. The exact same settings I used before, when it worked. And now it doesn't
I've tried using the "create network option", but when I choose to join the network on my iPhone it says that "the computer isn't connected to the internet" -even though I am!
What happens when I try to share my connection: The "shared connection symbol" (arrow in the wifi symbol) shortly flashes up, but then it seems to be searching for another wifi connection, doesn't find it (the reason I bought mobile internet: There is no wifi here) and then the symbol is just light grey (= no wifi).

    No.
