ITunes match after two days and still not workin

It has been two days since i started the match process. I am about 1/5th of the way through Itunes searching my library (the first step) and it doesn't get past that. I have firced quit, restarted and reinstalled itunes and still the same issue. This is a bumber since i have already been charged for the service but have not been able to use it.
Has any one else been through this? To have itunes match not get past the first step and just freeze?

I have had the same problem. Here's my experince so far and the latest progress I've made:
- I have my music spread across my iPod (70Gb), MBP (small amount of music), and another Nano. Not all sync'd automatically, as I like diffeent stuff on different places. Most of it is music that I brought in to iTunes from my own CD collection, the rest is purchased via iTunes.
- If I leave my iPod plugged in while Match is running - it never, ever completes. Tried this over Christmas and left it 9as others have) for several days. Craps out every time. Even if left for days "apparently" doing something. It never gets beyond Step 1 of the match process, and tiehr spins forever, or ultimately craps out with an iTunes error number.
- When I disconnect all iPods - hey presto - it works. It completes steps 1,2,3 of the process. Of course, this means it's only doing the library that's on the MBP for now.
- My next step is to re-connect the iPods (one at a time) and see what happens. Will report back when I've tried this.

    Wow the customer service is even worse. Does Apple want me to go around jailbreaking my iPod now so I can use something that actually recognizes my product?

  • Iphone 6 been restoring from icloud backup for 9 days and still not finished?

    I got my iPhone 6 on the 19th when it came out.  It's an ATT 128 gb model.  I started restoring from icloud backup on that Friday (9 days ago).  It still is saying it's restoring from backup. Daily it's asking me to delete the data or keep downloading.  This phone is for my business, so the info is very important.  I am also worried that all the things in the last week have yet to be backed up since then, because I can't back it up till the restore is complete. I also can't do the new software update 8.0.2.  I am on a fast WIFI nearly 18+ hours a day and I can surf the net just fine, but why is my restore from 9 days ago still not finished?

    This needs to get improved. I had the exact same issue migrating my 5 and wife's 5S previously. It's never worked well. We need status bars, and indications of what has been copied, what remains to be copied, and ways to resume it and pause it without hoping it works and getting messages in the morning asking if you want to resume it, making you wonder if anything actually occurred overnight. The message doesn't pop up within 10 minutes of connecting to power and wi-fi so I have no idea how long it actually takes to come up.
    It's unacceptable to think any device owner wants to roll the dice and hope they have all their data. We use these devices for our jobs and that data is critical for some of us. It's not all just pictures of the dog! Even though those are critical, too!! It would be different if this wasn't a known issue and the resolution wasn't so easy...get this fixed!!!

    So for the last two days I have ran the command "sudo pacman -Syu" and everything seems fine. I see stuff being downloaded from some repositories like example from this morning...

    When you see data being downloaded from a repository like in this one from "community" and "multilib" doesn't that mean there is something to install? Yesterday did the same thing, stuff downloaded but I keep getting "there is nothing to do". I read the pacman wiki and I googled the topic to see if I am just freaking out but could not find an answer to this. Thanks for any help.

    There's an online package database, you can sort the list to see which packages have been updated recently. It seems it has been rather quiet in the past 48 hours, with just a handful of packages being updated: https://www.archlinux.org/packages/?sor … =&flagged=

  • Multimedia Audio Controller not working..... have installed updates and still not workin

    Can someone help me with my multimedia audio controller? I've initially installed the updates from the support page and after reboot the Xi-Fi driver is listed. After installed the console update programme for Xi-Fi extreme music the driver is gone and I get a "Multimedia Audio Controller" instead with a error message.
    No matter how many times i try reinstalling and uninstalling it doesn't work.

    Try this. Go to Settings>FaceTime >Off. Reset the iPad and then go back and turn FaceTime on again. See if that fixes it for you.
    Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen. Ignore the red slider bar if it appears.

    Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
    Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
    Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).
    No data will be lost.

    The most efficacious way to get your music and other personal data onto your new Mac is to restore it from the backup you made of your old computer. Once that is done you can re-enable iTM on the new Mac and your iPhone.

    Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
