Itunes match does not finish update and forces itunes to shut down
when i start itunes, imatch automatically tries to make and update till step 3 (loading grahics and remaining songs). then it stops updating with a problem and forces me to close down itunes.
So I have an answer to my own question!
Lot of people watch my query but no help. So I found out how to help myself
I went on the Itunes support and selected my country. Then it proposed me several choices, I took the "Call back" option. You have to check out as it was not so easy to find at first!
I provided my phone details and picked up a time and date.
Guess what? I have been helped properly. First transfered to a different department and then helped till the end.
Apple called me back and spent more than 3 hours to help me go through my problem.
Not easy to share teh feedback, as we had to find out where the problem was coming from.
It was from my library and not from Itunes or Itunes match or internet. The result is that Itunes Match works, all my music is in the cloud now.
What we did was to create a new library and transfer my music to it. Some of it was already there and existing via the cloud and the 3000+ missing songs are now back!
Thanks to the great technical support man from Cork who was patient and very helpful.
We did this in 3 calls, time to have everything downloaded properly in Itunes, the cloud, and match.
So I have to say it is the first time I am helped so well. Thank you again, it works!!!!!!!!

I would recommend first restarting the device the trying to delete the app again in the manner you discribed above.

Zen 300 does not resume playback at same place after shutting down.
My Zen 300 does not resume playback at the same place in the audio file after the player automatically shuts down (idle shutdown) when I turn the player back on. It returns to the beginning of the track. How can I ensure playback resumes after automatic shutdown?
GThis is normal for Idle shut down my zen 300 does this to me to. I don't think there is a way to stop it though but if there is then the creative lab support people should be able to help just send them an email.
By the way does anyone know how to create tasks for the zen 300? I tried with no luck. -
HT204406 Itunes Match does not finish loading on my PC
I purchased a subscription to iTunes Match. The start process stopped and would not upload my library. All I have in the cloud is music I have purchaes on iTunes in the past. I have made sure that iCloud Download and Status are checked in View on iTunes. I have turned Match on and off several times. Each time I am prompted to Add This Computer, the same one I origionaly purchase Match on. Does anyone have an idea of what the problem is?
Thanks...RickJust be patient. The initial scan, match and upload process is not instant. Depending on the size of your library and the upload speed of your Internet connection the scan can take from several hurs to weeks. Let the process run and it will finish.

Why does my Macbook OS X 10.4.11 keep quitting unexpedtedly and force me to shut down?
I have had my Macbook OS X 10.4.11 since 2007. This issue happened once in 2008, and has not happened again until now. Recently, this happens almost once a day. No matter what I am working on, or how many windows I have open, my screen goes light grey/transparent, and a box appears telling me that I must power down my computer in English and four other languages. I can not do anything with my mouse or keyboard, I am forced to use the power button. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
- My adapter is brand new as of this past May.
- My battery is brand new as of this past March.Have you reset the SMC?
Does this only happen on battery-only or under both battery and with the power supply? If battery-only, the battery may be due for replacement. -

after 223 cycles (at the moment) my battery did something weird. I was surfing internet with 50% of charge and my PB turned off
i pluged in the adaptor and when PB turned on it said that time was reset to 1970 year bla bla bla (PMU reset) after what battery charging level increased up to 43% LED became grren and my battery indicator stopped at 43% and that is it
26 month PB 12" (as shown in System profiler)
i tried to use my pb on battery again and again near 5% it switched off (but should go to sleep mode) and my date and time settings reset to 1970. Again my battery wont charge more then 43%
How could it be?
Thank you in advancei had a similar problem not once, not twice but THREE times. the only difference being that my battery would charge to "100%" only to just switch off at 80% then a few days later 70%, 60%, 50%, 40%, etc until a point where only a few minutes unplugged caused the computer to switch off and the date reset.
for me the issue caused a dead hard drive (i assume from being hard switched off so often)
after my computer chewed through a second battery the same way, theory was devised that the logic board was messing up the power management. one replaced logic board and in a short time another battery down.
at the moment i am waiting for it to be looked at under warranty for the fourth time and honestly feel like as much as i enjoy using osx, i can't really justify another apple purchase .
i hope the road to finding what is wrong with your computer is easier than what it has been with mine. -

Most programs try to do a bit of a cleanup routine as they closedown so it is usually best to close them down properly.
You will presumably have options to make the computer sleep, that needs power; or hibernate, that needs no power but may need spare RAM memory.

Syncronizing my 3gs with itunes the sync does not finish because itunes always crash and stuck and i can not sync my device, i dont no whats wrong because the itunes even can not acess itunes store, still loading waiting for itunes store and nothing.I tryed reinstall itunes but just waste of time.

You asked what I meant about saving the installer on your PC.
When you go to the iTunes download page:

And click on download, you should be offered the choice of running the installer or saving it. You need to click on save and then choose a folder on you PC where you want it saved. But I think you already did that.
After the installer file - iTunessetup.exe - is save on your computer, you double click on it to run it.
It's very odd that the installer fails at different stages. usually when the installation fails, it is at a specific stage and usually generates an error message.
I am afraid I am mystified. Have you had any other problems with your PC which might suggest a general problem not specific to iTunes?
The only other suggestion I have is to download a fresh copy of the installer - in case it got corrupted. You could also try using "run as administrator" to run the installer. It should be an option if you right click on the installer file.
The other thing it might be worth trying is to install it from another account, but you would need to create another administrator account if you don't a;ready have one. Or if you have another account that is not an admin account, you can temporarily promote it from the control panel>>User accounts. -
iTunes Match does not list all the music I had on my iphone. Not on my phone or iTunes. Only shows the music I've purchased from itunes and none of my 400+ songs. Please help. Thank you.
Is your music in your iTunes library on your computer and has match completed its scan of this library.

i have added about 2000 cds to itunes without the song details. as i slowly update the song titles and genres etc in itunes,it does not always update the file in explorer.is there a solution to this? thanks.
Windows Explorer will display tag properties for mp3 & wma files, not aac (m4a) or wav. It is possible for mp3 files to contain multiple tags but only one will be displayed. Try inspecting the problem fils with a third party tag editor to see if you can tell what is going on. For mp3 files, provided all the details that you want the file to have are displayed in iTunes, you can try using the right-click option Convert ID3 Tag > None a few times followed by Convert ID3 Tag > ID3v2.3 which may well help.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
