ITunes Match Isn't Showing Up

I recently got a Mac Book Pro. Instead of transfering all of my music I just was using iTunes Match to access all of my songs. This morning when I went to go use my iTunes only those songs I had previously downloaded on my computer showed up in iTunes. The rest were the fadded color and could not be played. I am connected to the internet but these songs were still not showing up. So I then tunred off iTunes Match and Turned it back on. These songs have now completely disappeared and I can only see the previously downloaded. I have been able to access my iTunes Match via my iPhone so it is not an issue with my Match. Any help on why they wont show up on the computer?

When you are done with this issue, consider the computer back at the office may still
have access to your iTunes account, and it should be de-auhorized. You can do that
remotely, but be sure you carefully do not mess up your other computer iTunes libraries.

can you use itunes match for tv shows or is it just for music????????

While TV and movies would be cool, given the difficulty they're having with just music it's probably better off they wait. Not to mention hugely bigger files and a whole other set of contracts with another set of corporations.

Thank you for asking your question! It sounds like iTunes Match playlists are not syncing correctly to your iPad, even though you have already toggled iTunes Match off then on again. I would next turn iTunes Match back off, then close all the apps on the iPad:

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that, sign out of your iTunes account in Settings > iTunes and App stores, and restart the phone then try turning on iTunes Match again to test the issue:

ITunes Radio isn't showing up under Music app

I finally have iOS7 downloaded, but iTunes Radio isn't showing up under Music app. I only have access to my music in the cloud, genius playlists, etc. Why doesn't the radio show up? Am I looking in the wrong place? I tried a reset, but still not showing up. Maybe I am just blind or something. Working fine on my iPad

It seems like the iTunes Radio is only available for users in the US at the moment, with no comment on how long it will take for it to be distributed to other contries. So if any of you is outside the US, it seems you are out of luck for the time being.

ITunes Match: No music showing up on my iPhone

I have several Problems with iTunes Match on PC (on iTunes 10.5.2.11) and with my iPhone 4 (iOS 5.0.1). I activated iTunes Match to test it. And it loaded all my music to the Cloud. I could see them on my iPhone 4 too. But then I saw that iCloud doesn't correct ID3 Tags. So i corrected them myself (my collection isn't tagged good actually). I deleted all songs from the iTunes list and readded it.
I deactivated iTunes Match an reactivated it. And it asked me to add my PC to the iCloud. I said "yes". But then I had every song double in the Cloud - one bad tagged and one right tagged.
So I ordered the list that I only saw the songs in the Cloud (with the Download Symbol). I deleted them. So everything looks fine on my Main PC. But on another PC connected to the Cloud I still see the double amount of songs until now. It doesn't change.
And the worst: My iPhone doesn't show up my music but only 3 of my 9.000 songs from only one interpret. I don't know why this interpret (Papa roach).
I don't know what to do.

Got it fixed.
I wandered down to the Apple store. The nice young man had several theories, all wrong, as to what might cause this. I had with me my iPad, my iPhone, and my PC. I never had to use the PC.
Eventually, the nice young man signed me out to the Apple store, did a hard reset on the iPad, and had me sign back in to the Apple store. Nothing useful happened. He then went away to consult with the other nice young men. Or to light incense. Or to find a toad. He never said.
While he was away I noticed that iTunes Match had, in all the excitement, been turned off.
I turned it back on. About a minute (that's a long time), the Music on the iPad started to re-appear.
Problem's solved. The nice young man is very proud of himself.
One wonders whether turning Match off, maybe exiting Music, then turning Match back on might have been worthwhile. Nahhhhhhhhhhh. I'll wager you need incense. Or a toad.

ITunes Match Music not showing up after 11.1?

So after I updated my macbook's itunes to 11.1 iTunes Match is no longer showing any of my music in the cloud.

I found a solution. It works for me on my 3 apple's computers concerned by this issue. Upload the iTunes installer
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/. Start the installer and your iTunes will work correctly :-)

ITunes match option not showing in iPad2. Running iOS 5.1

iTunes match option is not showing in my iPad 2 neither in my iPhone 4S under Music settings but works ok in my iMac and MacMini.
Is there any setting to enable it in iOS?

Let me make sure I understand you. On your iOS device, when you go to Settings > Music there is no toggle switch to turn iTunes Match ON?
First thing to double check is the version of iOS: got to Settings > General > About and find the VERSION line. It should be 5.1 (9B179). If this is the case then you should power cycle the iOS device. If that does not help, the next step is to restore your device, but do not restore from a backup. Set it up as a new device.
Let us know how all that works.

Why doesn't iTunes Match doesn't show all of my songs?

Some albums in my iTunes album don't show up at all, some show up, except a couple of songs off of it, and they're songs I've listened to with Match before. It just seems random and sporadic that the songs show up gray and can't play. (Correction: If I click on the songs in gray, they do play after downloading.)

I figured it out kind of. Looks like iTunes on my laptop is doing weird things sorting my tracks. It is spltting up compilations and saying some of the songs on the album are by an unknown artist. I have re-organized my songs by the same artist and that seems to have worked but still some missing.
I am still missing a lot of album artwork though.

I have five songs like this in itunes 11. In the previous version, i got an error on four of the songs but now there is no error dialog popup. Also, I recently tried to redownload a song after deleting it, it is greyed out also.

This is a known issue. Problems have been reported since March 13th. Keep in mind that resetting your modem or router is a "shotgun approach" to troubleshooting, since you're effectively changing many things at once (potentially getting a new dynamic IP, connecting to a different DNS server, flushing cached data in your router.) It may very well fail to work all-together.
Problem:
When attempting to add one or more individual tracks to iTunes match, the code "4010" (unknown error) is returned.
Workaround:
Perform a bulk update your entire library via Store > Update iTunes Match.

Currently, iTunes Match is still shown as online and healthy. Apple typically doesn't change that status unless there's a major incident impacting many users at once. This does not mean there isn't an issue, however.

ITunes Match changes not showing on iOS device

I updated a bunch of stuff in iTunes (typos, recategorized genres, etc). I manually told iTunes Match to update, but when I go to my iPhone 5, it does not reflect the changes. Is there somethiung I need to do on my iPhone 5 to force an update?

Are the tracks that are not updating downloaded to your iPhone? If so you'll need to delete the tracks from the device before the changes will show up.

Yes, ad nauseam. I've used Match on an iPod Touch for almost a year. Today, however, I cleared out the library on the device for a fresh sync with Match and now cannot seem to get the device to pick up anything from iCloud. I just enabled iTunes match after it took forever to synch up on my computer, it told me to go to settings -> music and turn on iTunes match. I don't have that option on my iPhone 4 running iOS 5. What is wrong?
