I am not sure I understand what you mean by "content".
I found this setup about languages in the preferences of iTunes.
If you need more help, please explain more your problem. If necessary feel fre to write in German; I am italian and understand German.

Adobe Reader for iOS doesn't set the default email address when you email a PDF.
It's found in the Settings app:
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Mail > Default Account

As I understand it, Apple gets your location from the wi-fi router to which your iPod is connected. Location Services identifies the router and then checks for its location in Apple's database. If the router has been recently relocated or if there is a glitch in Apple's database, you will get an incorrect location. I don't think that there is anything you can do about it. You could send Apple a message about the error, but I doubt if they would do anything about it.

ITunes 10: Playlist titles remain but content no longer visible.

After upgrading,my playlist titles still appear as usual in the left column, but the playlist itself is no longer visible. What happened?? I hope I haven't lost them after all the work that went into creating them. Restoring a previous library configuration will lost the many changes I've made since the upgrade. Other solutions or explanations?

Playlist data is stored in the iTunes Library.itl file. That's what needs to be restored from backup.
The first trouble shooting step here is to turn off iTunes Match in iTunes. See what happens to the contents of the playlists. If it is not restored, you'll need to restore the iTunes Library.itl file from the backup from a time when the playlists had the correct content. Once this is done, make another backup then enable iTunes Match again and let it scan the library.

Menu outlines are visible but content is unavailable. HELP

I am running Firefox 5; I am unsure however if this issue was present before the upgrade or not. All menus fade in and out. Firefox runs w/o issue on my Viewsonic monitor; this problem is only present on my Samsung.

You are still the rights holder, but it sounds like CDBaby is the one who holds your commercial relationship with Apple. Press on CDBaby to get it straightened out. That is their responsibility.

I have install icloud control panel and latest version of itunes my pc vista. But can't figure out how to move tv shows off my computer and into icloud?

Thank you for your reply but I am more confused then ever. I only have a PC for now so a friend set up my icloud account on his airbook (?). Is it because I am using a PC that I can't use icloud to move thing. The TV shows take up a lot of computer space and my showed me on his Mac by right clicking the menu there was an option to "send to icloud" or some close to that.

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within, I think, about 24 to 48 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)

If you are not showing any of your purchased music under that tab you were probably signed in on a different Apple ID account on the computer you synced with (is the the computer you normally sync with) and it has changed the User ID on your phone. Go to Settings > Store, log out whatever account it shows then log back in with your account.
