iTunes - needs to be able to overwrite the PC - this is especially helpful if syncing an iPhone with 2 desktops (I have a PC and a MAC) - there are always some (frankly) rubbish errors generated which I would like to override. Perhaps Apple and Microsoft could agree on a basic set of rules for Calendar and Contacts - like the fields and the definition of an all day event. Then this would not be needed. However - syncing a Mac, a Win7 PC with Outlook and an iPhone4 is a nightmare - and I often get ten or fifteen duplicates of all day events and recurrent events going back 10 years and for ever into the future - can't you two please grow up as organisations and help me/us users by standardising?

Adobe Reader cannot do this. At the very least, you would need Acrobat but editing in Acrobat can have it's issues. Best to edit the original document then recreate the pdf.

There are Craigslist apps that are nice, but trying using copy paste. Go to your photos, select the photo. Hold down your finger on it to copy. Then in the body of the post, hold down your finger and select paste.

I need to be able to export the data from health kit and read it in something. Anything.

I've tried pretty much everything from Excel to downloaded and online apps. I'm done downloading crap to my brand new computer. My problem is that I need to be able to export the data into a readable format so that I can give it to my dr(s). Is there ANY WAY that this is possible? I'm kind of at my wits end here. All help/suggestions are appreciated.
What I've done:
1. Exported data. It creates an xml file that can be opened in excel but gives raw data that no one but egghead developers can read (and I use that term in the best possible way.)
2. Tried to download an excel add on. Didn't work.
3. Tried several online applications. Same result as Excel.
Somehow this data has to be able to be read by someone other than myself, on my phone.
Thanks to one and all for the many, many suggestions that I'm about to get.

The only way out of Premiere Elements 11 is via export in video format (except for jpegs or audio under Publish+Share/Computer/Image or audio).
The video is whole, not in a project file (project.prel).
And, the Premiere Elements 11 project.prel does not appear to be an After Effects supported project format

1. iTunes won't offer cloud downloads for songs that it "thinks" are in your library, even if it "knows" the files are missing. If you've exhaustively searched for the missing files and there is no prospect of repair by restoring to them to their original locations, or connecting to new ones, then delete that tracks that display both the missing exclamation mark and are of media kind Purchased/Protected AAC audio file. Don't hide from iTunes in the cloud when asked, close iTunes, then reopen. You can download from the cloud links or iTunes Store > Quicklinks > Purchased > Music > Not on this computer > All songs > Download all.
2. Why? Not sure, perhaps 3rd party tools or accidental key presses combined with previously hidden warning messages when trying to organize the library. There is a hint that using the feature to downsample media as it is synced to a device may also be involved, though I've not replicated it. Whatever the reason a backup would protect your media.

No. There will be nothing to restore without a backup. If you can backup - meaning if the iPad is not disabled and it is still working - backup first and then restore the iPad.
Is there some reasons why you can't backup first?

How do I enlarge the text in the toolbar of Safari 5. I need to be able to see the bookmarks that I've placed there. Also I would really like to be able to enlarge the icon size in the Safari toolbar too.

I am hunting for help in being able to see the text in the toolbar on Safari... also, it would be helpful, too, if I could even enlarge the icons there. I'm dealing with a vision problem and finding that it's quite frustrating when I discover I've clicked on the wrong thing or I can't find what I want to click on up there. Took me awhile to get on a Mac that has Safari 5 on it, (I hate Safari past 3.x, so never update or use it).
Anyway, I see no options for that at all, though I think it was rumored that 10.4, 10.5, 10.6, 10.7, 10.8 would have it!
I think your only options are to use the Zoom in Key Combo of CMD & +, or if you don't have a numeric Keypad then CMD+Shift+equal sign, or in System Preferences>Universal Access>Seeing tab, turn Zoom on, then Option+CMD+= will Zoom it in, Option+CMS+minus sign zooms out again.
There may be some 3rd party system hacks around the text part, but they usually cause problems sooner or later.

Like Windows Media Player iTunes should be able to find media info, update track info (id tags) and auto download album art.

What sort of Media Info do you mean? As far as I'm aware iTunes has always found tracknames, composers, year of release etc. for me when I rip CDs to put on my iPod through using Gracenote CDDB that is built in. If this doesn't happen, when you insert a CD just go Advanced>Get CD Track Names.
The only thing that it doesn't do is find the album art but you can just import it yourself. If you don't have the time to then there's a number of 3rd party apps that will do this for you - just look on google.

After downloading a film from the itunes store, am I able to move the actual downloaded file? Will the cloud version be deleted?

Movies are taking up too much space on my Mac (both purchased and downloaded from our discs to play from computer). I plan on moving them to an external hard drive. Will the movies I purchased from itunes still be in the cloud?

Unless the movie owner removes the movie from the iTunes Store, then the movies will still be in the cloud regardless of where you move the download file. Note, however, that if you manually move the movie file, that will cause iTunes to no longer be able to locate it for playing. If you just want to archive them, though, you can do so without affecting the ability to re-download them from the iTunes Store in the future.

If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID and that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details and some other circumstances.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device. It may take a short while to remove the account.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.
