ITunes no longer recognizes my RSS

For over a year, I had been posting podcasts to iTunes store with no problem.  However, I just noticed that there are none of my new podcasts appearing in the store.  My page is http://www.scripturetalk.com/podcasts/page4.html.  If you search for ScriptureTalk.com in the iTS, you will find all my 2012 stuff, but no 2013 stuff.  Can anyone help me?

Last night I wasn't able to get into the iTunes Store. Today I was, and the answer is different as a result. Your Store page is at
https://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/scripturetalk.com/id489826559?mt=2
This has 34 items in it (not dated). The feed the Store is using is not the one I linked to above, which I got from your web page: it is
http://www.scripturetalk.com/page4/files/blog.xml
The dates do show when subscribing. This feed contains only episodes from 2012 and one from 2011. The feed I linked to above contains only episodes from 2013. Basically it looks as if you have been updating the wrong feed.

  • ITunes no longer recognizes my iPhone 4

I have had 3 iOS devices connecting to iTunes on Windows for more than 4 months.  For some reason iTunes no longer recognizes my iPhone 4.  My iPad and iPhone 4S still work as they should.  Windows sees the iPhone 4, but it never shows up in iTunes.  I followed the advice for getting services restarted in Windows, but since it's only one device that's an issue I'm thinking there may be an issue in the iPhone 4.  Ideas?

try this, it worked for me...

  • I just updated an iPhone 4 from iOS 7 to iOS 7.1 and my computer/iTunes no longer recognizes the device; what gives?

I just updated an iPhone 4 from iOS 7 to iOS 7.1 and my computer/iTunes no longer recognizes the device; what gives? How do I get iTunes to show the device?

With iOS 7, the "call Decline" button is only available when the phone is awake. To decline a call when the phone is asleep, simply tap the On/Off button.

  • After changing disc drive letter iTunes no longer recognizes Cd's

I changed my disc drive letter from G to A, & now iTunes no longer recognizes Cd's but when I change it back to G, iTunes recognizes Cd's again.
I've done a full reinstall of all apple software components but still won't recognize disc drive set to drive letter A even after reinstalling iTunes with drive set to letter A.
I've looked at all the help documents & nothing relates to this particular scenario.

I've done a full reinstall of all apple software components but still won't recognize disc drive set to drive letter A even after reinstalling iTunes with drive set to letter A.
Traditionally, in Windows, the A drive letter has been reserved as one of the two floppy drive letters (It's actually the letter reserved for the boot floppy ... which is why most floppy drives on relatively-modern-machines-that-still-have-a-floppy-drive are B drives, since the C hard drive is usually the boot drive.)
So I'm not surprised you're getting erratic sorts of behavior from a A:\ drive that isn't a floppy. If you need to change your optical drive letter, try perhaps an H or higher letter.

  • Updated to ios 6.1.5, itunes no longer recognizes any ipod  - now only shows the "wishlist" button...

    updated to ios 6.1.5 yesterday
itunes no longer recognizes any ipod
now only shows the "wishlist" button where the "ipod" button used to be in order to sync with itunes.
    any help?

    it is itunes version 11.1.4.
I have tried three different ipods and none are recognized by itunes...

  • TS1363 Updated to iTunes to latest version 11.1.4.62 on my Windows 8 machine.  iTunes no longer recognizes my 5th Gen Ipod.  It does however recognize my 80gb Ipod Video.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes as directed (twice) & rebooted pc. no luck.

I just updated iTunes to the 11.1.4.62 (as the pop up directed me to) on my Windows 8 machine. As a result iTunes will no longer recognize my 5th generation Ipod Nano (yes two).   I receive a pop up saying "Ipod has been detected but could not be identified properly"   I've followed the recommendations seveal times: a) disconnected and reconnected. b) rebooted computer c) unistalled and reinstalled iTunes d) tried different cables e) tried different USB porst f) rebooted Ipod.... the window keeps popping up like a middle finger (you get the point)
iTUnes WILL however,  recognize my 4th gen Nano and my 80gb Video (classic) without problem
Needless to say, I'm frustrated and ticked off over all of this wasted time.
    Anyone solved this issue yet?
    Any good suggestions?
    Please advise
    Kindest regards,

    c) unistalled and reinstalled iTunes
Doublechecking. Have you also tried a complete uninstall of both iTunes and all the other related software components and then a reinstall? If not, try the instructions from the following document:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8

  • ITunes no longer recognizes attached iPhone or iPad

I currently run OS X 10.9.5 with iTunes 12.0.1.26 on an early 2009 iMac. With the latest update of iTunes, which I think *****, it no longer recognizes either my iPhone 5 or my iPad Mini (Retina) when plugged into the Mac. It was working, and now it isn't. It won't even sync via WiFi at this point.

It seems to work again after a clean shutdown and reboot. Should not happen.

  • ITunes no longer recognizes Outlook on my computer

This morning, my system worked fine. After installing a supposed audio update, my computer has been acting up all day and I've been wasting hours trying to fix my computer and get iTunes talking to Outlook again.
The iCloud menu on my Network and Sharing Center keeps telling me to download outlook; I ALREADY HAVE IT.
This all happened after I downloaded the Dec. 14 update I received notice about; now, nothing is working the way it is supposed to.
    iPhone 4
    OS 5.0
    iTunes 10.5.2
NO LONGER RECOGNIZES OUTLOOK for syncing.

I know how you feel; it has been very frustrating and I wasted a lot of time trying to fix it. I tried repairing iTunes and restarting my computer several times, syncing with iCloud (which I don't like to do because it doesn't work consistently) and I even considered getting a different phone (yeah, I was that annoyed).
However, when I was considering uninstalling and resintalling iTunes, I typed that question into Google and found an online IT service called JustAnswer.com.  The tech there advised repairing Microsoft office from the control panel. I tried that and it worked; after repairing office, iTunes again recognizes my outlook.
Caveat: be careful when syncing the calendar; it duplicated my entries on my phone multiple times.

  • My itunes no longer recognizes my iphone

I have a 3G iphone - and have had no trouble synching with my computer until yesterday.  Itunes no longer lists my iphne in the left hand column, even though my computer(Windonws) recognizes the device.  Any suggestions or help? It woudl be appreciated!

Thanks Jason, I will give it another shot and let you know how it turns out. This is the most helpful reply I have seen so far, nothing has even mentioned the AppleMobileDevice extension/receipts. Even iSync will not recognize the iPhone either. I suspect it has to be something in iTunes that is wiggy. Just noticed some weird sync issues with my AppleTV in the past few days.

  • ITunes no longer recognizes my music library

So I have the bulk of my music library stored on an external HD and for me to listen to music all I have to do is connect my HD. I have never had a problem with it before, but now iTunes doesn't know where my music is even though it is connected to the HD. Alternatively, it asks to me to find the music I select and when I do it then plays it but it still can't find the remainder of my files.
How do I get iTunes to further recognize my files without individually finding them for it?
    Completely lost,
    Jimmy

You don't say if your mac or windows, but mac itunes has library file and music file - click on library and you get the app window, click on music file and you'll find the playable files which are the ones you have to link to is you're getting the ! mark - I copied the whole itunes file to an external firewire 800 HD and linked itunes to that folder and no problems - but a couple weeks later I started to get the ! mark and when I went looking in the music file, there were no longer there... a couple weeks later and I've gone from 4 songs to over a hundred missing - the ones from my cd's I could load again but some of them were from itunes downloads and they won't address this problem but have no problem telling me I have to pay to download again - But they are all still on my ipod, just not in my computer.
