Itunes not opening, tried re-installing several times, and nothing
tried opening itunes, but no response whatsoever. uninstalled and reinstalled several times from both download site, and cd that came with the video ipod purchased, and that didnt help. any suggestions?

I've tried safe mode but I dont understand what is happening. I tried pressing the power button on and off for several times and nothing happens, I'm always stuck on an apple logo and a spinning wheel. I dont know how to get to the Partition and the DiskUtility. Turn it off.
Start it up again and (at the sound of the chime) press and hold the command and the R keys, hold them down until Recovery loads. When it does you will select Disk Utility and you should be on the First Aid tab when it opens, if you are not please select it. Then select the partition (in the side bar, 2nd entry on the list, see picture).
Yours is probably called Macintosh HD.
Once you have selected it go to the lower righthand corner of the First Aid dialog and press Repair Disk.
This will take 10 minutes approximately. Post back when it is finished and tell me what it says. -

I've tried downloading iOS5 several times and after an hour each time I get a message that says my network connection has timed out. But I can't find any information about "timing out" or how to correct the situation. Any help?

The content of the Share menu will depend on the file format. For PDFs the menu will be nearly empty and iPhoto and aperture are missing.

I had same exact problem as kf4wm, downloading from Software Update. Did the same stuff he did, such as try again, restart and try again, repair permissions and try again. Nothing worked.
Did what Linc Davis said to do, which was download 2012-003 via web browser from Apple. It installed, no problems at all. Thank you, Linc Davis!

My husband's 4s will not hold he volume in the loud position. Every time he raises the volume and as soon as he lets go of the button it immediately decreases. He had restarted several times and nothing changes. He has cleaned around the buttons with a soft brush. No luck. Ideas?

Firefox keeps opening tabs whether I am on-line or not. These are often games pages, but not always. I have reset several times and there are no pipe characters in the home page address. after i updated my iphone 5s to iOS 8.3 , i downloaded a game that took all the storage away . the problem is that , when it delete the game , the storage doesn't expand, it sticks to 0 bytes. i tried to delete more apps , the problems still persists. once i go to gallery , and try to delete a picture or video , the gallery app crashes instantly. i tried to fix the problem by restarting the phone several times , and it doesn't seem to fix the problem. i need a solution to my problem , and if anyone can help , i would be grateful. i can't take pictures or save up anything anymore , and can't seem to check up on my msgs that i receive.
