Is anyone having issues with Itunes on an Iphone5? I get blank screens

Have you updated to the latest version of iTunes?
If so, I would suggest quitting the iTunes app, signing out of the iTunes Store account, and resetting/restarting the iPhone.

So I got this new netbook laptop: triple E, windows seven starter, 64(or 32, not really sure)-bit, you know. I decided then to install Itunes, seeing that I have an Ipod and wish to download/update/buy music and all that mahamana. So I did the update, and everything was going fine...until it abruptly stopped and a window popped up telling me they needed to undownload everything it just uploaded. I clicked ok, and tried re-downloading it, but it will not. And now every time I log in, a message pops up telling me I need to uninstall Itunes and re-download it while I don't even have it installed on my computer.
Help?You don't say what you tried, so here is some general inframtion about troubleshooting.
Try playing tracks in Quicktime. iTunes requires Quicktime and won't work if Quicktime doesn’t.
If Quicktime doesn't work, try uninstalling it using the following method, but just do the Quicktime bits

ITunes not working after download. Why?
I just won this iPod at work, it's a 30 gb with color screen. I've tried following the instructions and downloading the software, and that all seems to work fine, but then when I try to execute it, I get a message saying "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I've tried some of the fixes I found here, but nothing seems to work. Also, when I plug in m iPod, it just states "Do not disconnect". I had it connected all day, and that never changed. Is apple just having problem with their new version of software? Or is it something else? I have a fairly new lap top (Dell 9300 with Windows XP media edition). Thanks!

Ever since I have downloaded iOS 6 when I am on a FaceTime call nobody can ever hear me. Has anyone else had sound problems since the new update ??

same issue here... And a restore didn't do any good either.
Try backing up your information to iTunes, and Restore your devices as new with no content on it what-so-ever. If the issue persists after that, this may be a hardware issue. Check your Mic's for debris, and remove the case you have on the device as well to see if you have the same results. Then contact Apple Support if all else fails. -

I had problems uninstalling Apple Mobile Support, I had to repair it first before I could uninstall it. You will have to restart the computer after all the uninstalls, and before reinstalling ITunes. I reinstalled ITunes from the Apple website afterwards (fresh download) ... everything works for me now that I have done this. -

Activating Facetime and Imessages on your phone requires the ability to send SMS messages and depending upon where you are that might be an international SMS. Check with your carrier to see if your plan supports sending of international SMS messages. If you are having trouble activating Facetime or Imessages turn them both off on your device and reset the device (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost)). Wait for the device to restart and wait a minute and turn Facetime and imessage back on and wait for activation. If that does not fix things read the following articles:

Hi,
I have exactly the same issue as everyone above. I only get sound through the slider on the ringtone in settings and through my headphones. I do not get any sound anywhere else at all.
I Have tried:
- Updating to iOS 6.1.3
-re starting the device
-checking that the device is not muted. My slider switch is set to mute rather than lock and is unmuted.
-going into general settings and reset all settings
-the device reset several times (waiting until I saw the all important apple logo)
-removing the last few apps I installed.
Nothing at all has worked, please help!

My 3G connection is not working after updating to iOS 6.1. I have tried all possible solutions like resetting the network, restarting the phone etc.
With this kind of bugs in every update, Apple will no more be THE Apple.
There are bugs which have not been fixed even in the subsequent updates. SMSs going blank being one of them.
Miss you Sir Jobs.....I have since managed to sort mine out - when the phone was updated it wiped out the network settings.
I was able to reset them by manually putting the information in:
Settings - General - Cellular - Cellular Data Network and then I put in the correct details for APN, username and Password in the relevant sections and now it works OK.
Hopefully it will work for others too -

I Fixed it by trying to sign in with a different ID and canceling when it asked For a password and then signed in with my ID and it works! No more error message. I got this idea from another discussion. Thank you for replying though.

The same story. No 3G after updating to 6.1. Told my daughter temporarily not to do an update on her iPad with 6.01. We've exchanged SIMs. I inserted her SIM in my iPad - 3G appeared immediately. And my SIM in her iPad with ios 6.01 also WORKS FINE. We use the same provider - Megafon Moscow. After attempting to revert SIMs to original configuration, 3G disappeared on my iPad again. Don't know what's going on with SIM during the update to 6.1

I am trying to move an rgrad to a track and cannot quite figure out how to do it. I have tried to add a move 2d but the same thing. I cannot make the connection between track and the move 2d node. Am I missing something here?
