ITunes not working :( ... All info included.

Question

Recently iTunes stopped working, and I got this error:

I tried installing the newest update, but that didn't help. I have had iTunes on my computer for about 2 years, with no problems. iTunes runs for about 10-15 seconds, before shutting down. I can play the start of a song, before the error code appears.
I am running Windows 7, 64 bit, 4gb ram, 1gb video card (not sure if any of that has any relevance, just thought I was better covering my bases).
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as not having iTunes is slowly turing me insane

Guys, didn't work for me. Still has the error. Please help.
