Itunes on windows 7 keeps crashing constantly and can't even launch itunes.

You may be able to fix this issue by holding down Ctrl+Shift as you launch iTunes which should open it in safe mode with this message:
Click Continue, then close iTunes and reopen. It may open normally now.
