Itunes payment details rejected due to unathorised transaction

Hi, itunes won't accept my credit card details as they have stated there is outstanding orders awaiting payments, told me to access order and invoice details to be able to see such orders, after looking into my account orders and invoice section nothing is showing at all?completely empty, no records of nothing purchased when I have a purchased library of over 200 songs and games? Apparently if itunes accepts my previous payment details I will be made to pay the unauthorised purchases but itunes will not tell me what these items are or when they were purchased due to security reasons and they would be breaching a law? I have confirmed there is no suspicious actions with my financial institution,no payments pending? Itunes have suggested I cancel my credit card and add new card details to my account? Sure, easy as that! I'm confused? My account, my credit card details, same Apple ID and payment details since 2012, not one single issue ever, only to be told that due to privacy laws I'm not privileged to know what the unauthorised transaction on my account is because itunes would be breaking the law? Could someone please help me to understand how that action is protecting me and my account? I don't know my legal rights officially (yet) but this just seems to be outright crazy! I believe someone has tried to rip me off and it could very well be someone I know yet the information with all those details involved has not been made available to me? Is this a common situation with online transactions? Has anyone heard of anything like this before?

It sounds like you want to use your Apple ID in iTunes with no payment info. This article will help you do that:
Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - Apple Support
Click to open your account in iTunes. (You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.)
Alternatively, you can:
Open iTunes.
Click iTunes Store.
Click Sign In and enter your Apple ID.
Click your Apple ID and select Account Info.
From the Account Information page, click Edit to the right of Payment Type.
You can see the payment methods that the iTunes Store accepts in the Payment Type section. If you want to remove the payment method, select None in the Payment Type section. See what to do if None isn't showing or you can't select it.
Change your information and click Done.
After you change your payment information, the iTunes Store places an authorization hold on your credit card.

Apple "verifies" your payment credentials with all transactions whether a paid or free app.
On your iPhone tap Settings > Store > Payment Information. Make sure the payment information is correct then click Done.
You can sign in to your iTunes account on a computer and review your payment information from the Edit Payment Information window.

Dear Swami,
Please select one payment details in Business partner and use assigned tab from top selection parameter from standing instruction to assigned bank details to product type.
It will open other window like above example for each product of treasury, then assign bank details to product. Once assigned and save.
System will pick payment details in deal automatically based on business partner.

If the amount of the purchase is close to $21.07, then you need to take into account taxes may be added.
If you go beyond the credit from a gift card the balance will be billed to your credit card account.

Hi Priya,
U can assign the house bank through TBI1 (Standing Instructions payment details)
Use the same Business Partner which you are using for transaction TX01.
In the payment details tab in BP after entering the Currency, House bank ID use the assign tab to assign it to Foreign Exchange (Incoming or Outgoing) depending on your requirement.

How does SAP post into AR subledger automatically without entering info in tab payment detail of the financial contract (ftr_edit)?
Business partner is already linked with AR account in role TR0151 and update type is also configured as payment transaction in account determination.
Is there any setting required?

I still wonder since in the past project, payment detail was not maintained at the contract level, but it could be posted by TBB1 with AR account and position account.
Any clues?

The iTunes Store in a country is intended only for use by that country's residents, and only while they are in the country. To use the iTunes Store in a country you need a credit card (or other card type if acceptable in a country) issued in that country, billed to an address in that country, and also be physically present in that country when using the store. You are also restricted to waiting 90 days between country changes.
E.g., "The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Made a new iTunes address, and added new payment details, old apps won't update because my old signin pops up! Even tho in settings on on first page it's my new name? How can I remove the old signin name even if it takes all apps paid and free with it!!

You can't all apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase/download it.

What are you trying to use as your payment method, credit card, debit card ... ? Debit cards don't appear to still be accepted in all countries, and even where they are it seems (based on what some people have posted) that not all work.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) and see if they know why it's being declined (but you might not be able to use a debit card) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management
Do you have a different card that you could try ? Or do you get the 'none' option on the payment details screen (that would allow you to download free items) ?
