ITunes Radio 'Not available' on my Apple TV

I'm using a 2nd Gen Apple TV, which was successfully upgraded to the 6.0 version of the Apple TV software. The iTunes Radio icon appears on my home screen. When I select it, I see a spinning gear, and a 'Loading' message. I then see an empty box labeled, 'iTunes Radio Terms and Conditions' with two buttons below it, labeled 'Agree' and 'Disagree.' When I select 'Agree' and press the select button, I get a message that reads: 'iTunes Radio is currently unavailable. Try again later.' iTunes Radio is working on all of my other devices: Mac, iPhone and iPad. Thoughts?

Thanks, Winston. In checking my account, I saw that iTunes Match was not set to 'On.' That fixed the problem.

    I am a die hard apple fan. Not to brag but in my house there are 2 iPhone 5's - and I'll be getting the new iPhone 5s when it becomes available - 2 ipod touch's, an iPad, 2 3rd gen Apple TV's, an iMac and a MacBook Pro 17". That said, I am getting sick and tired of Ireland being left out or behind the UK. Aplle have two European bases in Ireland and they say that there isn't a big enough population for an Apple Store, fair enough I suppose but I suspect that the real reason is that if they did open one here it would impact on the Mobile Phone companies stores and the authorised dealers. This means that we cant order iPhones from the apple store nor can we purchase gift certificates because they are only redeemable in an Apple Store so, my nearest one is in London! Also, eventhough we are spitting distance from the UK, we never get allocated with new iPhone's on the first day of release. That really bugs me. Now, after all the hype about iTunes Radio, we aren't included for it either! Why not?

    I was trying to get iTunes Radio on my iPad Mini, I couldn't see the tab so I checked where it was available in the USA and Australia, why is this?

    Presumably Apple have to get agreement from the record labels/rights-holders for songs for each country - US (I assume) was effectively a 'trial' to see how it was received/worked/take-up, and now that Australia has been added I assume that other countries will also be added. Though if/when it might be added here to the UK we won't know until Apple announce something.

  • Apple itunes store not available

    When I try to order a movie, it keeps saying apple itunes store not available. I can watch netflix, itunes radio works, geinus does not work, just can not order movies. I can preview them just can't order movies. It get stuck when I try to sign in to itunes. The screen get stuck and I have to unplug and plug back in to clear screen.  HELP

    Found that my ATT Uverse router's Firewall was set up to block Applications, Pinholes and DMZ Had been activated. Once I added the Apple TV to the list, for all programs, it started working. In all probability AT&T and/or Apple software updates probably created the issue.

    Why is none of the iTunes U content available via the Apple TV? It is basically podcast material, whether audio or video, but I cannot find a way to listen/view it with my Apple TV. Any suggestions?

    FYI:
    As I posted above, I've experience the same issue: iTunes Match cuts out at 25 seconds. All other functions on Apple TV are fine. All firmware is up-to-date. Have reset the Apple TV device. Spoke with Apple Support for abourt 20 minutes. No issues with my network. Went to Apple store and received a new Apple TV2 device. Result after all of this: iTunes Match cuts out at 25 seconds.
    Update: An Apple product specialist suggested it might be an issue with one of the ports that Apple TV requires from ISPs. I called Comcast/Xfinity, they checked the aforementioned ports and told me everything is OK on their end.
    The problem remains.

  • I cannot update iPhoto as I receive a message saying update not available for this Apple ID as either it was bought by a different user or was cancelled

    I have inherited my daughters Macbook Air and am trying to update i photo. The message I receive is - update not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by another user or item was refunded or cancelled.
    I have tried her ID which was still unsuccessful.
    I cannot access my photos at all. Can anyone help?

    Sign onto her Apple/iTunes ID in the iTunes Store. Then click on the iTunes ID and then on Account in the dropdown. Once you have her account screen displaying, scroll to the bottom and click on RESET next to the line "Reset All Warnings for Buying and Downloading", then try again (with her iTunes ID still signed on).

    It seems you are having issues downloading an application from the App Store. To troubleshoot this issue, let’s follow the steps for iTunes Store connectivity:
    First, try signing out of your account in Settings > iTunes & App Store. Once signed out, go ahead and restart your device. Once your device has restarted, sign back in to the iTunes Store and try to download the update.

    8. Select the country/region where you are located.

    "This issue is only related to our Apple ID and to to those specific apps which we already have on phone or had installed on phone before except for those apps which we already have in purchase history AppStore>Updates>Purchase History(having cloud icon next to them) it's something related to our purchase data
    *ITS NOT RELATED TO PHONE!
    *RESETTING OR UPDATING THE DEVICE WONT MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
       (As in my case it  was on iPhone 4 7.1.1 iPhone 5s 7.0.3 and iTunes of course )
    Here is how I got it fixed
    I contacted apple support via chat method and I  asked about a solution giving my info.she told me that she submitted my application and in order to resolve this I should not be using my AppStore ID for any purchase for at least 30mins as  doing so may not resolve the issue so I checked it after couple hours and it's fixed
    (As I read in some other discussions that some people asked for solution from apple support and they told them to reset the device or so.. You may need to make your statement clear that it's appearing both on iTunes and iPhone )
