  • TS5181 iTunes radio does not appear in "Music" on my iPod Touch, Why?

iTunes radio does not appear in "Music" on my iPod Touch. How can I fix this?

Ok, I have resolved this issue myself. I contacted Apple support but they had no clue.
The resolution is this, bring Siri up and say "radio". Radio comes up and you touch "now playing". Believe it or not the radio icon appears and remains.
I hope that helps other folk.

  • HT5848 iTunes Radio won't work

Just updated my iTunes and the iTunes Radio won't work. An error message comes up everytime after I choose a station. All the featured stations are missing as well (i.e. they're just not even there). Any help?

I can see this comment fell on deaf ears. iTunes radio also randomly skips large chunks of  songs... Usually the good ones.

  • Itouch5 why when I open up the music app iTunes Radio does not appear I have iOS 7 and I am in the US also any answers?

I have iOS 7 and am using an itouch 5 in the United States but iTunes Radio is not opening when I go to the music app any solutions?

    Try:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
The above reset work for some users
    - Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
    - Restore from backup. See:
    iOS: How to back up
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

  • Problems with syncing Ipad with ITunes: apps won't appear on Ipad and organizing icons won't save

I have a new Ipad 4 for three weeks. Yesterday I start having some problems with syncing my Ipad with ITunes (earlier all was without troubles):
    - downloaded in ITunes on PC apps won't transfer to my Ipad - I press Apply and sync, it goes successfully, but apps won't appear on Ipad.
    - I tried organizing icons on Ipad from PC, press Apply and sync, it all goes succesfully, but on Ipad icons won't rearrange. But ITunes shows that they are rearranged...
    - also I tried syncing my books adding one new book, press sync all books, and new book won't appear. Only when I've chosen every book separately, they transfered.
    I use USB for this.
I tried resetting my Ipad, reinstalling ITunes on PC, deauthorizing and authorizing my computer, but it didn't help.
Apple ID are the same on PC and Ipad.
I hope that I'm not the only one with this problem. And also forgive my mistakes if there are any - English is not my native language. Thank you!

I know that it is time consuming and a bit of a pain in the butt to have to do it, but I would backup the iPad, restore to factory settings and then restore from the backup, and sync everything back to the device. It's going to take a while because you have a ton of music on the iPad, but IMO, that would be your best option now.
You could try unsyncing all of the music, and then resync it all again, but that takes time as well. If you are going to spend that much time trying to fix it, you may as well restore the device ...IMO once again.
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store, a software conflict or your Internet service provider (ISP) may be blocking your access.
Update iTunes and Safari to the latest version.
If you have a firewall, your settings may be preventing you from connecting to the iTunes Store. Follow these steps to configure your firewall.
You may need to reset your keychain. Connection issues are occasionally caused by keychain issues. Learn how to use Keychain First Aid to resolve any issues with your keychain.
If you're receiving a specific error message, follow these steps.

  • ITunes Radio Won't Play Music

iTunes Radio on my Mac Mini won't play. The songs load up, but no music is played and the progress bar always stays blue (i.e., doesn't show up like a normal song playing where it starts at the beginning and as the song progresses  moves towards the end). If I skip a song, it makes no difference. The new song loads up on the player but it doesn't play and the progress bar remains blue all across.
This has been acting up off and on, but it usually would get working after I'd quite iTunes. It started acting up again yesterday and I was unable to get it to play. I then upgraded to Yosemite 10.10.3 overnight and today I upgraded iTunes to 12.1.2
I've signed in and out of my account, reauthorized and reauthorized the computer, signed in and out of iTunes Match to no avail. This only happens on my Mac Mini. I have no problem playing iTunes Radio music on my iMac, iPhone, iPad, etc.
Any suggestions? I have tried just about everything I could think of.
    Best regards, Phil

Ditto here. Done all you did also. Sign in, sign out. Restarted, checked iTunes Match, Updated Genius....nothing.

  • ITunes Radio won't connect

I have about 20 stations on my iTunes radio and am an iTunes Match subscriber.  When I listen to a new station, I'll often play for about a day or two, and then it will no longer connect.  I have to delete the station and then re-enter it for the station to play again.  Any idea what's up?

I can't connect either. I've upgraded to the most recent version of iTunes, restarted my DSL modem and computer and still the same message: "An error occurred while contacting the radio tuning service. Check your internet connection, or try again later." I think it's an iTunes problem.
    It's been 3 days now. What's up?

  • After downloading Itunes, images won't appear and songs won't play

I have an issue that hasn't been fixed since I the itunes update about a month or so ago. All of a sudden, I cannot see any images in itunes nor can i play any music at all either in my playlist or from the music store. i tried to contact customer support, but they were not able to help me. i've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling itunes and that hasn't helped. can anyone help me with this issue so i can continue using my itunes? thanks.

those symptoms (arriving together like that) usually indicate a broken QuickTime. (itunes needs a fully functional QT in order to work properly.)
the first thing we'll try is a careful standalone QT 7.1 reinstall.
download and save a copy of the QT 7.1 standalone installer to your hard drive. (we'll run the install from there rather than online.) switch off antivirus and antispyware applications prior to the install.
    Quicktime 7.1 Standalone Installer
if that install goes through okay, does your itunes behave properly again?
(if you get an error message on the QT standalone reinstall, let us know what it says. include error message numbers if you're getting any.)

  • ITunes purchases won't appear on iPad

This problem has just cropped up recently, but my iTunes music movies, and TV shows will not show up on my iPad after a synch. While connected to the computer, iTunes shows them in the iPad's library and shows the memory capacity to be appropriately used. When I turn on the pad, however, and go to Movies or iPod, I get a blank screen (well, actually I get the "You have no Movies. You may doenload...")
I usually have to reset the iPad or screw around with multiple synchs to get them to transfer. This problem has gotten steadily worse.
    Any ideas?

I'm having a similar problem in that I just purchased a new laptop load my music library into iTunes first. I then went to backup my iPad after the sync completed (in the manual mode with only the calendar and contacts syncing) I get nothing in the apps in iTunes. The account was authorized and still nothing. I'm afraid to sync the app's because it says the apps on the iPad will be wiped and replaced with the apps in iTunes (which is empty). Any idea's to correct this.

  • Itunes store won't appear

I updated itunes on my parent's Gateway to the latest iteration and when clickon on iTunes Store, we get a blank window plus an infinite accessing iTunes Store... message up top.
I've tried the authorization-deathorization, checking/unchecking parental controls, etc.  Nothing's worked or really seemed to have been recognized other than signing out.  Any other solutions?

  • How don't appear iTunes radio on my new version of iTunes?

after download and install the new iTunes, the iTunes Radio don't appear in the menu.  Why?

Again, iTunes Radio is not available to anyone who does not have a US iTunes Store account. Either you're misunderstanding and think that the old "Radio" streams in iTunes versions prior to iTunes 11.1 are iTunes Radio, or you do have a US iTunes Store account on your MacBook. This is iTunes Radio:

  • I updated to ios7 but itunes radio never appeared on my iphone5

I just recently added the os7 to my iphone and updated itunes on my computer as well but the itunes radio didn't appear on either one.  Am I missing something?

Yeah it's not there.  I tried to turn it off and to to a hard reboot but nothing worked.  My phone is from the states but I live in New Zealand so maybe that has something to do with it.  Also, my computer is from the states but has had the region set to New Zealand.
