Itunes recognises iphone but iphone says it still needs to be connected and therefore can't sync
Got a new iphone 4S which I want to sync using my previous iphones last backup. My itunes recognises the phone and calls it my iphone2 but the iphone is still saying connect to itunes. I am unable to sync. I have tried restoring the new iphone, using 3 different backups but nothing is working. I have tried rebooting the computer and the iphone
Thanks Jason. Tried unauthorising computers then logged out of itunes turned iphone off but nothing is still working. The computer sees the phone it is the phone that is not seeing the computer

I have an iPhone 4S and recently when i have been trying to sync my phone and laptop it is not working. I connect my phone and laptop via USB cable and then my phone begins to charge. It asks is i trust this laptop and i agree to trust it. Then i go on to my itunes hopeing to sync my music to my phone, but it says there is nothing connected. Usually a tab would come up saying 'Hayleys's iPhone' but now there is nothing there and i am not sure why. Please help!

It sounds like you are not seeing your iPhone in iTunes when you have it connected to your computer, but your phone recognizes the computer because you get the prompt to trust the computer. I recommend the steps from the article named:

How can I reset the passcode/connect the device to iTunes/restore?
If you follow the steps below closely, it should not ask you for passcode.
Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times. -
NX6600GT has no psu connection but it says that it needs to be connected to one
Every time I load up Windows XP and popup comes up and it says that my MSI Geforce NX6600GT is not recieving enough power and needs to be connected to the power supply. But I have looked everywhere on this graphics card and there is no connection on it for a power supply. Can anyone tell me why this is happening becuase every game I play like F.E.A.R and Half-Life2 work perfectly. My systems power supply unit is 450Watts and my Motherboard is a Asus SLI A8N SE. Should I ignore this popup or could leaving things the way they are damage my systems components in the longterm?

I have deleted back up for all other apps on my phone, but it still says there is not enough room. Why is there not enough room when I have less apps on my phone, less photos, and less apps to back up? The screen in settings say I have 618 MB available on the 5.o BG icloud- but not really sure why. Then when I try to back it up it says it needs an additional 4.4 GB of storage. Help please!

If you have gone through the storage management already, and still have this result, you should restore your iPhone to clear out some of the old clutter and perhaps better synchronize the actual vs. predicted storage amounts. -
IPhone says match is on even though I cancelled it, can't sync songs to phone from my mac.
I cancelled iTunes match. tried to sync playlist from my mac to my phone. the "music" button says I have match turned on. I go to "store" and it shows that my iTunes match is turned off. ***?

Going out of town and need to switch to my MacBook. On my iMac I went to Settings cog / Preferences / Account / Sign out. Then when I try to sign in on the MacBook It says I have reached my limit and need to sign out of another device. I have tried several times over the last two days and keep getting the same error. My iPhone says that it needs to cool down and it's really hot
IIt's really hot I just woke up and the phone was on the table... I'm so confused it was not been used!
Unplug the phone and let it cool down before you do anything else. Put it out of bright sunlight. If it cools down and lets you turn it on again, it may be alright. However, I would monitor it carefully when charging it. If it won't turn on or heats up, make an appointment at your local Apple Store. Be sure to take both the phone and the charger with you.

Why is the Kaspersky security system not accepted by Firefox 4?
I like to keep up to date on the latest versions but I can't upgrade to 4 if it does not accept Kaspersky since this my primary security program.Your general security software will still run outside of Firefox. Kaspersky has posted an article on exactly what you lose in the way of security add-ons when moving to Firefox 4:

I don't think Kaspersky has posted a date when its add-ons will be updated for Firefox 4. -
I recently updated and restored my Iphone on a Mac. My music was erased, therefore, I am trying to sync all of the music from my computer into the iPhone, but it says that I need to use the original computer/itunes in order to sync, but it is the same computer and iTunes account. The error reads: The iPhone, "Name" is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and a sync with this iTunes library? If I click "Erase and Sync," will it delete my contacts, apps, etc?

This screen indicates that the device is in recovery mode, and must be restored in iTunes before it can be used again.

I have just purchased an iphone today and it is coming up with a picture on the screen of the usb connector and itunes symbol. It also says that I now have no service and can only make emergency calls
Just a thought, but maybe consider returning the device. Seems it might be a bit too complicated for you.
