Download the last IOS you need and install it.
    Download iOS 4.3.5 Links
    iOS 4.3.5 download (iPad)
iOS 4.3.5 download (iPad 2) (WIFI)
iOS 4.3.5 download (iPad 2) (GSM)
iOS 4.3.5 download (iPhone 4) (GSM)
    iOS 4.3.5 download(iPhone 3GS)
iOS 4.3.5 download (iPod touch 4th generation)
iOS 4.3.5 download (iPod touch 3rd generation)
Step 1: Download and install latest version of Apple iTunes
Step 2: Sync your iPhone with iTunes
Step 3: From iTunes sidebar, select your device (in devices section on sidebar)
Step 4: Press and hold Shift key (Windows) or Alt key (for Mac) and click on “Update”.
Step 5: Select the location of .ipsw file you want to restore or load on to iPhone
Step 6: That’s all from your end, now iTunes will perform some automated steps to complete the installation. Your iPhone will restart once the progress is complete.
    Good luck !!

  • ITunes says I'm not connected to the internet when clearly I am...

I have re-authorised, re-started, re-installed...iTunes says I'm not connected even when I have the home page open. I don't know why it can't connect to server. I'm trying to restore an iPod touch. I can connect and back up my iPhone buut not the iPod. ***?

I wonder if this is a variation of the problem discussed in this article:

If that isn't it, try breiefly diabling your firewall to see if that allows connection. If it does, you need to look at the configuration of your firewall.

  • After downloading 10.5 Itunes says I'm not connected to the internet

I downloaded 10.5 and Itunes says I'm not connected to the internet. I am connected and the diagnostics inside Itunes even says I'm connected.

That was the first thing I tried..what the site told me, but its still telling me I'm not connected to the internet when I am. Should I just delete everything by hand. Like I said I wanted to take it back and upgrade to the 80 gig ipod.

  • Yesterday my ipod touch 4g would connect and to wifi and i was able to go on safari and search etc. but last night at 11 pm it would say that it was connected to wifi but wouldn't connect to safari it would say request timed out

it would say request timed out so i restored my ipod erased and reset it hoping it would delete the problem but it was still there it says that it is connected to wifi but will not launch safari and will bring up that message request timed out. itunes app store anything that uses internet/wifi will not work. it is not in airplane mode and wifi is on. i also forgot to mention this but it would also sometimes say that it is not connected to the internet even though i have 3 bars of wifi.

The router itself will always be sending a signal to devices connected to it.  The router could not even be connected to your modem and it will still show that you have a connection on your device.  Check your router config, reset it, and if all fails, contact your internet service provider.

I can't update my iPad because it keeps saying I'm not connected to Internet but I am connected

Connect iPad to iTunes and Check For Update (tap to enlarge image)

  • HT1222 Can not do this update. Says I am not connected to Internet but I am.

Can not get security update. Keeps saying I am not connected to Internet but I am

Check your router settings and see if you have Wireless QoS (WMM) enabled? If so, diable it. This fixed my problems, and had the benefit of speeding up my wifi in the process.

  • ITunes says I'm not connected to the internet

When I try to update my iPhone, iTunes says: iTunes could not contact the iPhone software update server because you are not connected to the internet. Make sure your internet connection is active and try again.
It says I'm not connected, but I am. In fact, I can connect to the iTunes store. It is also not getting blocked by my firewall. Does anyone know how to fix this?

  • I use firefox as my web browser not internet explorer and for some reason itunes says i am not connected to the internet when i am connected.

i use firefox as my internet browser. when i go to itunes to download music it says i am not connected to the internet when actualy i am. what am i doing wrong?

Firefox is a web browser not a homepage.
It sounds like you you have the old www.google.com/firefox/ start page that used to be the default homepage in Firefox before Firefox 4.0 sometime. It is not being maintained by Google anymore so either ignore the message or while in Firefox go to Tools->Options->General->Homepage section and change your homepage.

  • HT4623 IPad 2 will not upgrade to IOS.70, keeps saying I am not connected to WIFI when it is connected.  Even tried turning of Advast VPN

I cannot upgrade my IPad 2 with IOS.70, the download appeared to be complete but while it was verifing a "not connected to WIFI" message appeared yet IPad was connected and working.  Not sure what is wrong, even tried to turn off Advast VPN thinking that was the issue but cannot complete upgrade.

try resetting your phone by turning it off and back on again. Also try resetting your network settings under Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
