ITunes says installed successfully, but is not on my computer.

I just purchased a new iPod and I have a Windows 7 computer. It says it installed successfully and asks me if I want a desktop icon. I click, "yes," then "finish." I looked on my desktop, in the program folders, and in the C drive folders where it says it installed, but it is not there. Can anyone help with this problem?

It looks like you installed the Library Upgrader, but did not run it. It is installed in "Applications > Utilities". Launch this tool and click the "Choose Library" button to direct it to your iPhoto library.

Adobe flash player download and states its install successfully but its not there

Oracle 10g(10.2.0) installed successfully but is not working in Windows 7

Hi,
I have installed successfully oracle 10g client in windows 7. After making modification in refhost.xml file as :--

under </CERTIFIED_SYSTEMS>
It worked for few days but now again i m not able to access the Client again. I checked out the file refhost.xml
and noticed that the changes which i had made is present there.
Please help me on this as due to this i am stuck in the middle of my work.
Any suggestions regarding is higly appreciable !!

Flash 10.1 for OS X says "install successful" but doesn't work

I've tried on numerous occasions to download Flash Player 10.1 for OS X 10.4.11 but even though I get the "download successful" and "install successful" notifications, when I try to access a flash site it prompts me to install flash player. If I search for Flash Player I cannot see it in any of the applications or utilities. Please help!! Thanks

Try uninstalling the current copy of Flash then reinstalling then repair permissions.
Uninstall Flash
Install the most recent version of Flash here.
Adobe advises repairing permissions when troubleshooting Flash.
Launch Disk Utility. (Applications/Utilities) Select MacintoshHD in the panel on the left, select the FirstAid tab. Click: Repair Disk Permissions. When it's finished from the Menu Bar, Quit Disk Utility and restart your Mac. If you see a long list of "messages" in the permissions window, it's ok. That can be ignored. As long as you see, "Permissions Repair Complete" when it's finished... you're done. Quit Disk Utility and restart your Mac.
Your Flash plugins are located in /Library/Internet Plug-Ins. You can get information about the plug-in by control clicking the file then click: Get Info

Chrome Extension Converted & Installed Successful - but will not open.

I have tried both installation methods for the smart waiver extensions.
1. Using the smart waiver extension code as listed in the Chrome store

2. Downloading and converting the CRX extension file
In both instances, I was able to convert to Firefox compatibility, and it even installed in the add ons extensions area for Firefox. However, the icon to open the extension does not show.
I've already tried the following:
1. making sure the add-on tool bar was checked
2. Customizing the toolbar, but the icon didn't show
3. Restoring defaults int he customizing toolbar, icon still did not show
4. Restore firefox to defaults
5. Checked that I wasn't in a security or privacy setting that would disallow the task
So I'm at a loss - I've tried other Chrome extensions to test. I've converted them successfully, and got them into the same add-on extension screen installed in firefox. But no way to open the extension, and the icons are never recognized.

Itunes says "update complete" but "do not disconnect" never goes away!

So, I wait and wait and "do not disconnect" on my ipod never goes away.
A little history:
I got my nano a few weeks ago, put a few songs on - everything worked fine. Then, I got a new computer. Since I only put a few songs on, I didnt mind starting from scratch. Now, I can't seem to get it to work!? I have songs in itunes. when i click on my ipod, it shows that i have songs on the ipod, it SAYS the update is complete, my ipod shows "do not disconnect" i wait for ages, and then finally just eject the ipod, and - NO SONGS are on it.

Do not disconnect always on, this happens when you have "enable disk use" ticked in the iPod preferences, in which case you have to manually eject your iPod.
However if you are automatically updating your iPod and do not intend using it as a portable hard drive, you can set your iPod to automatically disconnect.
Connect your iPod and in iTunes go to Preferences>iPod. Under the Music tab see if you have your iPod set to automatically sync with iTunes and also have a tick in the box marked “enable disk use". Remove this tick and your iPod should automatically disconnect after it’s finished updating.
If you have your iPod set to manual update, the box will be greyed out and ticked by default, in that case use Safely remove Hardware icon or check this link: "Disconnecting iPod from your computer

Hello this is happening to us also (minus the Bluetooth speaker). We can't figure out what is causing the data usage. I turned off mobile data as soon s I activated the device, and got the message that unless I am connected to WiFi.....(that is exactly what I wanted). We watched Netflix for about three hours, then the alerts started. Like you we have many devices connected and never used over 2GB now all of a sudden we have used it in a matter of hours. My husband called Verizon and got the usual doubting Thomas response. I understand that they don't know my device settings. So over the phone we check all the settings and turned off every possible culprit eating up the data and end the call. By now I have purchased another gig for the month! Assured we are NOT using mobile data, we continue on the IE path to bliss. HA! A few hours later I check the mobile data usage on the Verizon website and that darn thing is still using data. After two more phone calls and two VERY uneventful trips to the local store we were told to take out the sim card. This has stopped the data usage, but it defeats the purpose of having the data plan. I could have just stuck with my Surface. Verizon sent us a new sim card. Its been installed and I have set my homepage to Verizon mobile data usage (just kidding) but I am on that site a lot. I am surprised at the number of complaints about this device. When we called the Verizon support acted as though this was the first time they had heard about this. There's two different versions of Flash. The ActiveX version for IE, and the Plugin version for other browsers. Did you install the correct version? This forum's software doesn't thing that Flash is installed for Firefox or the Plugin is disabled.
1.Download the Flash setup file from here:

Save it to your Desktop. 
2. Close Firefox using File > Exit
