ITunes says its unavailable when i try to make purchases. I think its my settings are incorrect.

I cant seem to purchase from iTunes. Its telling me its unavailable. Its been doing this for a couple of weeks so its obviously not the case. I think its maybe my settings are incorrect. Its a new issue so its something i've messed around with.

The following article will show you how to review your iTunes Store account and update your billing information.  You may be asked to enter your credit card expiration date and security code -- be sure to click Done after doing so.
